Unable to clarify what happened when I flagged SMS are not coming, it took their support A WEEK to get back to me with truth, but is happy to charge for a full subscription anyways. Stay away from this platform as it is disappointing and nothing else.

Was good until I tried booking in a service which required multiple services and it will only let you book in one at a time I don't want it to be only down to the client to be able to do this, I want the option of being able to book in multiple services into the calendar myself
Two Word "custom" Contact Field max 16 Character count is absolutely Useless for Complete coherent question to understand and deteing appointment . Notified and asked several times to increase the text field character limit. frequent updates are more for enhanced data harvest than actual usability (long scroll to search services and if you didn't think to click on services a second time to see categories you won't). need explanation as to refuse to increasing character limit.
Unable to log in tried 3 different devices, all it says is "you do not have sufficient pravalidge " even tried on pc

I hate this update. I did not want the new version and this morning it was magically there. I can't find the option to uninstall the update so I'm livid. And the widget doesn't even work. additionally, it will intermittently tell me there are no time slots available when i have double booking enabled and I know damn well i have spots open.
Not happy with this update. It's not compatible with my tablet. I can no longer use Setmore with my tablet. It works great on the computer and I phone, but that's it. I also cannot use the older app on my tablet now.
Used to be a REALLY good app before the last big update at the end of 2024, when they completely ruined it for seemingly no reason at all. Despise contacting their customer support multiple times over an endless amount of bugs and all the functionalities that disappeared, all I'm being told is "it's gonna be fixed during the next update", yet nothing has been fixed. Seems like some competitors bought the app and are trying to ruin it, because nothing they have changed make any sense.
The app doesn't work.
I have just tried to set up this app and an error message came back! It's not a connection problem, it just said error in signing up. Any advice?
Edit: Zero stars. Setmore access was canceled without warning and was then told to create a premium account. Locked out of client information unless paid.
Used to be good but since the updates you have to wonder if the developers actually use it especially on a phone, simple quick reminders are gone, addresses keep showing up as partial matches, the older version was far better an easier.
Constant issues and the customer service is shocking. So disappointing as the actual app is brilliant when it works.
Don't fix something that isn't broken! Used for 10 years for my business. Since the update, it's almost unusable. If you're looking for a diary system for your new business, don't bother with this one. It doesn't update, so you think you don't have a client, but in fact, you do. You can't always create new clients as it says can't save but won't tell you why. There's no reason why it shouldn't. Makes you look unprofessional, which is not want you want.
after update not working anymore
Never works correctly, I'm continuously having to delete my widget. It doesn't show my appointments, and then when I open the app to see whats going on it opens to a week or 2 weeks before Never on my day that I'm on. It's has been a headache for me to use. This whole time & I've been using this app for a year. The bugs continue to frustrate me, especially on my busy days
Glitching! Ever since the new update, multiple staff having problems with appointments not showing after booking clients in, sometimes show back up, sometimes just disappear! The new layout and widget is less user friendly than before - have been using this app for over 5 years with no problems but am now considering other alternatives Preferred the old version, is there an option to go back to this version?!
This is a terrible app once they updated the system the whole app was destroyed. I have lost thousands of dollars due to a glitch on their system because none of my clients were being notified of their appointments. I tried for over 2 weeks to fix this with their technical support and it never happened. Tactical support was not helpful as a matter of fact after a couple of texts they would just leave me hanging and not help me at all.
I really don't like to be forced into updating. Loved old version.
This app is extremely frustrating with the recent updates firstly I could not get into my account for about 2 months when I do finally get in the business name on my account is changed from Dreadlock Nation to Unique .A. Braiding and all my classes that I offer in Dreadlocks has disappeared now I cannot sell my classes. This is truly frustrating
The updated version of this app killed a lot of the functionality that was offered in the old version. I used to have my push notification appointment reminders push through an hour before the appointment start time. In the new app version, the reminder is default set to 15 minutes before the appointment, it actually come through about 12 minutes before the appointment start time, and there is no way in the app to adjust when the reminder pushes through. The app update sucks.
Why did they change the app layout. The old version was so much better! The new one is not organized or clear. It's made my booking so overwhelming.
We've been using setmore for a long time. This last update with a 3-day agenda is complete rubbish, I am amoungst others who cringe at using it now. It is frustrating and confusing and takes time to see your daily activities. Also, the 3 clicks to get an address is not user-friendly for people on the go. It was better 10 years ago when we were handed out a printed a4 job sheet.
What did you do? This app was perfect now it is terrible, disgustingly hard to navigate.
Update for 2024: The App is still terrible!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!😔🤦🤷 Has a hard time sinking from desktop to mobile. I can't find the appointments that I created only the ones with that my employer did. I took off a few days they got removed and now I can find evidence that I added them . POS Update August 2024 App still sucks!!!!!
The latest update has made the app far less usable as well as asthetically hideous. It has become non-intuitive, more difficult to quickly switch between days and staff members, and even clicking an appointment slot is more difficult. I contacted support about how to roll back the update and was told there was no way and that I just need to "spend a couple of hours with it" to get used to it.
I've used Setmore for 5 years, but the latest update has been a huge disappointment. The once simple and intuitive interface is now overly complicated and frustrating to navigate. Tasks that used to be quick and easy are buried under confusing menus, requiring unnecessary steps. It's sad to see an app I relied on for so long become so difficult to use. This update has made me seriously consider switching to another platform. I hope the developers listen and make it user-friendly again.
The new update has just been forced on me and it is awful the old version was so much better. Will be looking for a new system if it doesnt change back soon

Misleading. I paid for appointment confirmation texts to be sent to clients via SMS but the system doesn't do that. It only sends reminder texts. New appt texts aren't even an option even though that option is listed in the dang setting description! There's zero perk to paying for pro. Clients are NOT notified of new appointments made via SMS at all. Not an option. They are only sent an email when they make a booking.
Invalid credentials when trying to log in with google or fb. Cleaned cash and all data, the same...
The latest update wont work, message telling me not compatible with my device, never had a problem up until this latest update now I can't get into my booking page at all.
I was enjoying the older update a little bit more, this new one wiped out all my clients that had ever booked on the site and I have to start all over and now I'm experiencing when I add notes into my bookings, they're not there and I have to go back and do extra work trying to find the right info for the jobs that I have, this is so upsetting?
All is well until the most recent update. Instead of checking all appt for the whole day through widget, you can only check appt for one particular staff. Widget bird eye view is useless. The apps can't be opened by tapping any part of the widget unlike previous version. The widget layout display is not as clear as before. Update: now my clients details disappeared randomly and the update can't be saved. I have to guess who's coming for the next appt

Edit: Reply to dev: Ive been in contact with your team numerous times in the past and nothing has improved. If you want more in depth feedback,then you'll need to hire me. Original review: The app had potential, but there are some key UI & UX issues that the devs seem incapable of addressing. There also needs to be more customisation in terms of user profiles, to suit various use cases.
**Don't update 8-15-24**they made it more difficult and more "clicks" to get to where you want to go. I want to revert to the other version but there is no way to, I've asked. It looks nice but the functionality has gone down. I do "off hours booking" and my off hours don't show as greyed out anymore on my day view. I can no longer touch the widget to open app. So much more but I only have 500 characters.I have the paid version and there should be more options to justify the price.
