how can I get help resetting my account due to hacking and being kicked out?
Tried 2 other doorbell cameras and as had one already set up, set up subscription only to find the cameras wouldn't charge. Cancelled both subscriptions within 3 days but only received one refund, Google have refused to refund £119.99 which is do wrong. Now I'm being g passed between Google and the camera company. Have requested refund from the bank but have to wait 14 days

Uninstalled they want a ridiculous price and their cameras suck. I'll never ever use them again and I'll make sure to tell my thousands of followers to avoid this brand.. garbage.
My service wouldn't work for months they couldn't seem to fix it so I cancelled my subscription on April 10th they told me to reach out to the developer to get my money back but gave no way to do so and they still proceeded to charge my card again on April 30th. this is a horrible service as I was charged for a subscription without warning and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get a refund or even a response. this product keeps randomly turning off the motion detection which is not helpful!

Unreliable camera. I had 30+ recordings 1 day I viewed the videos. All of a sudden when I needed to download important videos for a case they all of a sudden dissappear. I emailed support it's been 4 days now no response.
I would not recommend the service is horrible. the camera stopped working. I got charged after I cancelled. customer service is horrible as well.....
I bought this camera and subscription it's absolutely shocking it doesn't go off at all when u have it set up set up correctly. The app fobs u off with the same excuse for Months.They won't refund or fix this issue daily and even Google won't refund for such a faulty and terrible subscription. Do not buy this subscription or camera folks it's a absolute rip off. Their all ripping you off won't fix their fault or refund. Its absolute shite!

But now once you pay you won't get what you paid for. I paid the Annual Camera Subscribtion and the Cameras don't record every movement like it's supposed to. Human Detection feature turns off itself. £200 gone to WASTE. Contacted support on email and haven't heard back from them since, It's been 2 months!
Worked great at first now I can't access my camera because its trying to make me buy subscriptions

You get what you pay for cheap app and cheap camera's. The app inpayed for 1 year of service i have no idea when I ends maybe if i check my bank records. camera's only record 10 seconds unless you look at it before the 10 seconds are up it will record more. sometime you can and sometime you can't move the camera by using the app. the video quality is ok like i said you get what you pay for. For the motion activated it may or may not catch anything or all it needs is a blade of grass to move.
Piece of turd. They stole my money, my personal ID, and who knows what else. I will call the FBI if need be. Is it a scam? I am going to find out.
One day camera stopped working
They used to offer free view on recordings if you watch an advert. now its subscription only
You can even see the live videos without paying which is crazy and a ripoff. I paid for the doorbell and using my own wifi, so why should I have to pay to watch the live videos
Avoid this scam company i had to sign up for a subscription, canceled the subscription, and yet they got another £36.99 for subscription i never agreed to and they have locked me out of the app completely, please stay well away from this scam company
I only want to use it for one night and I have to subscribe to pay for it which is wrong
29.99 yearly subscription then following year they take 130.00 out of your account hoping you don't notice and still trying to get refund

With a free plan it now requires a subscription to see live view, so they've basically cut that feature off since I got it. Basically it's a glorified doorbell now. Would give it a 0 star review if I could.
poor customer service. doorbell didn't work days after paying a subscription. they promised a new doorbell and new subscription for when it arrives. it took 6 weeks for the doorbell to come and 8 weeks later, I am still asking for the subscription. they take days to respond asking for the same info, despite providing it. They're so poor at resolving matters.
I ordered a Q50 Solar camera from Amazon. The box even says "Optional Cloud Storage". But as it turns out, the Seeing app REQUIRES an expensive service fee to do ANYTHING with the camera. Do not buy. Do not use. This is a scam.
We used the free trial and thought it was good so decided to pay for the year subscription and now it's forever not working. it keeps turning motion detection off so I'm not getting any recordings and that's the reason we brought it as we have things going on and need to record anyone that's comes to the house, I just want a refund and get something better
Avoid!! They take multiple payments!! I have had to pay numerous times this year alone, its meant to be one annual payment. Opened a case with PayPal proving all the payments made, no luck. When I refused to pay anymore my PayPal account got suspended!! so I had to pay AGAIN!! Currently trying to cancel the subscription 😡
TRASH. I paid for the subscription, but it acts like I havent. I have messaged support, I recieved a messaged saying it was flagged for priority, I still haven't heard anything back and that was over a month ago. My motion notification somehow turns off at least once every 24 hrs. and it does not always record. It either picks up nothing or every single car that drives by. Don't waste your time or money!!!!
Bought 4 of the cameras.It's only used one of them keeps on asking me to join a payment plan.Anytime you try using any of the other ones i bought\nThe payment plan and it's still asking for me to join the payment plan.And it's not allowing me to use any of my other cameras besides the one

Works only 2-5% of the time during weekdays in morning hours only then it stops working almost entirely at night when needed most and on weekends almost completely capturing nothing as of late and I see so much going on in my residence with my own eyes. I can't view live anymore at all the last few months and pay 100$ for the year for a camera service that doesn't work. I'm going to have to replace this and I've only had it less than 1 year. horrible service.
