I was enjoying using this app but when I was trying to export my solo vlog setlog, it wouldn't let me. I only had a black screen everytime I tried exporting so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again, hoping it would fix the issue. I didn't expect that I wouldn't be able to access my old/previous day setlogs when I reinstalled, it says that I need to have the encryption key from another device that is signed in to access my old setlogs, but what if that's the only device I have? Pls fix.
I've been trying to log in but I couldn't at all since for 2weeks now!!!!. I didn't receive any verification code as well

extremely annoying!!!!! taking so long to even open the damn app to MAKE AN ACCOUNT. i have been opening it religiously for two weeks just for a chance to finally make an account and join my friends but it still isn't opening. i have stable internet, a phone with so much storage, and its not even a low end phone. setlog just isn't booting up. I'd rate this 0 stars if i could
It's my first time using this, I tried logging in but it wouldn't. I waited 30 minutes and it was still loading. Takes too long. I may try again next time, please fix this issue!!
why I can't export video after completing?
arose problems with singing in, I can't singing in nor with my gmail, neither with passkey. I really sad about it, because I want use this app
Recent update made I can't login my account at all, but my friends are still in the group chat. If the developers don't bother to fix this issue, just delete the app from google already 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

요즘 클립 찍고 올릴려고 하면 올라가지도 않고 랙걸리고 다운받아지지도 않아서 좀 짜증나요 저장도 안되서 영상만 날아가고.... 30분동안 올릴려고 하니까 찍을 의지가 없어져요

음소거 매번 눌러야 하는 것도 불편하고 폰에서 마이크 권한 꺼 놓았을 때 다시 키라고 하는 것도 불폄함 왜 이렇게 불편하게 업데이트 했는지 알수가 없음

not very intuitive, missing a lot of function. need too many clicks to do anything(enlarging photos and going back to previous post). use something else thats better

Edit: downgrading it to 1 star bcs I can't do stuff after reinstalling. All group chats and log gone, sent chat to group but didn't display anything and I can't see theirs either. Crashes after a week with just a group of 4 people. it stopped loading videos and always failed to upload stuff. annoying.
I get an error where I can't see any of my friends' videos and it just says "unavailable". They can see my videos but I can't see theirs.

It was quite an experience. I knew about this app from an apple user in a social media platform. Downloaded it and I was totally excited to try. To my surprised, when I wanted to share my vlog, it appears dark, like nothing on my screen. The sound is on but nothing, no videos at all. I guess like some other adroid used faced the ame problems, we cant share it.
i love this app Soo much if only it was working on my Lenovo duet 5 chromebook the camera aspect ratio is not working other than that such a goated app
love the concept and the simple interface, but this app rn is literally failing to deliver one of its main purpose: i have never successfully exported a vlog. i knew abt the app from a friend and in our log group of 5, she's the only one who can export and save the vids without any issue. pls pls pls fix this problem bc the app has so much potential

Hope updates can be made to fix these bugs as it is a good concept to use with friends. 사용하기 불편합니다. 카메라 초점 기능이 없습니다. 카메라 화면에서 뒤로 가기 버튼이나 X 버튼을 누르면 앱이 계속 충돌합니다. 또한 앱 내 카메라를 사용할 때 화면을 탭해서 초점을 맞출 수 있는 방법이 없습니다. 탭하면 초점이 맞춰지는 것이 아니라 밝기(조명)만 조절됩니다.
It was initially a fun app to share random moments of your life like a digital diary but i later lost interest as there's little interaction and the app interface can be kinda buggy. Better off sticking with snap.

it does not vlog on my Motorola. just pictures.
1) i wish I can share a log in one chat to the other. 2) The time zone marked with a national flag is incorrect: my friend in Taiwan shows Singapore flag. 3) When I open the app, it frequently shows error page.

Everything was great until I wanted to export my vlog. It wouldn't let me. It simply loaded and then just stayed where it was. What's the point of using this if I can't even export my stuff???
