I am trying to track an order but instead I am required to enter all my details into an app. Why don't I have an easy way to find out why my order doesn't seem to be coming , ever!!!
you get told you can track your order by installing shop app and when you do you can't track your order and you install a adware program that clogs your phone up
Damn apps keeps crashing! Im trting to pay and bill and cant even sign in!!!
I am not able to access the app. I am able to open but when trying to access the next page, an error message kept stating something is wrong.

they allow scammers. they won't do anything until 30 says have passed. don't use them.
Cant log in, app keeps crashing. clearing cache and storage did nothing. completely useless
Outright unreliable now. The tracking is bad. I have items delivered and the app hasn't even 'awaited details' yet.
What did you do to this app? I used this app regularly back in '22,'23 and '24, because it was actually good. I come back in '26 thinking it'd be the same.... Shocker they "fixed" the app to be all white backgrounds, snapped scrolling and refreshing to ruin feeds. "Strive to make the app better" sure, like every other app that ruins what already worked
Facilitators of scams. Items you did NOT order are charged to your account with no possibility of canceling the order. They put the burden on you to "return" items. BEWARE!!!
There is absolutely nobody to contact regarding the fake stores & emails linked to the fake sellers & again nobody to contact when payments are taken by fake sellers, so good luck getting any money back. EDIT: YES you can report stores unfortunately however 6 emails and 13 months later and the only response I get from shopify team is on a review..

HUGE bug problems with this/many other Samsung apps on my phone from Telus, Burlington, Ontario. All of my orders, deliveries (and lack there of), and security across Shop and all other Samsung created apps.
