Really doesnt offer much beyond viewing balance, which can be done via halifax app also. Large "manage" button just says it doesn't do anything yet when clicked. World away from the apps of the SIPP providers.

Unable to register due to a connection issue but I've got full internet access through wifi
Nice looking app but nothing works. Tried to register existing accounts....nowhere to do this (or it's hidden). 22/04/2026 App still useless not bringing any products across. 03/05/2026 The last update from SWid was incorrect. I could not bring across the other accounts as they were not linked internally. Even though the accounts have now come across they are STILL not working in the app/online. All I see is 'Service Interruption' upon clicking on them.
Can't login , when its fine on web,so its the app. Contact us phone number is out of date on SW site so little hope the app will get fixed

Just dumb when you consider these apps are mostly fancy front ends to show web pages. Consider the rating system here is also skewed in their favour, as you can't even award them a well deserved zero star rating!!!

After trying this app a year or so ago and getting constantly badgered to use it every time I try to log in, I decided to give it another try. Even fewer of my accounts with other providers work than last time! Uninstalled again pretty sharpish. It would be nice if I could tell the website to stop badgering me and that I've tried it, but no. Guess I'll just have to put up with it until I leave my current employer.

does not work for money4life, which requires a username not an email despite recommending you download it
2 major problems. Firstly, the app insists that you put a pin in your phone (for security) before you can even access it. It's my phone, my details and my risk....I don't like being dictated to by software! Secondly, having duly done as I was told despite my reticence, upon sign-up you are told you will receive a verification email. I've gone through the process about 6 times over the last 4 months and not once have I received the email. So, it's not fit for purpose and I can't access my account
the app does not work
app has stopped working for me. when I log in I get a message saying "you can't view this product here" so I can't view my pension on the pension app ? really ?
Used to be useful for monitoring my pension. Now it just tells me I cannot use it. Nothing I can do in the app - it is just one page of of an error message.

I had to re register couldn't get past the marketing choices wouldn't accept confirm and the chatbot had no answers I'm not thet good with IT but disappointed with this so time wasting

total waste of time this app. unable to view my pension detains on here or their web site. was told by their office they were having system updated. it's taken 3 months so far and still app does not work. Very poor experience and hopeless IT providers

Documents are unreadable as there is no zoom in/out, and rotating the screen for wider view does not work as this app is hardwired to portrait mode. Unlike Lloyds banking app, this app does not log out when you go to other apps so would highly risky to have this app if someone else had access to your device (or stolen). I've no desire to access my trading account + sipp on handheld device that leaves my house, but am forced to as some actions not possible in website.
yeah I did say to them do not ask me how you've done because it wouldn't be good but I'll just say after a number of calls. and a good two hours I'm still none the wiser the only good thing was there was one person that knew what he was talking about the rest . . . . nope sorry i don't know his name otherwise I would really like to say. but you know who you are and thanks
The app worked last week but now I get a message saying "sorry you can't access this product in our app" and I cannot veiw anything
I have another Workplace pension with yourselves and unable to add it into this app. Not sure why.
I can't log in. I am registered on the web but it won't let me use the same password. I tried registering on the App but it tells me I'm already registered with that email. I tried "forgot password" and it sent me a link. I put in all the information within 5 minutes and then it said it had still expired.
Worked fine to start with but I'm abroad for a couple of weeks, it has stopped working after 2 days here in Portugal, I can log in, it takes me to the landing page, gives me a value that is generally incorrect but when I click to go to details it gives me an error message with the option to cancel or go back, disappointed with Scottish Widows doesn't bode well for the future, I had been happy with iWeb for 8 years

Registration problem. After initial failure to register I used 2 different email addresses in the hope that one of them would work. Email received on both for confirmation but the confirm my email link does not connect to Scottish widows server.
Absolutely pointless, just gives balances. can't do anything else i.e.drawdown funds. you still have to ring and sit in a queue for ages. Utter waste of time
every time I try to use it it just says carrying out planned maintenance so app can't be used. It's been the same for weeks and the app doesn't need updating in the app store.
I liked this app, it was.much easier to check the fund value than using the website. however, it just updated overnight and won't even run now. I'm using android 9.
Well, I installed the app and the registration process involves email verification which doesn't work - the link fails, tried 2 email addresses twice. On this basis the app is useless as I can't even get into it.
Fails to properly integrate Iweb SS-ISA data and shows incorrect total valuation.

This app is just temperamental. i can see my investment total.... but as soon as i click... it gives me the option to go back... or try again. It only works 10% of the time.
can't change my pension age either on the app or website
so as the other people have said the app isn't working. I've removed the old app and downloaded the new, I've logged in successfully but its come up with the same thing
email verification doesn't work. All you get is "This site can't be reached". Tried with both Edge and Opera browsers without VPN but same results. You have to keep re-entering your details in the app to go through the whole process again.

Incredibly annoying. I moved my old pension pot from Aegon to SW. I wish I hadn't.
stopped working - keeps telling me "something has gone wrong" no matter what I do. So I have to use the website instead. (in response to the comments from SW, I have of course updated, reinstalled, cleared cache, etc - it just doesn't work any more which in this day and age is completely unacceptable)
In principal a useful app. But one fundamental flaw - I can't access my ISA and trade, it just shows me the standard share dealing account despite showing my ISA total on the main page. So unfortunately the app is useless to me as I still have to login to the web page to do anything.
impossible to see how your individual pension has grown ie how much you put in then compare to the current value.
