Absolutely UNPROFESIONAL and garbage marketplace platform! Unable to fix the problem their own system caused. There is a sameday order which is done (picked up by courier and delivered safely to customer) but the system doesn't update the delivery status and automatically canceled the order. I've been reporting it and give follow up for damn 3 days straight and all they say is "currently on progress", "we will convey your problem to the related team", "we try to maximalize", "please wait".
Same as TikTok, high fees, unrational cost, more and more nonsense to pay. Put seller on program they don't want it. Sucks!!!

Super lelet. Aneh banget, aplikasi khusus seller, ga banyak fitur aneh-aneh, tapi malah lebih lelet daripada app belanjanya yg banyak video, live, games, dsb. Tiba-tiba darah tinggi kalau lagi pake app ini hadeehh
untuk apa ada aplikasi seller sementara buat buka produk malah balik lagi ke aplikasi pembeli, mending pake aplikasi pembeli aja

Mending Direct Transfer atau COD, rusak pengiriman,saya seller minus uang -130rb + barang rusak aju banding ga berlaku karna yang ngurus tim shopee ga bisa baca mungkin. Kecewa mana potongannya 2% masih di 20-an penjualan.
masih jelek. beberapa toko di beberapa HP pas copy resi lalu back malah stuck. bukan cuma di 1 HP doang. fitur masih ga selengkap di aplikasi Shopee biasa tapi malah mau dihilangin bulan Juli👎👎👎
shopee seller center now hides the "Bump" button for each listing under the "..." button in which u have to click to expand. This is to make it more inconvenient for you to bump while simultaneously making "Boost" which is a paid version more visually apparrent
the response from app were slow and got delay notification
please do not limit the sellers on how many messages we sent to the customer. we need to send pictures and updates regarding their order. a lot of customers really don't reply to sellers, but we need to send pictures so it can help us if there are refund and return claims.

app này nó tệ quá trời mà người bán bị ép xài, nó còn tệ hơn cái app xài chung giữa người mua và người bán nữa. Mỗi lần muốn click vào coi khách mua cái gì thì nó lại hiện ra chỉnh sửa sản phẩm trong khi toi chỉ muốn zoom cái hình lên coi khách mua cái nào thôi 😭

fix all the bug , 1) When i want to review my own product from the chat of my customer.. become stuck and said please reload your shopee ?? Like what??? ... 2) cant withdraw.. The is a button of withdraw but i can click on it as it grey not orange colour .. But when i open it in Shopee ... And at My shop to withdraw money.. it can be work ...once again... like whattt??? ... 3 ) I cant even start to chat first to the buyer...Why???? .....
stupid app..i think with seller app make easier for me..i used for 1 year still ok .but with update it worse..when log in it be sub account not main..so i can't withdraw,chat direct buyer,add stock also not east to add..no direct button to add ..what use app seller if we can't use as seller app

even the first step of using this app already gives me terrible impression. it keeps telling me over and over to put my shop address in to set delivery but it doesnt even work. i still cant sell anything even until now
penanganan banding busuk, sudah jelas unit diterima pembeli, tetapi SPX mengklaim sepihak barang hilang, meski dengan bukti yang kuat dari sisi pembeli langsung! hanya Karna tidak mengaktifkan asuransi pengiriman, ketika ada barang diklaim hilang sepihak oleh SPX, hanya diganti 10x ongkir, barang 2jt, diterima pembeli, Dan dinyatakan hilang diganti cuma 135rb!
couldn't add photo from phone gallery despite giving all access. they're all in gallery, why the app can't detect latest addition at all? have to wait another day just to allow shopee to detect new photo addition in gallery.

Quên mật khẩu, điền email xong nhấn "Tiếp tục" thì cả lựa chọn gửi mã qua email và sms đều xám xịt. Anh chị kêu rằng app Shopee sắp ko hỗ trợ người bán nữa nên em chuyển qua, mà giờ vậy đó. Sao yên tâm cho được. Với lại nhìn điểm rating 2.3 cùng vô số nhận định tiêu cực rén vãi.

Very lousy experience. Forcing sellers to pay ads, buy china goods to sell and sell physical products. Very pro China mentality: sell only their mass china production at a very low price. Inconsidering transport cost. Follow the universal business law and don't simply make your own rules to suspend products that clearly doesn't violate business law.
