Restaurant waiting time is high on every order. Customer support is very delayed. Their what's app group support is totally waste.

fraud app waste of time
I have reached the customer's location and delivered the proper order. The customer is lying that he did not receive the order. My ID has been deactivated on this matter. I believe the customer's statement and not the rider's and no proper response is coming. please help me out asap

One of the worst useless app. From past 2 weeks, all the orders I am accepting is getting cancelled. There is no support option to understand your concern. Very bogus useless app. Created tickets numerous times but no solution to the problem.
the riders do not contact at all and when called back they don't answer either it's really frustrating my orders have been cancelled two times bcz of them.

My experience with this service is very dissatisfactory, I have ordered 3500 product along with delivery charges. It was not delivered by 10 days, then I made call to delivery boy he denied to come my area and asked to come 15km from my house.At last the returned my product, I will never trust shadowfax logistics.
