worse app ever! don't waste your $35!
just wants you to send its advertisement to all of your contacts. won't go past that point. waste of time.
unfortunately you have to pay for the app.....
more paywalled garbage. don't bother. I'd hoped this would at least be marginally useful as a permanently disabled person with no income, but if you're in the same position as me, I can confirm it's worthless.
Having problems with this app. before you can even see what the app can actually do for you is asking for a subscription. normally if it feels too good to be true that must be the case. I would like a refund.
they give fake arbitrary settlement numbers to try and get fake ratings and then they want you to subscribe just for links to external settlement websites? bait and switch
Worthless, Remember "Settlemate pays for itself-or we pay you back. If you don't make more than your subscription fee in your first year, we'll refund you. No hassle, no risk." Sounds great, right? Unfortunately, I haven’t received any payment, despite it showing the claim form was sent, nothing ever arrived by mail or email. On top of that, I paid for an annual subscription through August 2026, canceled auto-renew, and now I’m locked out of the app unless I renew early and it can't be ignored.
buggy, won't let you log in, or log out properly does not remember you after a few days, has no use but sends you to sites that say "no.proof required" but you have to provide proof. even if you're eligible you're not. waste of money
UPDATE 5/1/2026: I canceled my membership, which will be expiring in September 2026. You would think I would still have access - WRONG!!! I can only access if I pay AGAIN. This app is trash!! I should be given an entire refund for all the time and energy wasted time trying to access this page! I paid for a year's subscription only to find the app isn't working!! I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it's still not working.
the app always loses your information and you have to start all over again. they can't retrieve anything that you have done with the settlements that you worked on. this has happened 4 times now. customer service is a joke. wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

wow, this app wants 13 dollars a month to... do nothing, nada, to yell me, we found 0.00 owed. now pay us 12 dollars. scam app, dont use
I just downloaded the app and it won't stay open, it continues to crash and close itself

App update & I am unable to access. What manner of madness is this? Even after update still ...
immediately asks for payment before you can see anything. asks you to share with friends about a million times before you see the payment screen, and also gets your phone number before it says you have to pay to see anything. don't input anything, don't install
paid app first ... it miss leads you to thinking it's free friendly app. asks you to rate the app without even doing anything besides saying oh you missed out on $4k... now that we've shown you what you missed rate us and now buy our program because we are the best ... cost doesn't seem like much but I'll just Google and go to the web pages of the lawyers. if they showed and help you with a case as an example I might of... but the way the app works seems scamy and scummy.

I had doubts about this app when beginning. its been a few months so far and all I've gotten are login issues and denied request....kinda scammie is my only feeling 😕

probably a scam, judging by the other reviews. I refuse to give them any money to find out though. would be nice to be able to browse inside the app before paying but you cannot see anything unless you sign up for a subscription. good luck with that.
It wont take my address after i paid. and believe me.I know where I live.....bad app I want my money back NOW! I will be reporting you for this scam.

won't let me log in takes me to main set up page only and when I put in my info says a user is already using this email I know it's me let me log in I need you guys to fix this or issue me a refund
every time I click on it it just kicks me out and closes
so far, I have had to re-sign up for this app using the same email 3-4 different times. And I haven't even gotten into the apps home home after signing up again, and it making me rate them before I can go any further. This is ridiculous. why can't the app keep me logged in? and why doesn't it save my login information? it sent me a notification, "Don't miss out on this," and I have to re-sign up. whoever may be reading this try a different app.

Worst navigation ever. You will sit and wait for an access code over and over again. But the timer is only 60 seconds to enter it. It may or may not arrive or may arrive the next day and be timed out. I ended up just uninstalling the app. Horrible.

it's not free. im too broke to pay for a monthly subscription. even if its about $3, im really that broke and thought this app would actually help me. and then it had the audacity to give me a back handed comment for trying to exit out after finding out i had to pay them to get money. crazy work, honestly repulsive.
download the app, started to input my information, found out there's a pretty hefty monthly fee, went ahead and paid one monthly fee. but when I go to input my information like my name, date of birth and email and try to save my profile, the app keeps closing. I want a refund immediately and do not wish to use your services. I can see Clearly that this is a scam.
