very frustrating to have to charge this device every other day. while charging, we have no security protection. just ordered the ring doorbell, no problem charging, it's wired.

was decent when you had to view ads to check camera feed. but even before that you couldn't see who was at your door or to view life feed without watching an ad. now you have to pay to watch live feed hhhmmm seems a bit sketchy. trash and new cams without paying for subscription.( update) ended up paying for subscription, mind you i have 2 cameras and since I subscribed the problems have evolved, the cameras die faster, I can't watch live feed, it catches what it wants to catch at times.
you can't even see live view without a subscription. Camera has gone in the bin and app deleted.
OK app for controlling the hardware that it is designed for, however there are a couple of issues: the camera detection function persistently goes to sleep. I have messaged the service team several times and their reply was to resolution the camera, which defeats its purpose, so you will need to check this daily. It also ONLY records 10s of action in 90% of cases. I have had people, cars and delivery people all captured leaving, while the camera is totally missing all entry and on site action.
the camera responds to your really late
I just lost $100 due to this malfunctioning camera service. I canceled my subscription and cancelled the app because the camera service is so bad you can't get real time footage, it will only show you fragments of footage it's basically worthless. I see more of what's going on outside looking out my window with my own 2 eyes then this camera gives me. I have another camera ring service that works 24/7 and service is great. this is a scam service.
when it works it works brilliantly. for me 80% of the time it will not connect to my home wifi. there are no issues with my wifi or the associated equipment. ive had a proffessional check of it. I wont be re- subscribimg.
this stupid camera constantly stops working. terrible. the subscription keeps changing as well.
no way to change the email
it's a scam! won't let you use cameras without subscription. whole thing is a scam! if you are unlucky enough to own these cameras, find Seeing V1.5.1 to at least be able use your cameras. never again! 😔 and they still continue to extort customers with this app!

No good...do not buy. I paid the full subscription for missed recordings and keep logging in every single time. I cancelled two months ago but already paid for a year's subscription.

Randomly, the cameras just stop connecting, the app has absolutely no help for this problem. its useless when this happens and it happens a lot. especially bad when you cannot get home to see what is wrong with the cameras
I'm having things disappear. so I got camera the doorbell. installed it. I'm a paraplegic in a wheelchair. purchased the annual subscription in order to view camera. I leave my house. feeling secure. that I have a camera. come home. I'm missing a trailer. go to check my camera. it has turned itself off due to too much movement. so I moved the camera to the side of the house. once again I leave. now I got something missing. check it again turned itself off. I want a refund of my subscription.
App keeps turning off the camera. Support sucks out loud. Asking me if the doorbell works. It's a security camera not a doorbell. Just say no to drugs.
I'm not able to view my video or have any moments recorded. faulted service and equipment. requested refund they refused. it wasn't recording at the beginning and I reached out for service and we still can't get anything settled so I just lose my money for service I'm not even getting.
This camera is a waste of time because if you don't find a subscription is useless and when you use in your own internet I don't see why you have to buy subscription the camera is useless That's why I gave it a one star because it's useless

So, after reading a great deal of the reviews, I see I am not the only one with the same issues! I also noticed that nobody from the app NOR customer service has bothered to respond to any of the on going issues. We not only pay for the actual cameras but the subscription to view anything and yet 95% of the time the cameras are absolutely useless. The app logs myself and/or my boyfriend out continuously and it's to the point that he refuses to even try to log in anymore. App still charges though
Was great at first! But then problem after problem! Purchased a YEAR subscription but then the doorbell broke so they replaced it (nice of them) but then wont work as I need to get a new subscription and im not paying for another year when it hasnt even been working for any of the last years subscription! I have till November left! Rubbish at messaging back on the 'instant' message too. Been going on since March and thats not including the few months my old doorbell was playing up!
I bought it because it said no subscription fees. Now it doesn't let me see anything unless I pay for it. I wanted it to keep an eye on my dogs in the yard. It lags too long and no one can hear the person on the inside. I would get my money back but I have had it a few months.
I have not had a positive experience with the Seeing app. I bought my cameras and had no choice for service. I have had my cameras controlled by them. I have had to contact them to turn my cameras back on. I bought the camera separately what was forced to use the seeing app to save videos and photos. I've only had my service for a few months and I will be asking for a refund for the rest of the duration because my camera is no longer work and there is no decent customer service
camera only recorded my family leaving no one that came to the door even showed up. when Now l can't cancel my service and l have thrown the camera away🤬. JUST DON'T GET THIS!!!

I guess I should have researched this type of camera I thought I could use the camera for free I didn't need cloud storage but I thought I could still have use of the camera but you don't have use unless you pay $32.01 🤔 very disappointed

Very bad product - do not buy. I bought this solar PTZ Wi-Fi camera thinking I could use it normally after installation. After setting it up, I found out that I cannot properly use the camera or view/playback recordings unless I pay for a yearly subscription, around 96 NIS per year. This was not clearly mentioned anywhere before buying. A camera should not be sold like this without clearly explaining that payment is required after purchase. Without the subscription, the product is basically usel
terrible company and devices, paid for the plan and after a couple of months device is always "offline". support non-existant says go to Google for a refund who say go to developer waste of money. avoid at all cost
