26/06/26 today this app face so much network issues. when I try to watch the video it's loading and loading again 😭 and also have downlod issues

I purchased the SSC CGL Recorded Batch 2.0 from Selection Way, but several important Biology chapters such as Plant Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Nutrition, and Diseases are missing. I contacted support through WhatsApp and phone calls multiple times, but received no proper response. Students pay for a complete course and reliable support. Kindly provide the missing lectures and resolve this issue as soon as possible.Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this batch to other aspirants.
this app is not working properly
I had purchased the recorded batch but the video is buffering too much, my internet is also fast, I messaged them on WhatsApp for this, there was no reply from there, I did it on 22nd June and today when I am calling, no one is picking up, is this the third class support team of this app
Sabse Ghatiya service hai inki..batch lene ke time to bahut meethi baatein karte hai..jab batch liya aur classes lene mein bahut problem jaa rahi vidoes hi load nahi ho rahi to inki team ko bolo to woh battamezi se baat karte hai aur jhuth bolte hai ki aaj resolve ho jaayegi problem.. lekin kuch nahi hota resolve...ghatiya app
I have doubt and queries but there is no response on it . I contacted the selection way app to solve this problem but there is no response.Recently I bought math batch but there are not as much as video and practice sheets on this batch. So I want my purchased amount back on my bank account.

there is no option to manage the login any one can log in your account and you can't remove them either
not support good application, when the class going live so your recorded videos is lagged and voice not cleared ,,only when the live class goes on
this is very worst app there is no download option . and there is very buffering in the class
some vedios can't run properly even when network connection are good 🙄

selection way ki technical team ek dam gadhi alsi or bekar team hai .....na ye mail per reply dete n whatsapp par na calling par ....mene batch kharida hai tab bi mere queries puri nhi kar pa rhe hai ...... teachers best hai pr contact team ek no. ki zandu hai
