Main already government service me hoon aur mere paas limited study time hota hai. Aise technical issues ki wajah se mera important time waste hota hai. Content acha ho sakta hai, lekin app performance aur server optimization bahut poor hai. Please loading issue urgently fix karein.”

Even when I have a good internet connection, the videos download very slowly. Sometimes the download does not start at all or takes too much time. This creates problems during study and wastes a lot of time. Please improve the download speed and server performance of the app.

teachers are best but tecnical support is very poor, if not works properly, PDF couldn't open in Google drive,
I recently made a payment for the test series, but it has still not been activated on my account. This is quite disappointing, as I was expecting immediate access after completing the payment. I have already checked my account and payment status, and everything appears to be successful from my end. However, the test series is still not accessible, which is affecting my preparation. I request you to kindly look into this issue at the earliest and activate the test series on my account.

2 saal ho gye hai.. par app bahut jyada slow hai. ek dam bekar hai.. open hone me bahut time lagta hai.. so many gleetch.. test resume bhi jaldi nahi hota hai...test ko pause karne ke baad fir suru se start ho jata hai ..mini test me ya test me show hi nahi karta hai..kisme negative marking h ya kisi me nahi...very disappointing

The exam is scheduled for May, yet the test window won't open until September. What is the point of taking this test? If that is the case, it would be better not to take the test at all; why take it merely to make a name for oneself? this is the bakwaas app.. I'm not satisfied
