it was okay for a few days then when it comes time for bigger rewards I didn't receive them for map 85 or 100 now the time limit has ran out on the map 100 reward I have reached out to them for help for a week and a half no replies I was supposed to be reimbursed for money spent on the game I spent $30 and only reimbursed for 6$. it's tracking none of my accomplishments. update: reimbursed for part of the money I spent I put back into the game and no credit for that still no pay for maps 85&125

Ad wasn't truthful at all and game selection is terrible.
my account is constantly under review when trying to cash out. I understand if I've done something wrong, but being under review everytime is ridiculous. also, have a way to instantly block games already played..I think part of the problem is there are so many games and you can't always tell if you've played them already then YOU get in trouble for the lack in THEIR system. beyond annoying. plz fix!!! then 5 stars.
it was a great app to use and make extra cash. however my account had been in a "balance review" for over a week. every day I log on to cash put my money and it continues to say it's almost done, they don't need me to do anything. that it will take less then 24 hours blah blah. over a week I've been waiting. pretty disappointing.

I tried to withdraw my $2 and I don't know where it went. Not to my PayPal account. So no it's not for me. Trying to search emails to see if it's in a email is crazy Have a good day. I'm uninstalling the app & won't recommend it to anyone

trying to cash out the $260 some dollars I earned playing games and financial institutes for this app. spent A LOT of time. been trying to withdrawal for awhile now but alas my funds have been frozen and are "awaiting review" (a process that supposedly takes less than 24 hours). well, I submitted an email for a review a few days ago and have yet to receive a response. starting to think this has all just been a scam. would be a great app if it's legit and I get my money.

still waiting for SEVERAL milestones to track I'm heavily considering pursuing legal action if my points don't go through in the next 24 hours
I loved scrambly when I first got it, you could earn actual money and I cashed out $25. But then I traveled abroad for school and they suspended my account saying I used a VPN. I requested support in January and never heard back. I had $35 on the app that I can't claim now. If they opened my account back up I would happily continue to play.

EVERY offer for EVERY game says new players only, you won't be credited for any tasks completed if you've previously played the game offered. They literally advertise getting credit for games you've previously played.

I've been doing this over a year. they owe me $10. I have proof. they don't return emails about missing rewards. I have screenshots. I told everyone they were legit. I have to take my word back now. I'm now owed at least $11 I'm so tired of sending emails that go unanswered. I'm so tired of getting screwed. They were great for about a year. Don't do it.They will keep your information, and not payout. Edited review, it has gotten worse. 5/7/26
I really liked this app initially and had no issues. All of the advertised games award a disproportionate amount of the money that can be earned in the last 3-4 milestone, which are nearly impossible to reach. I was successful in reaching those levels in only two of the games, but never received the payout of the reward. Scrambly changed the expiration date on one app, and they are delaying payment on the other app until it expires in 3 weeks. Don't waste your time. find an honest app!
I just installed the app then opened it then was automatically suspended just starting the app for the first time
Everything was working fine until I had to verify my ID. Then my account was suspended because it said I have a second account from who knows when. 😮💨 Don't waste your time. Funny....this happens after I made several in app purchases too. *Put in a ticket and it's weeks out. Fun.... Uninstalled.
advertises that you get rewards for previous installed games but if you click you had the game installed, it takes you a page to install different games and does nothing with previous data
I've been playing scrambly very close to a year now. I recently completed a task with a $25 reward payout. during the year that I have been playing this game the most I have ever withdrawn was $5 or less. Every withdrawal of $5 or less, was always paid immediately! NOW, that I earned $26.41 that I want to withdraw, they freeze my account and say that it's under review for something that is non-existent. 24 hrs has come and gone. I completed the tasks, and you renege on me receiving my earnings
If you just want to make a dollar or two per week then this is your app. I've been doing well just each expecting that. Then there was a game that said if I get to level 1000, they would give me $40. I spent days on days on days... hours upon hours! Hand, fingers, eyes hurting to complete this task before the deadline. Literally ads after EVERY level. Completed level 1010 and got nothing. Made 2 tickets and absolutely still til this day, no response. Despicable... don't say you weren't warned.
terrible ui. ads claim you get paid for previously played games, but every single offer is new user only. false advertising and an app that looks like it was made using chatgpt while someone slept.
I used to really love this app but now customer service still has not responded back to me about the fact that a reward I was supposed to get after completing all requirements sent them screenshots and everything and no one has still gotten back to me and it's been over 2 weeks!

you can earn money, yes. the rewards are low, and the app misses milestones more often than I like. I report it to scrambly and have had zero response. I also paid money in monopoly go, and didn't credited for it.
They say they pay you for games you already play. That's not exactly true. They pay you for games you've already played ...IF..they offer those games. So far not a single game on my phone( out if 52 games) is on their list. ...Mistplay on the other hand I just collected $100. I'll stick with Mistplay.
couldnt do anything downloaded multiple apps but the app never recognized any and kept me at the first interaction screen
