Didn't even attempt to reach out once seller canceled. worst site ever. Will never use them again. Edit for response: Already reached out. They are refusing to refund until July 4th. So I have to travel to a different country get accommodations and prey that this is resolved? Not very consumer friendly.

Customer support asked me to answer multiple questions and promised a response within five days. I provided everything they requested, but after that they stopped responding. Now I'm forced to file a chargeback through my bank. Very disappointing experience.
app is glitchy and if you contact support with issues they dont care. if you can avoid using them I would 100%

Avoid them if you can.

It's almost impossible to talk to a live agent in chat and when you finally do, they don't resolve you're issue and just stop responding all together. Out $160. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could give 0 stars I would.

App won't let me Purchase tickets - keep getting error saying that my browser is out of date. Not sure how that's possible when I'm using the app. Also not a fan of how there's no way to see prices automatically in CAN$ before checkout.

I sold tickets to a Phillies game that occurred several days ago. They promise payout within 24 hours but I have not paid more than 48 hours after. They provide no live agents to help. Just terrible customer service.
suppose to list individual seats....looking for tickets for baseball game but instead list whole row so you don't know what seats you are getting....says can't guarantee aisle seat without purchasing whole row....need just 2 damn tickets ....not.going to purchase 10.... Seatgeek use to be 100% better before...not sure what happened
I have season tickets with Seatgeek and every year my account locks me out and then I dont receive the recovery emails. Every year they manually reenable it, I am able to get back into my account and then they tell me how the issue is resolved... until it happens again and I need to waste more time with their customer service just for me to be able to log in to my account.

I missed my event because the tickets they sold me did not work and when i tried to get a refund they did not give me even that I am protected by buyers guarantee the support will answer you after a week and they have the worst support I do not recommend seatgeek to buy tickets

Terrible service. Bought comedy show tickets in the orchestra section 4 rows from the stage. After purchase i was sent dress circle section tickets 4 rows up on the balcony. this is unacceptable. Still waiting to hear back and it's been over a month.
Customer service does not follow up. Day before concert and my issue hadn't been resolved.
Avoid this unethical company. Bait-and-switch pricing, tickets never delivered, and they relisted my seats with no notice or refund. Support is extremely difficult to reach and then went completely silent after weeks of back-and-forth.
It wouldn't link tickets and also indicates email not verified on home screen but under account it says it is. Only way to resolve is to create a whole new id. Additionally, if a buyer has suspicious activity on their account and Seatgeek cancels sale, Seatgeek flags and holds tickets surrounding sale. Problem is they don't release from temporary hold back to seller in time for resale and don't credit seller. It ain't right seller should not be credited cause tech messes up a lot.
if you buy a ticket on SeatGeek and SeatGeek fails to provide you your ticket, they will not give you a refund unless you buy something more expensive in which case they will award you a credit. This is literally stealing.

Just another scummy ticketing platform treating events that are important to people like the stock market. I bought tickets and was refunded my money the day of the event, and given no reason. scam.

any app that asks for 2fa multiple times in a session should be destroyed. stupidest tech ever, whoever invented 2fa will go down in history with the inventor of the led headlight as villains.

Absolutely Useless Unless You Like Staring At Blank Screens. I've tried using this app via 4 different internet providers/cell services. I have never seen such a worthless app. For each egregiously simple step, it literally takes a minimum of 5 minutes to get from one step to the next. I'm canceling my account and deleting the app. Good riddance.
I don't even know where to start with how terrible of an experience this was. I never received my tickets, I never received a refund and I was repeatedly hung up on and left on hold by "customer service". This was a complete waste of time, money. What an utter disgrace to the concert going community.
SeatGeek is a horrible app when it comes to the games at Cashman Field the Las Vegas lights it is virtually impossible to get your tickets without it being problematic, just purchase four tickets for the game on the 20th of June I cannot access my account because I cannot remember my password. there is no reset on the app for me to access my tickets therefore I will never use SeatGeek again for any events. My name is George Warren veteran United States Army I use Vet Tixx regularly until now.
I purchased Braves tickets from website, then found out I had to install app to view and use the tickets. I dont like being forced to install an app to use tickets that I did not purchase from app. I will uninstall app after the game.

Avoid buying tickets to events sold by seatgeek. They won't let you transfer the tickets and if you can't go you're of luck. Nothing but a scam. I came to give seatgeek a 1 star but looks like I already have. worst platform for anything.

Ridiculous that I need to download yet another app to get the ticket barcode from my party. I'm uninstalling this as soon as I get out of the game.
i bought mike sherm tickets for 8PM. 8PM. what do i see when i check the app? they sent me 11pm tickets. i emailed support and they said i could transfer the tickets to a return email and i could get a refund and buy back the tickets. by the time they send the refund, the tickets had gone up from $85 to $275 and they refused to send me more than $125 and expected me to pay for their mistake. horrible customer service and now i have to sneak into my concert.

there is 0 functionality. I'm helping an elderly person get tickets and he wants to talk to someone and I cant find a number and the app is having background issues.
garbage site that doesn't care about the seller or the buyer. unresponsive to multiple inquiries. I'm currently selling 2 tickets to a MLB game. my seats are rated a 4 out of 10. I'm in Row 4. In the same section, row 1 (just 2 rows between us and my seats are completely weather protected, those aren't, 2 tickets listed for the same price are rated 9 out of 10. Ridiculous.
I mean trash it was slow. It wouldn't even allow me to search for the games I wanted to go to. I would type in the name of the team and nothing. Use any other app this is a waste of your time.
I was forced to download this app just to use the tickets I purchased.
