The app is a problem most of the time it does not work. I fight with trying to pay for my groceries and check our. It will not allow me to pay, and every time I use It I have to reset my account by having to create a new pass word. the app is broken and need fixing.

This service is junk. I placed an order at 11:00 a.m. and was told it would be delivered between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Every hour on the hour, I was told it would be another hour later. I'm sitting here at 7:00 p.m. and no order. I've contacted customer service twice and was told they don't have any shoppers in the area and that they put a premium on mine. Nothing changed. This has happened on my last 4 orders. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER.

(West Michigan oceana county drivers) I can't believe this app lets crackheads with messy cars bring my groceries.. they can't even find my bacon in their car I wouldn't care if their cars were clean but there are absolutely no standards in Hesperia vs pentwater it's literally better to order groceries to my workplace near Pentwater rather than by Hesperia
Constantly logs you out, glitches during shopping and placing orders, won't open about half the time, won't recognize your password, will require a password reset, and then immediately refuse the new password. These glitches make it nusable for days at a time. Seriously, try ANY other shopping app.
the app keeps crashing when trying to log in
been using app for awhile. Then it updated and its been almost 2 months and it still won't let me log in. I deleted and reinstalled. only can do my orders on my laptop. Not the phone app

garbage app, places an order for one item before noon. Kept getting rescheduled until 6pm, the shopper took 2 hours just for it to be out of stock
terrible app, register reregister and still no communication. this app should not be available it's horrible
I am 78 years old and have been a Shipt customer for years. on my last delivery they refused to sell me wine because my drivers license had expired 2 days before the delivery. I should get a refund for a lot of the money I have spent there. I dropped my service with them after many years over an expired driver's license. I don't recommend them.

I haven't had a problem until I did. tonight our shopper stole our grosseries. Not I put them at the neighbors or anything. They weren't on the ring cam or anything. Shipt AI answering bot wasted over 35 minutes of my time to at the end tell me they can't help. I'm not screwing around. I'm just gonna call the cops cause it was a expensive grosseries order. I'll also be sending the police the text manuscript to show that I tried to solve it and they were unhelpful. today is 2/24/26
sets delivery time..."the earliest we can deliver your order is an hour later than you ordered" then another hour, and so on for 4 hours. then it's, "the earliest is tomorrow ". why give an option to have it delivered in that timeframe, if you cant deliver it?
Deceptive Pricing & Mathematical Scam. Shipt is a bait-and-switch operation. They advertise "no markups" for specific stores, yet I was charged $17 over the shelf price, over 100% markup on a $16 item! When confronted, support gave scripted, conflicting lies about "slight" increases and "18% fees" that don't add up. Their "fix" was a measly $5 credit to spend more money with them. Total gaslighting. Don't trust their "transparency." It’s predatory.

Do not use this company they keep rescheduling your delivery. I would give zero stars if I could
total scam! I was given a gift card but you can't use it as a gift card. There is no direction and when you enter the number it tells you to call customer service but it has no actual customer service #. Just the worst experience! to use the money on the card it has to be the "exact" amount and they over charge on shipt and you can't split the payment. I have a 200 gift card but can only use 147 of it. such a scam should be illegal !!
Been a shopper for IC, Shipt, and many other gigs. A common complaint about rescheduling in many reviews, I can explain WHY... Drivers are given an arbitrary delivery time, typically the top of every hour. They have to go to the store, shop, and deliver ALL BEFORE THE TOP OF THE NEXT HOUR or they get kicked-off for late delivery. This applies REGARDLESS OF ORDER SIZE AND DELIVERY DISTANCE! They get NO extra time for value-added service (sub items, drop-off inst., etc) DO BETTER SHIPT! CU ON IC

I try and try to become a personal shopper for shipt and they refused to allow me to. I've been on the waiting list for a year and a half
order time keeps getting pushed by 2 hours this is the third time I used this and the third time the time frame I pick gets pushed by 2 hours!!!!! Not good customer service at all.
Makes my phone freeze and lag super bad the more is added to the cart. I also specifically chose a place I knew took ebt and they are saying they don't... That needs to be updated!

The service is good, but the App used to access the service is absolutely terrible. Slow, hangs up, needs frequent restarting, redirects you away from what you're trying to do, hard to navigate, layers of pop-ups just to start shopping and impossible to exit search. Did the devs actually try this out before releasing?
"Can't save this address" My address is correct, fix this bug.
Scammer app will take points for stores, remove discounts, void bogo promotions, and seem smug when bringing it up. Longtime user for my elderly dad, no longer.

I'm still waiting for the Shipt service to return to the Seattle area. Not being able to use my Circle Card on Instacart is becoming a pain in the butt, and I don't own a vehicle and can't use same-day pickup!
Decided to try shipt, placed an order at noon for 2pm, it got pushed back to 3pm, then 4pm then 5pm. I decided to cancel, you can't cancel in the app so I had to call. They'd already charged my card and said it takes 24 hours to refund (for an order that was never even picked or started). Not a positive experience, won't use again.

I am tired of getting shoppers who shop at Meijers or Walmart for you and constantly either don't know how to shop and don't care about the meat they have selected or your items are missing.. amazing how all my breakfast items were gone this morning.. hope you enjoyed your meal on meijers. That's why I never tip until I get the respect I deserve.. when you can't get out and shop due to an injury we rely on your services.. you may want to have that meeting again.
