poor customer service and won't give my money back
I hate this app now. One of the newest updates makes me have to redownload the app every time I want to order something or I get an endless loading screen.
Sheetz has made their rewards in their app near worthless. They increased the amount of points things cost while adding stipulations like "Item with only one upcharge." An example is the breakfast sandwhich, the free one costing 600 points. 600 points requires me to spend $120 at a sheetz location to accumulate (this does not include gas). They also count ONE SLICE OF CHEESE as an upcharge. Meaning for spending $120 in overpriced items Ill get a cheap, half breakfast sandwhich 😂 its a ripoff
since the update, it just tells me my credentials are incorrect, though they weren't. changed password, still won't let me in. So, the update broke the app.
I was loving the app til recently.Nothing will load properly when connected to the data but will work fine when connected to WiFi which makes me ordering food after work a huge pain in the butt.
Requiring an app for a drive through is very greedy behavior. complexity loses business. we went to another place
HAS NOT LET ME ORDER IN WEEKS! IVE UNINSTALLED, REINSTALLED, CLEARED MY CACHE AND FILES ETC. NOTHING. Getting to be ridiculous because you can't order online! and it don't matter if I'm on Sheetz wifi or my wifi or my phones data, still won't work! and everything else does.
Had been hanging onto an old version of the app. It wasn't great but it mostly functioned. Was forced to update and wow, the latest version sucks. Navigation is 1000% worse, loading popup on the screen constantly, every task takes longer to do and every feature that used to be obvious is hidden behind multiple clicks. Enshittification at its finest, uninstalled.

I am so sick of having to wait for that stupid spinning circle when all I want to do is scan my rewards card. gawd I hate this app
It won't link my original sheetz card to the app. 20 years of loyalty points. Worthless. I scanned in the barcode. Always an error. Oh, Shmuffin! The customer service number on back of card is the same as the one given out by the AI feedback here. So its not like this is a new or unique problem. I bet there are millions of old freakz with same issue that Sheetz has willfully chosen not to resolve this problem for years. How many issues do we see on these reviews that never gets resolved?
The app gives deals for mobile ordering but doesn't have the same options as in store and will not display all the ingredients of some items, so you have to guess to use the offer. Major flaw. Also often does not apply offers you qualified for to reduce gas.

I emailed customer support about this issue and all they do is give me another reward. The issue is the app doesn't apply the reward to my order! Not the app showing my reward I need the app to actually apply it and it's not working !
can't enter my address on the app. where it's required it's too far on the top of my phone so I can't place it but my email and name and age I can access. Data wasted

sheetz cards never work at the pump to get gas rewards. Food orders are always messed up and skimped on. The absolute worst MTO service of any Sheetz. anywhere. This is exclusively directed at the 1740 N Atherton St, 16803 location.

Ridiculous. At least 1/2 my delivery orders get cancelled, & whatever offer coupon I used never gets returned. Out of stock items not reflected in the app, DoorDash driver not available (at 7:000pm on a Saturday evening??), whatever other issues they have, it's just not worth the time & effort to even bother trying to order from them anymore. I'm especially ticked off about my "offerz" not being returned when they cancel my orders. Oh, & being left sitting for 2 hours waiting before they cancel.
In using this app, I have encountered nothing but features that do not work, and getting trapped in endless loops. I was involved in computer programming for forty years. The key to any good software is the debugging phase, so I have a suggestion. Sheetz should release each version to its employees before it is released to customers. Encourage employees to find bugs, and give a meaningful reward to any employee that reports an issue. Sheetz has a veritable army of testers right under its nose.

When a MTO sub order calls for bread to be toasted, would you people, for the love of god, actually toast the damn sub? so many lackluster subs simply because someone in this Sheetz during lunch REFUSES to follow the toast it instruction!
always an issue and it's hard to receive all your items and even longer to receive a refund.
great when it works, but when it doesn't you won't get the discounts and will be overcharged, which happens about 1 in 3 visits.
Half the time the app doesn't work and I have gift cards I can't use because it either won't open or it just continues to load.
I cannot login. the app tells me to check my internet connection, but my internet connection is fine
