I had high hopes for this but it kept deleting my data and the customer service wasn't very helpful. I ended up going back to manual. The app definitely has potential but needs some proper fine tuning - the zooming in and out of sheets is awkward, no sync between phone and computer...also, I would really appreciate a pop-up reminder option for temperature checks which is what made me interested in looking for an app in the first place.
the old version was so much better, this new one keeps crashing and not saving entry's when you go over the history, now a pointless waste of money
it's not great to use the old paper work quicker and easier to do and taken much longer to tran to use

I downloaded the app and nothing works. Tapping any icon nothing comes up. Deleted the app then reloaded still nothing and to think I signed up for a subscription . Not good 😐

You register and then get through to an " add premises" page where the app just stops, nothing you press works, restarted and retried numerous times. Too serious a subject matter to be using an app that simply doesn't work

Useless user interface. Absolute nightmare. Unable to enter any more than 4 readings on Android tablets as the keyboard appears in front of tables. Tables can't be moved on the screen as it fills the screen and won't move any further. Unable to use on a mobile phone, text characters are very small and it's very inconvenient constantly zooming as it's time consuming filling tables with no provision to adjust. Would benefit from drop down forms instead of useless table formatting.
Hard to see and edit pages. When trying to input temperature all alphabets are just tiny little dots. When zooming that is not helping because I'm unable to move across the pages. So need to many times zoom in and out with little effect.

Such a good idea in concept and I really wanted to use but in its current format its unusable. Constructives: Tick boxes are far too close together and the zoom and scroll is practically non existant / doesn't work making some pages a nightmare Lack of sheets required, I would like delivery records, food temp checks etc not just a fridge temp check and diary Not very user friendly and is more stressful Will keep an eye on app for future updates as concept I am really keen on working
