terrible app it's garbage they post an app then accept it multiple instances now they remove you and don't even inform you .. mind you I have over 20 years experience in food and restaurants as a manager and know all aspects of the industry.. okay this app is definitely run by idiots showing how useless their tech is by location sharing being abysmal and broken.. Move this app to the trash no way it has this high review it's bull

I'm trying to find a shift near me but it keeps leading me to shifts that are outside my location for a guy who relies on public transportation I don't know if these would be good.

Has gotten worse and worse due to A.I. Can't talk to anyone with realtime situations and the options for a ticket through staff messaging is no direction.

honestly if you like wasting your life away and working for free, highly suggest it. been working shiftsmart for almost a year, the glitches are terrible support is mainly AI runaround bull and the app is slow ( which is asinine due to everything being timed) my pay is constantly being held from me because the faulty ghetto app is about as advanced as a caveman. with circle k the staff is stretched beyond thin ( because circle k is an evil greedy company) if you have any other choice, run.
apps glitches and when you finish shifts after completing all tasks and photos it still says. delay payment finish tasks. in yellow. it's starting to get worse and I dont know if I'll continue after this next week due to the app problems. im very disappointed 😞
you never get any help from support they cancel shifts and they don't pay you for wasting your time
It was fine at first. Now the shifts are disappearing after I accept them. If you have an issue, your on your own. They don't reply to any emails. When they do, it's a month later.
Confusing app with an AI helpbot that won't answer questions about getting started. Training doesn't show up so you can't get shifts. Wasted time trying this.
Am absolutely trash app. A "work" app with only circle K listed and NO WORK ANYWHERE EVER
the app for work is great however the support ai sucks and reporting issues is very frustrating there is a limit to the ai response non of which seem to actually make a difference. could use better support chat and issue resolution.
Had a shift at 4am, arrived on time but confused on how to begin; once in the store i signed in got my store number baggage all ready to begin, then I see my shift was canceled..and I don't understand why.
I jumped through all the hoops.Did all the learning modules,all the test,all the quizes,called to take there last questions.Oh yeah,being told $10 was right around the corner after training.I even bought clothes that fit their requirements. All this finished,down loaded id,everything...Was told I only have to pass a background check that'll only take a couple days.That was a month ago.Such b.s. If you won't hire me because of my past,just say so.If it stays on "pending",they save that $10.
app is terrible,never enough time to complete the tasks,and flexible start option doesn't even work. The ai is also terrible its designed so you dont talk to a human about any issues you have. would never recommend this to anyone. 0 stars
lousy,I completed orientation several weeks ago and contacted them several times and still haven't received my payment for orientation.
It's giving me nothing
I've had this app actor for about a week I got a chance to work one time and since then I haven't had anything on my schedule no jobs is popping up for me at all
people don't show up for their shifts then a new shift is made for the app and when you accept that shift and waste your time energy and gas to go to the location you are turned away and then have to wonder for 3 hours while the app says payment denied if you're actually going to get paid or not even though you're supposed to get paid for a turn away if it is not your fault, I.e the food is already cooked. this app is about to be banned and sued if it keeps using AI. for its support team
Kinda pointless if there aren't any shifts available in a city like St.Louis. Absolutely no shifts available on the app. lol. Don't even waste your time making a profile.

Worst support ever

there are literally no jobs on the platform every time I check. I haven't seen one
Haven't gotten paid for the onboarding as promised, no work opportunities listed for anyone in my state or neighboring states, and no response from support about what's going on with either. Very disappointed in what this app could have been if it worked and had human beings supporting it. They handed off all the app support to AI and haven't realized what that's going to cost them over the long-term yet.
ZERO STARS - The app will clock you out while you're still on your shift and the company won't investigate or compensate you for the time that was cut. I sent pictures and have witnesses but they claim "there's no evidence" that I was still working when the app clocked me out. All they had to do was contact the store manager but instead of making that call, they emailed me to say that I just wouldn't be getting paid. Great job Shiftsmart 👍
only 2 company's for orlando fl "shifts" are stocking shelves and unloading delivery trucks for Dollar General and Circle K. which have no availabilities anyway. No choices. What's the reason for this app? Getting peoples information?? I recommend no one wasting their time to download this app. when I tried to delete my account it says that if I try to log back in (I wouldn't, since I'm trying to delete my account) that it will say that I'm banned and that my information will stay!?
I haven't even made an account because of how broken this app's ACCOUNT CREATION is on my phone. Video at the start was cropped from I assume 9:16 to be nearly square, cropping out all but a few pixels of TEXT. Phone number field kept INSISTING I was from Argentina, and refusing to allow me to change the country code. I do not have a VPN installed on this device. The 2FA prompt let me paste, but did NOT accept a pasted value, until I deleted it all and typed it out. How do you code this badly???
its an AI generated app. that scams people out of their money. i showed up for my first job and they only paid me 2$ for a 2 hr shift that was supposed to be paid out at 19.50 instead of being able to talk with a actually support agent i had to deal with Ai responses. and just now 2 weeks later i am receiving a email. when my bf has the same issues they automatically reimburse him after the reject a payment for " no show" or when they try to say " he didnt complete his shift"

I wish I could post the screenshot of my communication with this app support team. If a manager decides to put inaccurate information that lowers your scores on your timecard. The support team is no help. All there answers are auto generated. Customer service is there but still is useless. Add removing shifts without notice to the list as well. Smfh.
There is so little human interactions, if you have an issue it takes forever because you have to submit a ticket and if you're on the job you can't get immediate help and then they reject your pay and then it's postponed 24-48 hrs.
I accepted 2 shifts and the app told me to leave..I was on time and im in good standing I wasted gas now they won't pay me..app is full of bugs and very glitch and u can't talk to a REAL PERSON TO LET THEM KNOW

Their support hub is horrible if you do not get paid, it's like they don't care and you just have to deal with it. Also I made a mistake on a schedule that I booked tried to get in contact with the support hub right away within 5 minutes and they then suspended me and then won't help me at the sport hub for the shift. I worked that I didn't get paid for

Refusing to pay me after I worked 6 hours for 90$, the app barely loads even on wifi that runs at or over 500 mega bytes per second, tracks your location but they can't confirm you made it to the job without you checking in, says up to 2 days to investigate but support will wait two days to get back to you only to say it'll take two days for it to be investigated
