Aplicatia este plina de buguri, de la logare incepand, pana la afisare produse, editari ale contului, probleme de refresh, sunt foarte foarte multe, aplicatia se reseteaza mereu, informatiile nu se updateaza. E ft neplacut avand in vedere cat de scumpe sunt produsele si cat de prost se vand in aplicatie. Nu e ft user friendly sa te chinui sa pui o comanda pt ca esti vesnic logged out.

It’s showing me multiple errors, hashtags, broken links & prompting me that my password is not correct, so I have to delete the app and download it again every time I want to use it! it's terrible.
The app keeps me logged out saying my password had changed. It doesn't accept my password but I can log in with that exact password to the website.

Si cand vrei sa platesti, surpriza, iti da eroare, iti goleste cosul si trebuie sa o iei de la capat. Filtrele de cautare nu functioneaza, chiar si la o cautare simpla dupa numele unui brand nu iti genereaza lista cu toate produsele. Este jalnica, iar la cati bani are Sephora consider ca este o lipsa de respect la adresa clientilor, ar putea face o aplicatie functionala.
It amazes me how a colossal company as Sephora can have such a tragically dysfunctional app.
Became absolutely useless and annoying to use, keeps logging me out and an overall buggy UI. Works briefly after a complete reset/reinstall, but it shouldn't take this much effort each couple of days!

Ați făcut un update de nu se mai poate loga contul. Nici reseta nici nimic. Bună treabă. Eu cum comand cu voucherele mele de discount de client dacă nici nu mă pot loga? Nu e funcțional deloc site-ul și nici aplicația. Dezastru sunteți. Și ca și customer service in magazine și pe online.
if you have a coupon, forget about it! You will never find it after returning a product you paid with the coupon. I returned the perfume I bought with the coupon because the perfume was broken in the box! They told me I can use the coupon on my next purchase again and it will be automatically applied in checkout, but I don't see my coupon, I can't find it!!!! who designs your app? I will never buy anything from Sephora! look at Zalando and learn to design for coupons!!!
I live in Sweden and installed the app, it gave me my country and automatically generated Swedish language. however No language preference to choose from like English, not everyone who lives in Sweden speaks the language.
The app keeps closing, and it's impossible to use in this version. I even reinstalled it, and it still closes as soon as I open it. Still have the same problem(multiple tries in a large time span) after your response.

no se puede realizar el pago en la app. he perdido 20 minutos intentado descubrir como pagar en la app y al final me he ido sin comprar. llego a seleccionar el lugar para recoger el producto y después no se puede continuar al pago. en la parte superior indica "entrega y pago". Muy frustrante. elijo nuevamente el lugar de entrega. solamente veo el precio final pero no hay un CTA para continuar al pago. solo el resumen de compra. lástima porque es poco intuitiva la compra.

Très déçue de mon expérience chez Sephora J’ai passé une commande en ligne avec retrait en magasin, en demandant un emballage cadeau comme proposé. À ma grande surprise, le colis n’était pas préparé. J’ai dû demander moi-même l'emballage cadeau, on m’a renvoyée vers une salle sans aucune aide, perdant 15 minutes inutilement - chaque employé rejetant la responsabilité sur un autre. Depuis le 30 novembre, j’essaye de contacter le service client - silence total.
Efectiv m-am umplut de nervi încercând să plasez o comandă pe care nici până acum nu am plasat-o, chinuindu-mă de o oră. Este o rușine pentru voi să aveți o aplicație disfuncțională, fiind asemenea brand!

So, I've always had problems using the Sephora (Germany) app, e.g. I can NEVER use Klarna as a payments method, and no one has been able to help me for years, but this time, it's gotten way over board. Members days! First of all, the major brands like Fenty or Haus Labs are excluded from the offer, and my question is why I should even go to Sephora then if not for exclusivity?.. Secondly, when I'm trying to order other products the code for the discount simply does not effect the final price...
I cannot use the app, I must login to the website each time. it's really annoying, I don't see the point if having an app that cannot be used. It happened again It's stuck in a loop asking for password reset in order for me to use the app and it never logs me in. It's crazy problem solved It keeps asking for password reset and I cannot log into my account anymore.

The reason why I'm giving it 1 star is because you can't get the english language.
I wanted to buy something because the discount was only online and there were some benefits if I buy via app. I selected everything and there is no button to pay. Then I wanted to contact them via form and send a screen recording so they could see, but the upload option didn't work. Then I wanted to submit it anyways, but submit button got stuck....
I can't even use it if there is no way to change the language on it. I mean what year are we living in? I don't really appreciate not being even counted as a customer. Your app is not inclusive, very disappointing.
Hem uygulamanız hem de websiteniz çok zayıf basit ve hiç müşteri için kullanması kolay değil insani delirtip pişman ediyor. Sürekli bilinmeyen hata hata hata, filterler çalışıyor, sonra daha fazla tuşu çalışmıyor. Bu ne ya! Dünya para kazanıyorsunuz böyle bi firmaya bu kadar zor mu düzgün bi uygulama yaptırmak!

terrible customer service. Since a week I've been trying to cancel an order,made on sephora sa. Not only i get no replies to my multiple,already, emails but there's no way to call customer service in Saudi! just close down the website if there's no customer service! how to contact Saudi sephora????
Where is the Australian app?! I'm in Australia in the Aus Google Play store and downloaded the Sephora app and it's only European. Why can I not find the Aus app that is promoted all over the website? I either get sent to the Singaporean version or the European.
sephora Romania,it's unreal to not have products online,always the products are out of stock,in my city(Oradea) we don't have a store,but in other citys are like 4,5 .just lame !

Groaznica aplicatia, chiar si acum dupa update. Erori la adugare de adresa, dar fara nici un motiv explicit. Devine frustrant cand de 3 ori modifici adresa si inca nu merge.

For such a big brand, the app is terrible. Filtering and sorting doesn't work. When i tried to place an order, I've put at the end the voucher details, but after i've wrote the credit card details, the voucher was deleted. Also i had 640points, but after last purchase they were deleted because according to their T&C after 18mos of no orders, the points reset back to zero. If this is true, then why show me i have 640 points? Sephora is not worth your time and money.

What can't I select Romania as location? Something changed this week and only few countries are available. I cannot sign in into my account since I cannot select Romania.
Can't select "Romania" as location anymore therefore I can not use the app???
Everytime I try to purchase something using this app, I end up with a headache. The location function is bugged. Also, if the product is marked as being out of stock, how can I still add it into my cart? This app has some serious issues.
Dificil de navigat, se pierd pagini cu produse pe care pe vizualizezi, durează o veșnicie până se adaugă produse în cos după numeroase erori. Nu îmi pot consulta și/sau adăuga reducerile de 10% aferente cardului de fidelitate. Beneficiile de pe card nu sunt sincronizate cu istoricul achizițiilor. Nu am reușit să comand produsul dorit nici după 3 încercări diferite. Se poate mai bine,Sephora.
Aplikacja w zasadzie nie działa. Nie ma możliwości zmiany perfumerii z tej dodanej jako ulubionej, nie da się sprawdzić dostępności produktu w innych perfumeriach w mieście. Nie istnieje opcja zostawienia opinii o produkcie. Punkty często nie naliczają się i trzeba na nie czekać długi czas. Tragedia, omijam Polską Sephorę szerokim łukiem
