mad angry 😠 I order 3 luggage from them got 2 one was the wrong address sent proof and they keep calling me a liar told me to wait 24 hours the review failed they told me to wait 72 hours now there saying I won't know anything tell 4th July im livid I spent over $300 and got $400 in my cart that im not ordering till I find out if they are refund me

I made an order way more then I can afford now says delivery done I never received my package. there is a slip signed i don't know by who in a complete different city to mine and I double checked my address that is right. I payd shein this was their responsibility and now it seems to be my problem I lost almost R800 and did not even receive dust for it. I wil never use this company again as I feel robbed

I expected the lavender perfume to be big because that's what they showed me though the peach perfume and the rings are very good I love them but the purple lavender is small for that amount
