tried to purchase memberships on the app and it took my money & then gave me an error message which means I didnt get my passes I called them and they said I have to wait for my bank to reverse the charges which can take 7-10 days but my family vacation is in 3 they did nothing to make it right and now im waiting hoping and praying the money is back in my account before we leave...they said this is a common issue with the app so be careful
This app is do do. The the GPS shows you paths that are inaccessible. It was telling me to leave the park to access the pavilion. It told me to walk through bushes and takes you the long route to rides. It shows rides as open when they are closed. It shows zero.waot time when it's a 70minute wait. This app is atrocious. Disney would never!
There are several trivial problems. I can't center my location on the map. I always need to manually search for my current location. The cursor does not point to the direction I am walking. When I select a ride and return, the filters are disabled and I need to enable them again. You should have the option to filter by the type of ride. When I go on the list of rides and come back, it goes back to the top of the page, not where it is.
Needs me to sign up and create an account to use. I'm here for one day only. So unnecessary. Deleted it straight away.
wait times not synced to posted times on rides
app is terrible, a simple thing like adding your pass to Google wallet is not available.

the fact that the wait times are completely unreliable is beyond annoying when you have to trek halfway across the park to get to some of the attractions. Its easily seen how poorly run SeaWorld is now, especially in comparison to the other orlando parks.
download it because they wouldn't give me a schedule and then they want me to go sign up and set up an account and I don't want this I just got a day pass and wanted to schedule of the shows this is a shity app I give it less than one star.
Wait times extremely inaccurate. Ride status is not real time.
Requires an account to use. Useless if you just want to research or use a map. Don't bother unless you're a season pass holder.

I paid for 2 in water dolphin swims and didn't get the tickets had to buy them again at SeaWorld and now it says my money wont be refunded till the 3/21/2026 bought tickets on the 12 took the 189.41 from my account and says pending cashapp says they can't do nothing and I've contacted SeaWorld they said the same thing. I think this needs to be fixed.
app is hot garbage. it doesn't cache the data locally. we were in the park on a day that wasn't even crowded and it just kept crashing. we would've opted for paper naps over this.
where is the actual San diego park app?? update: still a 1 star even though I was able to.get the right park...but logging into the app never works unless I uninstall then reinstall. once logged in, I cannot link my pass, and I've tried many times. This app is pretty useless
This is probably one of the worst theme park apps I've ever seen. Not all rides show wait times shown.The wait times that are on the app are not accurate or reflecting the actual published wait times on ride entrance. ride heights not published on all rides. No mobile ordering from phone. Rediculous that Seaworld requires you to print passholder vouchers because they can't fix the app to only allow 1 time use barcodes... all around could be much better.
App inaccurately reflects wait times for rides. We walked across the entire park to get to a ride with a 5 min wait time, and when we got there the actual wait was 90 minutes. The app continued to say 5 min wait. What a waste of time walking

horrible app. doesn't show hours for any restaurants, doesn't show if a ride is shut down, not user friendly. I would give zero stars if I could.

the app wait times are completely inaccurate, and switch randomly from wait times of 50 minutes to 0 minutes, despite lines being the same length. the only good thing is the navigation throughout the park. But I've been standing in a line for over an hour and the app has said 0 minute wait the entire time.
There map is not i iterative, so we cant see where we are in the park. Also, if you already have a ticket, there's no way to scan it I to the app. The app is all around useless. It seems like it's main function is to get me to upgrade the tickets thati cant scan into the app. Don't waste your time downloading and setting up an account. Addendum- We compared notes with friends who said they just walked right in without paying extra to see the orca show. The app is nothing but a scam.

Park Experience so bad, it has to hurt the app. rides were down a ridiculous amount of time. pipeline was never open. the bookbag situation is awful. if your book bag isn't able to fit in the locker, you're out of luck. there's only 1 size of lockers in the whole park. the app itself is fine but they could streamline the ride waits to be clearer. Get rid of pictures, just a list with times. also 1 train operations almost everywhere, which is too slow even when park is dead.
Very poorly laid out, lacks intuition, *GPS feature on Maps works for 20 seconds max, then signal drops and you end going the wrong way before you realize that their GPS Map indicator stopped working. *Very easy to make purchases, but difficult to see them once purchased. Search feature diffucult to use also, poor results. *Overall, app is useless.
Doesn't allow you to add your pass, it has to be online. Its very slow at guiding you and following your path.
Wait times are not accurate. Poor design.
Since you notify of the app & log in account at the end, you should have a link to add tickets also.... Not just passes. Just a suggestion. Happy Thanksgiving

wouldn't let me renew my pass. and when I went to the ticket window to try and resolve things instead of renewing my pass they signed me up for a new one locking me into another 12-month contract. Honestly, after 20 years, I am done with SeaWorld.
The wait times are so incredibly inaccurate. 5 minutes in the app & 75 in person. Hard to plan ahead because of this. It should also show show & presentation times at least one day ahead. I couldn't plan until 12:00 A.M. this morning. I do not have a use for this app otherwise. Major update needed.

BIG issue! If you buy direct from Seaworld online, the app does not show the purchase and there's no real way to link it. So you have this nice app with lots of potential, but the primary thing, where you paid to get in to the park, isn't on it. Devs need to fix this so that your account you bought tickets on, shows your purchase on the app. Every other app can do it, so feel free to consult a developer that knows how to do that, and your app will be so much better. Thank you!
