honestly not worth the amount of time and effort you need to do to make $10 back to withdraw it. I submit every receipt I get back about 0.03-0.05 Cents a receipt but the fact that I need $10 minimum to withdraw is actually annoying. I've made more money walking around finding cans on the floor than this.
your app is a huge scam. I always use this for my purchases and it won't let me withdraw all of my savings because the "verified" mobile number saved on my account that'll recieve otp, Viber and WhatsApp is not even mine to begin with. It's not the mobile number I registered my account with. You won't even let me change my mobile number and send the otp to my email address and not this suspicious number registered in my account

can't update your details at all so when you can't get into and old email you can no longer cash out or do anything. they won't let you update your details and you can't start a new account if you have the same mobile number. just a waist of time and phone space it's a real disappointment as they spam you with adds and you can't use the app ever

I lodged the 5 receipts needed for the new member $5 bonus. This reward has a month long run time, so you need to have the receipts lodged and use the reward voucher by the end of the month. my receipts were lodged by the 6th, but it took over 2 weeks for shopback to process. And then the voucher was marked as having already been used. I have queried this with shopback and they say they are investigating but it's now 5 days past the end of month with no commitment to extend the voucher expiry.

I can't sign in and I don't know what the problem is. Even email, facebook account and phone number are not accepted.
Every process takes a whole lot of time. Withdrawal takes 10 days. Being able to be provided with approved cashback's take a whole month. Its a waste of time.

terrible cash back app. you buy something in March and tracking won't be done till July. can't withdraw money till all tracking is done. way better other apps than this.
Recommend not to use this App, Credit Card duplicate charges but they won't help or honor any chargeback issue.

bought an ultimate gift card through them hoping to purchase from a certain store. That gift card did not work for my purchase as it turned out it only worked at that store in person and not online. Obviously that is able to be found on the ultimate gift card website but bit of a hassle to have to go to another website to get that information. That information was not displayed on the shopback page when purchasing that gift card. Tried getting a refund as I had no other use but they refused.
What they don't make clear about the "Purple Zone" section of games is that you have to complete EVERY step before you're rewarded for the task. This includes the nearly impossible tasks like "5,000 levels in 30 days" or something like "Spend $49.99 for $3 cashback". You have to do ALL of them or else the steps you already completed will be for nothing. My experience with customer service was also very poor. They closed my case within 3 minutes and disabled replies. Didn't even explain a thing
Tried logging in but cant OTP being sent to old number.So its a catch 22 situation, do not use whatsapp .So its total loss for me.

This app is annoying when I shop online, it takes months to track it, and then the cashback I earned is almost 4 months away from being tracked for withdrawal.

Disappointed!! maybe this is good for earning for playing and Cashback from the shopping through this app BUT the Cashback that you can get from shopping is lower than I expected and especially the approval or accepting the tracked record of your Cashback is so DANG slow!! Sample : • 10 cents/centavos it takes a month or more to be approve or accept, it doesn't make sense.!!! And if a larger amount of cashback takes 2 months or more!! and there's more issues in it so improve this app more.
When I buy slightly expensive items, they don't process it. I have to file a report, and that takes forever. But when I buy cheap stuff, it's so easy for them to process.
