I just had an awful experience where I need to transfer tickets to my kids to use (they were a Christmas gift) and I will not be at the event. I am not able to transfer them. Why there would be any restrictions on transferring tickets is beyond me, especially to members of my own family. This is a huge frustration. Now I have to go to the event, up to the gate with them, so my phone can be scanned. This is a total joke. What an absolute mess.

Just a bunch of ignorant people working here. I bought MLB tickets and I had to buy a separate parking pass for the event. I paid for both 2-3 weeks in advance of the event. The day of the event my family and I show up and we wouldn't be let in the parking lot. Turns out seat geek CHARGED me for a ticket but it was never delivered. Had to purchase another parking pass and I've sent about 20 emails about a refund but they give me the runaround every time. Reported them to the BBB.

Finally I logged into my email on my friend's phone to get the passcode. But the app still didn't take it until the 3rd or 4th try. All the while sitting outside the stadium.

Several times now ive bought tickets for events and then get an email about them being canceled last minute. After ive paid for plane and hotel. Terrible Company.
Awful experience
Terrible experience when tried to sell a ticket. The whole app stopped working. Tried to contact support to just realize is a circle of chatbots. Got an email stating that they apologize for the delay in the case and to open a new one if the problem persists. Off course the problem persisted. Got into the chatbot loop again. Terrible, terrible user experience.
Never buy tickets from SeatGeek! They lie and steal without regards for right or wrong! Go elsewhere for tickets

Bought 4 tickets and the concert was cancelled. Here we are 4 days later and Seat Geek doesn't respond to emails nor can you get ahold of them through phone calls. Update: they responded after this review but only that they are looking into it. SMDH didn't even answer my question. And according to Seatgeek rules if you purchase tickets and the event is cancelled your entitled to a 100% refund. So what needs to be looked into?

something weird going on with this app. It wouldn't link my tickets and it also indicates email not verified on home screen but under account it says it is.
I bought phillies tickets first April 11 but I couldn't go. so I sold them the day of. it says refunds will be sentv24 hours after event. we'll today is 23rd of April and I still have not received my payment. im still waiting for a response this is the worse experience.

attempted to buy parking passes. kept getting stuck on the loading screen after pressing pay now. went back to the ticket section and see no tickets in the parking pass box. attempted it again, only to get triple charged for parking passes. reach out to support and they say all sales are final. never using this app again. could not get through to support via the website. had to use AI to source the customer service number. outsourced heavy accent with bad headset, barely able to understand

I was going to see if I could last minute tickets for a baseball game, and I'm unable to see any events or games. The app keeps closing or going back to the search page. Never had an issue until tonight.

I received my tickets an hour AFTER the event started.. I spent 90 minutes on the phone while the event started, trying to deal with getting tickets, and had to wait outside the venue while they got me tickets I was supposed to have already. Do not use this app.
Not offering refund options for families that want to see an event but then they rain delay it until 11 pm is garbage.
I went to purchase tickets day of game while finishing transaction your app told me tickets where sold out. So I purchased another set of two tickets. Now I am stuck with four tickets for two people. You chat feature sends me in a loop to no answers and after being on hold for 37 minutes I still have no Fix. Don't use app. Don't do business with company.
keeps telling me my browser is out of date for both chrome and Firefox set as default browser on a pixel 9 pro xl. all apps up to date. been an issue for MONTHS you clowns.
They repeatedly send tickets of lesser value and try to tell you they're upgrades. Company does not abide by its stated policies, even if you repeatedly email and call to point out that they cheated you. They did it to me twice and I'll never use them again.
Absolutely horrible! Gave us the wrong seats and would not do anything about it. Do anything you can to use a different company to buy tickets.
Bought BTS Worldtour Tickets in January for the April 25th Tampa concert. Now, two weeks before the concert my tickets have disappeared. SeatGeek has no idea what happened to them. This is ridiculous. I've already booked a hotel and arranged childcare. I will NEVER use SeatGeek again. Scammers.

Didn't get tickets. Didn't get explanation. Haven't gotten refund. Can't reach by phone. Waited 55 and 36 minutes today listening to a recording saying they would be answering "shortly."
I do not recommend purchasing from this website, as you could end up in a difficult situation. I bought World Cup tickets for over $3,500; based on the accompanying image, I believed the seats were located in the center of the stadium. However, the website did not specify the exact seat locations or numbers prior to purchase-it only displayed a generic image and a category number. After completing the payment, it turned out that the seats were actually situated behind a corner of the stadium .
my real rating is 0. bought tickets from here because i was directed from ticketmaster and am now being told that my tickets are being canceled by ticketmaster. so I try to get ahold of seatgeek and have to go through their Ai bot to receive their support number (which consistently tells you to look somewhere it isnt) and have now been sitting on hold for almost 3 hours. made an inquiry for the order yesterday too and no email either. if you call, make sure you have headache meds on hand
Great when it works. Always problems logging in. Always errors when trying to list. Rarely see my tickets for sale when doing a search to purchase. Edit: Today my ticket sales showed up as Expired at least 2 hours before the game time
Stopped selling for a game that ways delayed due to rain. Plenty of time to keep selling tickets but didn't want my money. Lost a sale today.

Website didn't work to get my ticket, so I was forced to download a pointless app. The login via Google does not work, and I have to wait for an email with a confirmation code. Summarily uninstalled this pointless app after I grabbed the QR code from the ticket.

This is directed at the app and the customer service but this company is just so unfriendly to consumers. Blanket no refunds for any circumstances, random fees for buying tickets, random fees for selling tickets through them, and just horrible AI facing customer service. It's no wonder they have so many lawsuits against them like Ticketmaster. To seat geek's response: I tried for days to get your AI bot to give me a phone number to call. I got no response from the email prompt.

Awful customer service experience and a buggy app. If you're using this for baseball tickets just use the mlb ballpark app.
I have tried for 6 days to speak with an agent about a refund for undelivered tickets. Nobody will contact me back.
Only use this app if they are the main ticketing platform for the event - I waited almost an hour to talk to customer service for tickets I bought but have not been transfered to me. Nothing they can do but wait - not worth the handful of dollars saved!
Bought tickets to a game 24 hours in advance but the tickets I bought were sold to multiple people. I spent over two hours on hold after the game started, only to be hung up on. Then they only wanted to offer me a refund for the ticket I supposedly bought.
