Trying to transfer my membership to this new app because the old one go down for the past 2 days. However the support system keep asking me for the old ID which I forgot to write down, I still have my purchase order number but they don't even reply back but put an auto AI to give absolutely no problem solve.
to one star is because this app has a bug you can't go to the tool selection. I tried updating it, and I tried cleaning it, but it doesn't work. I do not recommend this app. what you've been, I had over a thousand points, and it resetting me all the way to 30 and took me a lot of days to get those points, so I'm very frustrated about that.

rip off. you have to purchase credits after you pay and the video looks nothing like you. waste of money
Tried to use the sign up credits to create something, but it took the credits and said failed to create, so they are gone. They then want to then charge for more credits, but I would be hesitant to buy since my free credits were wasted.
Don't purchase. This app is poor. Paid for a week use and you have a ridiculous coin system so you can't use all the features. What a rip off. Also bombarded with adds and to spend more money. Garbage

I couldn't make one picture. Everything is with credit, and their credits are expensive. I bet you would be charged, just for a preview of the original.

bad quality output. I tried the LinkedIn self portrait and provided a 1080p quality photo of my face. The result? Facial output did not look anything like me. I also tried the caricature and the background showed me as a medical mom! I'm not in the medical field and I'm certainly not a female. It doesnt give an option to change this

the daily bonus spinner ALWAYS lands on 5 and never anything higher. That definitely needs to be fixed if you want a higher rating and folks to keep the app.
