Been using shopback for years, just now suddenly my account is gone and cannot reach out proper CS. Bot told me to update and reinstall, both achieve nothing. So this is how shopback treats their loyal user huh? Update: CS said I did fraud, I NEVER DID ANYTHING NON-STANDARD. Shame on this app.

this one works very well at first for sometimes, but lately my rewards for game is not coming through.. I don't know what the trouble is but it happens for not only one but for some numbers that I already installed.. each milestone that I reached was no longer rewarded. I already ask and report it but I can't even upload the photos that I took to the offerwall..

Was going well, playing games via the Redzone to earn some extra cash. I bought a couple packs playing Coin master to ensure I hit a few milestones for rewards, then they stopped giving the rewards the higher the payout got, even after having completed the milestones. $130 worth of missing rewards, and customer care between Shopback and Adjoe are very unhelpful/non existent!!! Be wary :(
I disabled all push notifications and I was still getting push notifications. Useless in terms of actually getting cash back on purchases. Hidden caveats and exclusions. Do not bother with this app.
I just deleted that app. it use to be good until all these new changes where happening. I check my cash out amount in July $6.75. its now the 1st of August and checked it again this morning the cashout amount is $0.13. so i've lost the $6.76. here is an example cash out amounts June - $7.16 July - $4.46 July - $6.76 August - $0.13 unless you reach $10 before the end of the month you loose these money. deleted the app.

far to many notifications and they keep coming even after all notifications are turned off

It's too difficult to navigate. Especially on how to paste the link. It keeps popping an error that is unable to paste the link because there's no permission on pasting the link even tho there's no option on privacy part to allow it!
cannot reach for customer service inside game zone. all question i answer until they ask for image proof. I can't click to sent screenshot. i just can't click the button! already try many time. i completed game to level 200+ without claiming rewards.very disappointed
today's receipt is too old, that's awesome, gave a fourth and final try to upload receipt and BINGO, the scanning software picked the date from the account transaction details not the receipt details, at least it was accepted and that's what counts

i literally just downloaded this today and just updated my tiktok app. But I never get redirected to my tiktok shop. It keeps telling me to install the Tiktok Shop App, but there's no such thing. Only a seller app, I've already tried everything but there's no solution.
there is no real point to this app. I have uploaded receipts from over $300 shops and have only received 5 cents back. dont believe the ads 🙏🙏🙏

I just don't get why there's a need for a 3-4 months validation? I just wanted to test it out first if the cashback is really withdrawable pero malalaman ko lang pala un after 3-4 months pa 🤦♀️

Hands down the most problematic, aka scammy of any of the cashback operations. They will routinely run advertise 10% cashback for certain categories on eBay. Then once you make a purchase change to 1%. Then it is virtually impossible to contact them. Then of course you are met with excuses. OR, if the do correct it they will go back weeks later and change it back. Too many other better alternatives. Just avoid and save the headaches.
