horrible app and horrible gig job to work for. literally my first three shifts that I had already recalling issues and when I was doing my training modules on the app I kept having to restart my phone. now I had issues with my very last app is making it seem like I didn't show up even though I did and I have not been able to get a shift since and it took them over 24 hours to fix this and pay me my money. Don't bother trust me save yourself a headache.

Management treating people from Shiftsmart badly
well it was a good app to make some extra money even though the app itself worked terribly. but then they updated it and NOTHING would work on my phone even with all troubleshooting. i reported it and they said everything would be fine only for my account to be suspended for THEIR app not working properly. i was seriously relying on that money and because they cant get their app right, im being punished and being put in a really bad position. absolutely ridiculous. looking for better apps now.

I'm disappointed with them this is the 3rd time my pay has been rejected and I was at my post the whole shift even told them to call store management to verify I don't know who's checking our work but they need someone new doing it there's no telling how many others they have done like this he'll check our GPS there's the proof now pay me my money
No shifts when signing up 😞
it keeps sending me food prep offers, which I will never pick up, I want to do other offers but will not give me any other options.
honestly ive tried this app 3 time already and I never get a call so I can do my background check
App freezes or crashes often during shifts. Inconsistent when it comes to different gas stations during cleaning (won't account for less than 4 pump stations). Shorts you on pay when it automatically logs you out early when you're working. Nowhere to complain but here since there's no phone support. Has a lot to improve upon. Reliance upon AI sucks; always check your clock inputs since you have no idea if you have been logged out.
Really been frustrating at Walmart scanning barcodes. I've done everything close then reopen the app, uninstall and reinstall the app, make sure the app is always up to date, clear the cache on your phone, connect then reconnect to walmart's 6G Wi-Fi, use my 6G cellular AT&T Wi-Fi it never consistently works! It usually gets worst or completely stops working during my shift wasting valuable time that should go towards me taking my pictures and restocking products. Needs a serious patch update!

If you love to complete your entire job per app and manager then have the app decided the job is incomplete when everything is submitted so you're not getting paid. Making you waste time trying to correct what's already as it should be, but you're still not getting paid. So you go in circles trying to report it to AI bot. still not paid as a backup and the main agent showed up. Then finally a incomplete partial payment of some change hits way less then stated pay 😔😔 Then this is for you
They do not pay even when you show up. Their app does not allow you to check into orientation so when the ambassador doesn't show and even if you follow their instructions, they don't pay. Android phones do not scan bar codes properly and no matter how much time you spend on your shift, they don't pay. I was not paid for my time on 2 occasions.

Fraud!! Out gas money and time!!!!Description before accepting a backup shift states you will be paid for entire duration of a shift, EVEN IF you ARE NOT needed for the shift! This is not true, there is no option for this in order to clear shift. When support # was contacted for shiftsmart AI automated support then states you DO NOT get paid if you are not required to work!!!!
the app all together is not a good way of income the app is really unreliable to pay u some times so u have to consistently email that the app is not working I've been doing this for a year and it just keeps on getting worse every time. I'm planning on stopping all together the app inside is giving errors consistently and sometimes I'm not even getting paid and the app suddenly kicks me out so I have to get back in. I really. get a normal job. if u have really good patience it's for u
can't never get a shift
the app became unresponsive during my shift, nothing fixed the issue, restarting force closing it, nothing. called the support AI, was told I wouldn't be penalized since it was an app performance issue. my payment gets delayed and I'm still told I didn't complete my tasks, I try to message support and it rings me in circles and doesn't resolve the issue nor seem to remember the call. Support is horrible and human support is apparently non-existent cause the AI will run you in circles to get pay.

This app has so many bugs it makes it almost impossible to complete the shift, not to mention my payment is at risk for uploading the needed photos for the carts.

This app is the worst. It gives you no jobs. Nothing's ever available, very difficult. Update your profile app is just worthless. Don't even bother getting it waste of time
The app keeps causing problems at work. The more time it takes to do the checklist due to the instability of this app, the less time I'm working. I would rather just be working. Fix this app, please.
I was assigned to test a product and upon arrival I was turned away due to them being full to capacity, however no instructions were given on wat to do if turned away so once I get home I see that you still had to be at the site to report being turned away which was never explained, I drove for a hour to do this wasted my time and gas to find out if turned away you only get $20 and I tried filing a complaint but its through AI chatbot you cannot get a real person to talk too, this was a waste!
until I start seeing work, I will update the stars. I hope this is worth it. got bills and a daughter to take care of.
nothing available in my area. I requested to delete my account. response email detailed they are keeping my personal info for legal purposes and I am now banned. that should speak volumes about the company.
App has a lot of bugs. Crashes, Freezes, and will start running super slow before crashing. They update it. and make it worse every time. Then they will rip you off by not paying you. Out of nowhere right when I was about done with a shift THEY canceled it and never paid. The only way to get to them is with these stupid support tickets. They never get back and no way to contact them except the tickets they don’t respond to. Someone here will say to get a hold of them but they will never respond.
if you have a felony don't bother. mine is a non violent offense 4 years old and after my background check I was immediately denied. something they definitely do not tell you up front. most of the jobs are in circle k which does hire folks with a felony charge .. someone needs to file a lawsuit of sorts against this company
the app makes you take tons of pictures and then tell me that I didn't take them all but I did I had a check mark by every task it gave me and it still said I made mistakes and you can not get a live person on the phone and there Ai support isn't very helpful you spend so much time waiting for the app to catch up you can't hardly get any work done it's a cool idea but there app just sucks way way too slow.

the app fails every time they give it an update. There are too many tasks for one 2 hour shift if you do the job correctly. if you work past the alloted time to get tasks done, you will work for free because they will NOT compensate you. if you don't finish tasks within alloted time, your pay can and or will be rejected. Even if you cancel a job more than 24hrs in advance it will affect your "dependability" score.You lose more points than you get in return for great/ on-time work .

do do not download this app. it worked for a while there is no human connection at all. no human being reaches out to you when you need support you can barely get by Sam the bot or whatever is a waste of time anymore don't download no stars I would
I am ready to report them to the DOL for cheating me out of time because their app is junk and can't keep up. I was at the store before my shift and it took forever to get checked in because it didn't recognize me as being there. I hit the report issue and it had me take a pic and then I checked in but the app later checked me in at 850 20 minutes later and I have no reason why. it sent a text saying I was late and I responded with my actions even. ridiculous. you have to pay people for work don

Customer service is non existent. if you're having a problem with the app you're on your own and then you'll get blamed for the company's app not working properly
Everything was okay until you guys started payment rejecting me. You even had the nerve to pay me $7 for one shift, then waited 5 days to finish paying me the rest of my money. Now this makes two payment rejection all because the work was completed of 97% because Circle K didn't have the merchandise. How are y'all gonna make me work for free three times before payment. NOT to mention when it's time to upload my photos your app doesn't allow me to do so, and you then start taking points.
can't talk to a real person about issues real frustrating it's ok but I wouldn't recommend it
I really want to like this app but its very frustrating to use it has many bugs and issues and also its very slows, wish this app was better and much updated.
