I have been tricked to update the Shopee Seller App. I saw notification that the Shopee Seller App have improved, but I see no different from what I logged in months ago. Chat function still cannot block unreliable Buyers. Please let seller block unreliable Buyers. If not, please bear the forward and return shipping fee, not the seller.

Biayanya makin mahal, aplikasinya banyak bug. tiba² logout sendiri, gak bisa buka penilaian, chat gak bisa dipakai. parah sih ini, kapok pakai aplikasi ini. jujur mending yg bukan seller aplikasinya meskipun berat banget.
memblokir berdasarkan perangkat yg pernah menggunakan akun itu. dan bahkan shopping app juga diblokir, sungguh sangat berlebihan sekali, jelas2 baru 1kli pelanggaran, bahkan masih banyak seller lain menjual brg yg sama
There are instances where customers cancel orders at their own discretion, yet the seller is the one who receives penalty points and shop freeze as a result. This situation is very unfair to sellers. I sincerely hope that Shopee can provide a fair mechanism or appeal process for sellers to contest such penalties under these circumstances.

Ecommerce paok. Biaya admin tinggi dan maksa pakai spx, kalo matiin gabisa cod. Udah gitu lelet banget lagi ampe sebulan barang ga jalan. Ditambah barang suka ilang padahal bukan barang kecil.

This is the worse app ever. The support chat disappeared or is hidden, with no clear guidance in the app. It seems support was moved elsewhere without proper communication, making urgent issues hard to resolve. Even with 99% positive ratings, my score stays at 4.7, but two bad ratings dropped it to 4.6. This feels unfair. Worse, support is almost nonexistent. No replies on Play Store and very slow on complaints platforms.

Pengaturan Toko Libur sering error. Saya sudah mengaktifkan mode libur, tapi tiba-tiba toko aktif kembali tanpa saya ubah. Ini sangat merugikan karena pesanan bisa masuk saat saya tidak siap. Mohon segera diperbaiki.

toko saya terkena pinalti akibat 1 retur di saat toko libur (langsung terkena 3 poin t pinalti) dan sudah saya komplain dan pinalti dianulir... akan tetapi status STAR+ Seller saya tetap dicabut dan kupon eksklusif tidak bisa dipakai oleh pembeli...... jika pinalti dicabut (artinya kesalahan bukan di pihak kami selaku toko) seharusnya keuntungan eksklusif kami sebagai toko dikembalikan..... anehnya promo xtra kami tetap jalan tapi tidak bisa dinikmati pembeli. 😩😩😩😩

penalty points: Appeal (Rejected) lagging rejected hanggang sa dumami yung penalty points at magclose yung shop unlike kay tiktok you can reduce your penalty points by answering quizzes you don't need to appeal
this app is supposed to be better than the standard shopee app but it's not. now it won't let us reply customer with our own templates.

Terrible app, cannot see or read notifications. always having error. Shopee forced migrate all sellers to this separate app when the APIs dont even sync properly. Customer service is horrific as well, cheap labour lowly educated employees that cannot handle anything more than basic.

Very disappointed in using Shopee as a seller. I had been using the shopee seller's own fleet for 2 over years, Recently their system had an issue and my seller's own fleet is not visible right now. with 72 hours of waiting, the problem still can't be solved and asked me to wait 42 hours more each time I called in to follow up my case.

ridiculous fees, and shopee is starting to cull the benefits of sellers. saw an 80% decrease in sales in a few months due to changes in their policy. their 3PL doesn't show up to collect the parcel and we get penalised with our preferred seller status removed. absolutely horrendous. Pick up options are now removed while charging sky high fees. pls wake up your idea.
Parah banget. Fitur pusat bantuan tidak bisa digunakan. Bagaimana nasib barang saya yang tidak terkirim padahal pembeli sudah membatalkan tapi barang saya tidak kembali. Saya berkali kali menanyakan ke pusat bantuan di aplikasi Shopee tapi selalu diarahkan ssbagai pembeli.
