worst experience I ever faced in online shopping. i ordered 3 t shirt in this app by using shein vault coin of 1000 but received only 1 next 2 tshirt delayed more than 2 weeks . 3 times out for delivery but not delivered.i also called customer care but they told you could not delivered due to logistical constraints.i also recieved refund shein coins but that coins expiry time they give only 2 days and also that coins not applied on products .worst experience I ever faced in online shopping .

Delivery partner Shadowfax is froud as they don't deliver orders and make delivery attempts fail to get that product as their own use. my two orders are not delivered. Also mailed to Shein but no action taken

Worst customer service.I ordered Semi-Elasticated Waist Cargo but i get a black Sleeveless T-shirt which shows the clear view of negligence from SHEIN.So i placed a return request.After one week they said you have to reschedule your pick up to next day and said that it is necessary.I asked why i need to reschedule my pick up that is not correct way of treating the customer but they forcefully done the reschedule with me.Next day they said according to your request we are cancelled your pick up .
worst app no customer support here I have points which are not usable and the number they provide will not get connected at all it's either switch off or out of range
