La page de résiliation SFR est constamment bloquée, impossible de faire la démarche. J’ai envoyé une lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception à Lyon, aucune réponse de leur part. Trois semaines plus tard, je suis toujours abonnée contre ma volonté. Le service client est totalement inutile : au lieu d’aider, ils insistent pour vendre un autre abonnement. Aucune considération, aucune écoute, aucun effort. Un service méprisant et à fuir. une étoile parce que le minus n'existe pas encore. 👎👎👎

Apparently they don t know that I need to be logged in to send a message.... That is the point I am trying to solve...how to log in....

This app is the worst every..am a custormer for both the box and sim..and i must say am really regreating joining for the first place😡😡😡😡they collect money anyhow from my account..i will have to change asap.. i dont think u guys care if someone dies with high bp😡😡😡😡

SFR is a scam I got the service after 3 months that too very low speeds and then when I needed to cancel the service I was charged another 100 euros for cancellation. They don't have English support. The worst third world experience in a network operator ever. If you want to get SFR, the better option is to bang your head against the wall

لصوص بإمتياز ، سرقة العميل وجها لوجه ، و بعد الشكوى تزداد جرأتكم فى سرقتى و سلب اموالى. من 34euro , إلى 65euro لماذا ؟؟ Ladrones por excelencia, de nada sirve quejarse, se roba al cliente cara a cara con total descaro. No aconsejo a nadie que viva en Francia que trate con esta empresa. Voleurs par excellence, rien ne sert de se plaindre, vous dévalisez le client face à face en toute audace. Je ne conseille à personne résidant en France de traiter avec cette société.

Archi nul et mensonges sur la vitesse. J'ai souscrit à la fibre SFR 1go/700mo. Vitesse mesurée sur speedtest seulement 60 mo. SFR se moque du client. Je vais me rétracter. A fuir et éviter SFR.

This company is testing my patient I don't like this company they will automatically subscribe you to a game, tv channel and send you a message that you requested for the subscription please stop this madness I will sue You Sfr I promise you I regret dealing with this company how can you engage me to pay you every month on an offer I don't even want ,I can only pay for my monthly subscription but not additional bills from the games and the TV channels you subscribed by yourselfs ,be careful.
Scam company, had 45 issues with them overcharge me and terrible customer servicd
This company has serious problems with phishing issues. I had an email asking me to complete my panier. When I went through it they were asking for my card details. I knew then that it was a scam. A second email arrived asking the same thing. I did a resiliation of my account and now am with Orange. I still continue to get emails purporting to be from SFR, demanding money. They cannot take anything out of my bank because I did an opposition. SFR put 27, 09 euros back into my bank.
Over charges
Internet speed drops every night. Nobody speaks English nor they are open. Not sure what it is but soon will cancel it.
Got scammed by official call from SFR. They offered a promotion, but the promised discounts was never applied. When contacted support team, they never sent me any instructions how to cancel it. On top of that it was a mandatory yearly plan. When using SFR app, I had games automatically installed by it on my phone, some of which required additional payment to use.
This is more a review of SFR customer support than of the app. Their incompetent fiber installers damaged my home and when I contacted SFR service about it, it never got resolved. This happened last November and when I inquired today when someone would be coming over to repair the damage, they wouldn't or couldn't say! SFR customer support threw the call over to their damages support who never responded.

J'appelle SFR parce qu'il on coupe la connexion d'un coup le bot me dit d'installer l'application alors que sa a aucun rapport . Sachant que j'ai la fibre ma connexion étais celle d'une box normale lente quand je ferais les teste je me trouver sur le serveur Séoul même l'opérateur m'a dit que c'était catastrophique. Je paie un abonnement pour que la connexion et lente plus qu'autre chose .
I have a very bad experience from customer service and the information they provided on the first day of buying SFR sim. I would have given one star, but the second star is for the internet (good quality).
On ne voit jamais clairement le détail de notre abonnement et son coût et remises appliquées. SFR aime l'abus des consommateurs
