app is horrific, does not connect properly to device and does not allow to update firmware as it gets disconnected every other moment makes the device unusable
24 hrs after installing and I still can't connect to my E-Scooter with this IMmobility app. There is a good reason that it has only a 3.2 ratng, and that is generous.
dogshit app. worst part? its needed to fully unlock the scooter. Do not buy this brand any more, they dont respect their customers
App unable to pair with scooter. Tried recommended recovery methods to no avail. Will try again tomorrow before taking it back to the store, and will update if I get a better result.
the app is fine, but PLEASE bring back the regen breaking button settings!! being able to change the energy recover levels without fiddling with the app was amazing and super super helpful. We can already access boost mode and flashers without the button, so why deprive us of a super helpful feature that can now only be changed with the app??
bought a brandnew Segway F3 pro, couldn't use it because the firmware update stays at 0% tried solving it for 20 times with support from multiple AI agents, Multiple phones. multiple times, nothing worked. it's a terrible stressful experience. can I do 0 stars?

I can't find this find my ond iPhone app feature on my Segway Max g3 scooter Australia in the settings
it didn't have the option for my ninebot c2 scooter so I couldn't pair it
i tried at least 10 times but didn't pair with my scooter....
the app is not pairing with the device and everything I have tried is not working
this scooter has poor connection to Bluetooth. its been only 16 days using segway and today i am carrying it on my hands to home. such a terrible day and experience

Waste of time. Installed the full version of their app. Wouldn't even run. Installed the "Lite" version. It couldn't even find their own device after several attempts. I could see the device through my phone and tried to pair it. The scooter detected the pairing attempt but didn't recognize the unauthorized attempt to pair. This made me realise that the scooter could become an inert pile of junk just because segway decided to update poorly. Will not purchase their product if that can happen.
please please fix this app it won't let me open it and I can't put a lock on my scooter so I can't use my scooter to go to school so please fix this app as soon as possible
Constant crashes most of the times you can't even open the app. I can't even log
Doesn't work 90% of the time, sure is great to have an all in one app that barely works to do what needs to be done.
Won't open on my Android 13 device, tried reinstalling, restarting, clearing cache etc etc. If this is a device specific issue then that's bonkers.

well I have a hoverboard n it wont connect to it. my hoverboard is on, the boutooth is on, the location is on, why are you not detecting it?

Horrendous to connect to the scooter, but, the app itself, once connected, is absolutely fantastic. Just trying to jump on & connect is an absolute pain. If they can fix the connectivity via Bluetooth, this is a 5-star app.
