Don't Bother, steals your money. I have been using Sezzle for 2 years. In the Beginning it was amazing, now there just absolute Garbage. They charge now for using your debit card, so you have to use your checking account which takes days to process a payment. My last experience was my final straw with them. They took 3 payment which is fine because it was scheduled for it, but these last 3 payments were taken out of my account and I was still charged a late fee. Called customer service, useless
i cannot open any of my games after updating the app. i have sent 3 e-mails and made a phone call. nothing has been done to rectify the situation.
Customer service is horrible. I've been waiting 6 days now to hear from technical support. I've never had to wait more than an hour for technical support for any other app or service.

I went to pay my account, but because I don't remember my old phone number, they told me, I have to write them a check checks. Aint even a form of payment anymore. this app is the rude app ever they let's you use the power for your dollars, but now I'm getting changed for just buying a game someone needs to be fired because I just buy a game and I had no problem with the app fired someone today
Be Careful - You have to set up/link and verify your bank account before payments go through, otherwise they use your cards and charge you $1.99 extra as a late fee. They charge you a fee of around $5 to add money to your wallet and it doesn't allow you to pay off your balance ahead of time with your card either. Verifying bank can take 5 business days. They're betting on people not doing it in time. What other purpose does the card restriction serve? All around shameless practices.

(CAN'T RECOMMEND, APP SUCKS) I couldn't access my account the first time since I haven't used the app in years and it's a new acct. So they told me they would delete my account and I could resign up. Ok, cool. I resign up, set my account up, I go to get gas and it declines, the app tells me I need the anywhere subscription. Ok, cool. I sign up, I try again and it declines again, I get instantly banned. Why? Contact support and nothing back. They genuinely do not care 😂
thought id try it out, big mistake! I was charged $25+ fee on a $9 payment. never again will I use this service. go with after pay or paypal pay later they don't have crazy fees like this
paid all balances early and spending limit decreased can't get no answers nobody knows anything here customer service is limited, best to seek financial business elsewhere with concrete answers.

I was looking at my bank account transactions and noticed a charge for $19.99 for Sezzle Anywhere. I have no memory of signing up for Sezzle Anywhere which is not a service I would use or consider using in any capacity I have credit cards for that. Auto Pay was enabled which I never use and this has been going on for almost a year for a service I never knew I had and would never use.
My favorite part about this app is selecting an amount to borrow. getting the prepaid amount ready on the card. It shows that I have enough available then I go to pay and it declines every single time. then 20 seconds after it declines it asked me to approve. the amount that I already asked to borrow. your app is a joke.

beware! twice now I have tried to use my sezzle spend that I earned in the arcade. The first one on Amazon deal days, the app crashed but they still took my money. it took 48 hours to get it back. of course deal days were over. it just happened again 2 days later on Walmart deal days and AGAIN I'm stuck waiting forty eight hours and their deals end TOMORROW. Don't use them!! I feel like it's a scam and I will never use them again!! I'M EVEN PAYING FOR THEIR SUBSCRIPTION!! BEWARE!!!

Payment plans and financing are great in a pinch, but beware as there is no protection from merchants making inaccurate charges. They should have some sort of insurance to help protect customers. Have fun disputing with your bank if you get ripped off.

I cant open the games im playing through the app anymore. I restarted my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled yhe app. still nothing. I tap the button to play and nothing happens. I dont know how to report a bug in the app so hopefully someone will see it here.
used to love using this app it was completely amazing very straightforward very easy to work with but now if you want to use it at all you have to do their subscription which adds another $20 a month. you never made me subscribe to anything before but now it's apparently mandatory to use any type of amount which I am not a fan of unfortunately this is dropped from 5 to 1 star for me
I wish I could attach a picture. I cannot create an account because I do not have a cell phone. I emailed support for help and they will not help me. They want me to provide my contact information so they can verify who I am before they can assist. How, what can they verify? I haven't created the account yet!!! Dumb people
well my last comment was a one-star and I said that I would come back and update you 7 months later in here I am still giving one star as soon as I spend the $30 that I put from my debit card into sezzle balance which means I should be able to use that money if I make an order not on a down payment and I owe no money to you and you won't let me use that money and if I close my account I don't get it back absolutely effing done with you
I used sezzle for 1 purchase and all of a sudden I started receiving notifications for multiple purchase that I didn't make and so far haven't received much help in resolving the matter. I wish I could give it a no star rating.

Scammers. Decided to charge my $7 because their system is too dumb to use a working card instead of one that doesn't. They also tried to screw me on a Premium bonus that appeared on a checkout. They gave me credit after hours of dealing with customer service, but it meant I still had to spend with them again to see that benefit rather than it going to the order it should have. Won't be using again!

only reason I used it because they had an offer to sign up for their premium and id get a $100 off my first purchase. so i did it. did i get the 100 bucks off my first purchase? nope. so after fi ish the next payment and pay the item off. im deleting it. False advertising and predatory business practices are bs.
What a scam this service is. It's all about paying a monthly subscription to be able to pay at "premium stores" which is everything except junk stores. Then they have you play, buy, and subscribe to more third party services that are unsafe. The worst BNPL service.
undisclosed to users or fine print, when rescheduling payments they will report that to credit bureau as line of credit suspension. not good for credit. thanks thought yall was better than that. update. DO NOT LINK YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT. it is not convenient at all takes way to long to go through and for sezzle to finally finalize payment. ya'll did it charging for not choosing bank account for scheduled payments. common sense would be grandfather customers with out charging. corporate GREED

Used to really enjoy everything about Sezzle. Still using it, but not loving the inability to make an advance (non-autopay) payment without paying a fee. I find that to be ridiculous.

Too complicated/long to process early payments. 4 business days to process it and I can't pay directly with my card, even though my payments are set up with that same card?? Make it make sense. It's much easier to schedule an additional payment with Affirm or Klarna, so I prefer those apps to Sezzle.
I lowered my rating from a 5 star to only a 2 star because there have been glitches with games. First, I didn't receive points for completing at least 1 or 2 tasks in 5 different games and now I can't even play games. I've reported both problems to Sezzle and received no help in almost a month. I was told to send screenshots not once, but twice to prove myself which I did and I've still not received all my game points. Now, the play button doesn't even work on any of my games!
Their system's inability to meet service demands, despite payment, is the only issue with this company. After two interactions in three days with the same issue and corporate deflection, I suggest they acknowledge their inadequacies rather than blaming the gift card company and denying responsibility. Apologizing that it wasn't the resolution "I" hoping, seems to totally forget they provide a service. Not providing service breaks the contract and my right to my money.
Do not depend on this service. I used them for a few years then, it stopped working. when I turned to CS, they were incoherent. Unacceptable in a modern commercial world. (Retired shopper)
The service itself works fine. But the June app updates & switch to a points system are broken. The interface is glitchy and it's not keeping track of game milestones well after their 48 hour window. it's not worth doing them anymore considering how much grinding or app purchases are needed.
absolutely loved this app at first but to my people playing games to earn- BE AWARE that they will remove your earn tab so you can no longer access your points to spend them or continue to make points. I'm still notified that Im making points but they've taken away all access to those points so I can't spend them.
