Called hotel back and they went over SE and sorted it with no issue, 1 minute job, despite customer service saying it cant be done and her being rude on the phone, and was unable to transfer me to another agent after I refused to listen to her stinky attitude.

Worked for about 5 minutes then kept saying I had no Internet connection when I did (I checked)!
What a pain in the rear,chose destination,date and that was it goes back to the home page. My life's to short
Not easy to use
Seemed okay at first, then the actual deals were nothing like the 'deals' that reel you in, then it took me three attempts to unsubscribe (🤞🙏) cos they've intentionally made the unsubscribe process as convoluted and obtuse as possible. Uninstall, unsubscribe (hopefully), one star, seeya later!
Everytime you click on check offers it says 'opps retry' - same issue, all offers. That's been going on at least a week now. No updates pending so no idea what the issue is

App keeps crashing when you use the search function
error message continually pops up when clicking on any of the holidays. The app functions well up to that point. Before anyone asks I have checked it, it is updated and I'm using an android phone.
When you go to book, it says its not available
A lot of categories come up with zero results
Frustrating app... Maybe it was timing but it was difficult getting sensible results from the app. Dropping into clunky web pages didn't help
The app's filter does not include party size. You need to choose the offer, then adjust it for how many people and then to find out it is not available.
