hi developers, please fix the problem c phone call/ sound guardian.. previously phone call can last for 2 hours (120minutes). but a few months ago, it changed into 60minutes. and since may 1, 2026.. the feature phone call/sound guardian can only last for 12 minuted.... the watch cannot call for more than 12 minutes..the phone connection will automatically closed when already 12 minuted on air..thank you..

After about a month of not using this app and the watch it started sending diabolic notifications to my phone as if they where made from my sons watch he's has not been using for the same amount of time. some of the messages contain "666test" with message containing "123" a random notifications that the watch is "running" even if its just sitting on the table without charge.
receiving messages from unknown users, which are not connected and not in a group!!! (not sms but in a system). device or system totally unsecure. I saw push messages, but it is not in a history!!! resetting the device codes costs money. I highly suggest not to use device and app.
I haven't used the watch, but today, after a few years of having the app on my phone, it gave me multiple notifications labeled "666test" and "test666 123" and "666 test a". Anything that uses that number, specifically, multiple times in a row, can't be a coincidence. I don't think anyone should trust this app.
Someone hacked our account, it's not working anymore. Don't use it, and don't buy the watch either!

i cant sign up it kept saying password is not allowed!!! crazyyy!!!!
not an app. an ads display. you have to pay a subscription to be able to use the hardware you already paid for. but even that does not help. the app keeps losing the phone information and you have to keep adding it over and over again. the watch itself is meh - hardware looks solid enough, but the software has interesting choices - when you disable apps they stick around. just say that they are disabled - his and show would be easy better, tracking itself works when it feels like it

In short, disaster, both the app and the watch. Now, you are buying inexpensive without GPS but only with gsm tracking, okay, it's for a few bucks, however, the location, signal, calls, etc... is just pathetic and weak. The application is on a new level of how to make something less intuitive as possible. I am not happy with my buy at all....
Worst app ever. When I first bought the watch for my daughter, the app worked fine. After 3 months, everything went downhill. The app always shows that the device is offline when it clearly isn't true. I finally gave up & switched to a Samsung watch, 10 months after. That was the best move!
there is absolutly no notification when receiving audio chat message this is rubish!
My daughter cannot hear my voice when i am calling her. It's not on mute amd she still can't hear me.
You can't txt or anything! it worked for a couple of weeks and then the GPS was telling me the wrong location for my 9 year old. The ads get in the way of tracking also. This watch and app actually made me stress out more when my girl was walking home from school, it say she was somewhere she wasn't because I would drive there to check. Do yourself a favor and just go to T-mobile and by one of their watches. ps. it also sent out false SOS EMERGENCY signals and that was the last straw 😤

app won't connect to the watch despite the change of sim card. stuck on "school mode", won't disable anything. have tried to uninstall, disconnect and reconnect, nothing works. disappointed 😞 😥
sending it back. idk if its the watch or the app but after i set it up andded everyones numbers corrected the time and location i was charging it and it completely unlinked from my account. i want this for emergencies so definitely wont take that risk
suddenly stop working and admin disabled everything seems the app maker done what they want to do.

Apps works well but why there are ads? Also the watch advertised App Store access for whatsapp but there is no app store for watch or whatsapp.
Cannot bind the device, contacted support to help reset factory settings but despite sending several emails to them, until now still no reply from them. My watch cannot be used at all. Super disappointed!
Can't register in this app. It always says the password is not up to the required level. Can't enter all the 26 letters in the alphabet. This is annoying

After changing my phone, on samsung S26u it is not working. Can not login, can not change password, "No network coverage", "Mail delivery failed". On S24u it worked ok.
