I don't know anymore about this app,I tried to cancel the plan (certain app) but I didn't see the button.Even in subscriptions list there's nothing to see.It's empty then suddenly my card got charged,I was just testing trials and it's expired so I try to unsubscribe the plan.Please improve that,not just taking people money and hiding the bills.
worst experience ever, they said I could access my funds after the credit card was approved but never said anything about a 5 day 1st transaction wait, I had to sell my car in order to eat, I got kicked out of my place until I pay rent, I'm living in the woods until this transaction is completed. $2500 they are holding from me and I can't refund my customer. if I knew all this I would have asked for half cash and half credit.. and they said my case was expedited...but that was never true either
Ridiculous pricing for a ridiculous on-boarding experience with ridiculous support
ive been billed more than 10 dollars the previous week when a freetrial costed 1 dollar how ? everytime i try the support line it provides me with useless information. this app proceeds to deduct money from my account when i have deactivated both stores. unacceptable and horrific
it's a never ending process into too much private information then when I requested to cancel after just a couple of days after my monthly payment was received in total i was told to be expecting a confirmation email, never got one but before that 3 to 4 call per day. now radio silence... be careful

Alot of Scam stores with little to no support I wouldn't use.
I tried to move my store from Amazon and eBay twice. Both my attempts failed despite i really wanted Shopify work. It does not produce sales. It is the most crucial disappointment. I will not wait months to make a sale. I did not find the listing process easy and time savy. It is very expensive compared to alternatives.
unsubscribed but still trying to draft payment. took 97.00 out of my PayPal after I had canceled Shopify. still waiting for refund

Really Pathetic App. 3Days Free Trial And 20Rs./Month When I Tried To Pay For Subscription For 20Rs. Monthly N The Paytm Page Told Me Shopify Is Asking Auto Payment Deduction Mode Upto 5000. is It Fraud Or What. ?? n There Is No Help Section To Post Queries.
i got ripped off by a shopify partner then reported him and nothing happened all they said was im sorry now pay your bill. to which i did pay the bill and you all double charged me after months of trying to fix what your partner messed up costed me $5k all your team had to tell me was we are sorry there is nothing we can do then you lock me out of my stores! illegally tried to access bank accounts thank god i didnt use your stupid account and i went LLC i am gonna sue!

HORRIBLE...This is the biggest money grab scam. imagine having a bank that you cant talk to. so when your money is stolen, you literally have no recourse for help, no live agents, only Ai customer services, no email, cant file complaint, cant get help with the smallest things. if you card doesn't activate no help, I your transactions mess up no Help, you are on your own. Fees Fees and more Fees. There is No Customer Service....NONE. There has to be a class action suit about this scam.

worst app in history cant even have more than one size and design and you cant change the virants the app impossible to work with
The design team says you'll get your markup in hours and then work with two impressively titled people, but then you're swindled by a foreign team with American-sounding names: "Alex Roman" and "Tony Adams." They ask for $900-$1300 for trademark issues, but it's a scam. Submit a refund request to your bank. A week later, "Sarah Jo' offers to prepare a markup in 2 hours, but you must resubmit $549.00. I filed a complaint with BBB, after reaching out to Cooperate with no response.
The app is unusable. you click the login button and the page flickers and nothing happens! Same if you click the Get Started button.
The new Purchase Order functionality is terrible! The Transfer thing makes it so much more complicated!

Impossible to navigate
Keep being charged over $70 when I am on a $1 plan till August!!!! No either apps installed that charges. You are costing me banking fees, it is disgusting that I cannot get rid of these constant recurring charges! And I have not sold one single product yet!!!!!
