Authentication only sent to one device
I went to show my licence and had to wait for update
Need to fill out consent form for my child to get a vaccination at school. Kept telling me 'I was logging in from the wrong device' when I was trying to access consent form. Went around in circles when I was requesting one time codes to log in. When I finally managed to get to the consent form through an sms code, it wouldn't submit the form because I selected 'none' for aboriginal Torres Strait Islander status. Had to select 'declined to provide' instead. Terrible log in process/form!
This very difficult to get something that previously i had easy access typical government confusion.

I have been trying for the last year using this app and I failed. it keeps asking me to login and rejoin again. this has been happening since the last update a year ago.

It won't work on GrapheneOS or any ROM other than Google's stock Android, and that makes it useless for me. "It's for your safety" surely doesn't cut it.

can't update a phone number unless you have your old phone number still active how dodgy... no way to put a password in at all.

It used to work fine. Now, I can't log in, as my phones had a software update. I get stuck in a continuous cycle of use a one time code, which I can't as it's trying to send it to the current phone which is logged out. Awesome. Also occurs on the Web. What a great system. Somebody shoot me.

Stopped loading a few days ago. Even after re-installing it still won't work. Trying to set a pin just gets stuck loading for hours.
pretty limited
app needs a update by devs. If trying to sign in with developer options enabled on samsung it won't go past 2 step verification but if attempt login with dev opts closed works and still works after toggling them back on. the problem is you lose all adb settings and it disables the auto adb timeout
I have changed my phone, can't find anywhere to update the app with my new phone.
Savings finder did not seem to work properly after entering the required details. Page stayed blank several times, gave up.

It doesn't let me link my business vehicle registrations to the app.
it would rate higher if i didn't have to constantly have to uninstall and reinstall itbecause it wants the play store to be upto date even when it already is. small frustrations make it unpleasant enough to drop its rating.
When trying to complete school enrollment the page asks for authentication but once e approved it takes you to the home page but it is then difficult to locate the service for completing school enrollment. Very frustrating.
I guess I'm old school and do not want for a digital platform like this.
