I have not received my shipment it has been a week now. I put so many tickets and chat msgs to shadowfax and shiprocket but no one has reached out to . There is no direct number to call. I am really unhappy as it was a bulk order placed for my kids and already paid for it and nobody has reached out to me from shadow fax

Extremely disappointed with Shadowfax's delivery service. Since 2 July, the assigned delivery executive Tilak has been repeating the same behavior every day. He gives a missed call, disconnects immediately, never reaches my address, and falsely marks the order as "Delivery Failed" or "Delivery Attempted." This has happened for three consecutive days. They are suspending my ID without any reason. no customer support. no response. They hired me, but after citing 'unlimited rejections' and receiving 100 rejections, they suspended my ID.
Worst courier service ever! We were supposed recive our delivery 1 week back. But they automatically canceled the delivery without our authorization. Now they are not delivering even after a week, the delivery service just calls and no one speaks. Worst service ever! Better close your business! I'm gonna file a complaint on you. Be ready for the legal notice
everything looked ok initially but after some delivered orders, they show you who they are....take away 500 rs from your earning in the name of Background verification charges & don't be fooled, they will charge you @ 10rs per order once you complete 50 orders in the name of platform charges...so don't be fooled by per order value that they give you as tumhari jeb katne wali hai....mere saath hua Jab meri payment aani thi, loan ki EMI deni thi, par bina bataye theek payment wale din sab minus.

Very poor delivery service. My package was marked "Out for Delivery" multiple times, but it was never delivered. I had to call the delivery agent myself, and each time I was told the vehicle had broken down. The delivery kept getting rescheduled without any real attempt to deliver the package. This is not the first time I've faced this issue. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
worst app, latest update is irritating and draining the battery, why the hell we get notification sound after few seconds of Order picked up or delivered. it's unnecessary. while traveling whe we get this sound we thought new order but there is nothing. old versions are best.

"My first completed delivery earnings of ₹123 are visible in the app, but my releasable payout continues to show ₹0 despite there being no deductions or COD pending. The support chatbot was unable to explain the reason or create a support ticket, which made the payout process confusing. I hope Shadowfax improves payout transparency and provides faster access to human support for such issues.
