I'm in central Ohio but the app thinks I'm in Pennsylvania and the app also shows distance in km not miles. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but no change. I can't find anything in the settings to change any of this.
be ready for a 20 question pop quiz about all your personal information if you want to look at alcohol selection. not to buy it just see what they have. hot garbage. do better. no one has time for that.

not syncing rewards card
too many new and shady permissions recently. rewards have dwindled to being worthless. did y'all forget you're supposed to give the illusion of value in exchange for our personal data?? locations that aren't brand new are dirty and short staffed.
New customer. I've spent almost $170 in fuel purchases in less than a month. But this app shows that I have 0 reward points and no purchase history even though I scanned my reward card before paying at the pump. Update: If we don't get points for fuel what's the purpose of being able to swipe your reward card at the pump?

I'm very familiar with Sheetz and can tell you for a fact that this app's 4 star rating is unwarranted. It's a 2, at best; it has confusing navigation slavishly tied to the company's insistence on a faux-pop aesthetic, it has literal pop-up ads, the app will simply crash permanently and force a total reinstall, and fail to load on an in my experience nearly daily basis. It just unambiguously sucks and there's no reason to excuse it.
I went in to get a milkshake and the machine is out of order, then I got a slushie and I had to use different lids because there was flys stuck in the lids. And the place is a mess, there is stuff all over the floor and everything. Don't go to sheetz in Williamsport!
app is buggy and can't load the pickup order menu
dogshit app
placed a delivery order for beer over an hour before the legal cutoff. got charged, received no email, text or app receipt. waited 20 minutes, tried again, got charged again. this time I got a text that doordash confirmed the order. still no text, email or app confirmation from sheetz of my order. called customer service and I was told 1-7 business days to come refund me. app is trash, customer service is useless, I wouldnt have used sheetz if I realized they were completely unreliable
It wouldn't let me put the code in for my card; it keeps saying it has an error

I love being disabled and using curbside check-in just for the app to not actually accept it & make me check in several times and not actually go through
app has been broken for the last 2 days, can't order lunch ahead of time.

After the June update, the app will no longer let me add half of the menu items to my cart. The app also will not let me checkout. Very frustrating. PLEASE FIX!

breakfast sandwich sausage was frozen in the middle. the muffin was MISSING the bottom half. worst sandwich I have ever received at this location. I had to throw it out.
was charged almost $40 for an order i placed but because the app had some glitch going I don't get the order I paid for and have to wait for refund! customer service is a joke! unhelpful and they like to hang up on customers.

Not sure when, but I have been trying to update a payment method, but the add new payment method has a prompt that keeps popping up saying "Something Went Wrong, please try and again." The same prompt keeps popping up. Otherwise, I love the app and use it consistently when getting fuel.

So I'll go to Wawa from now on. They don't serve hash browns all day, but at least I can place a mobile order so my food is ready when I arrive and I don't have to touch dirty screens in the store

When ordering food, every selection in the menu scrolls you to the top, including a half screen ad you have to scroll past every time. When pulling up your sheetz card, a loading graphic covers the bar code, forcing you to wait until cigarette coupons load before you can scan your card.

When it works it good but other than that its basically a barcode that gets you points bc the app never loads anything other than the first page.
This is a very slow and difficult app to navigate. I think I get frustrated every time I get on it. lots of glitches I can't even get a delivery order due to a phone number glitch.
It was a great and super convenient app, and everything still works right except when I arrive to pick up a curbside order and the app won't check me in.
