yeah they talked me into opening up a couple of stores and helped me to get started but unless you pay them full price of building one for you they make you do it all by yourself from scratch and you can't figure it out so you try the best you can and it goes nowhere and you still can't open it and it's still not right and they keep saying that they'll help me and they never do I have like at least three stores there they promised that they would see it through to the end or that they finish the

want to bring attention to an online store named Zloqz / Zloqsz, which is operating through Shopify. This store appears to be misleading and cheating customers in India. They sell products claiming to be Korean products, but the authenticity is highly doubtful. There is no proper customer support - no valid email response. The design team says you'll get your markup in hours and then work with two impressively titled people, but then you're swindled by a foreign team with American-sounding names: "Alex Roman" and "Tony Adams." They ask for $900-$1300 for trademark issues, but it's a scam. Submit a refund request to your bank. A week later, "Sarah Jo' offers to prepare a markup in 2 hours, but you must resubmit $549.00. I filed a complaint with BBB, after reaching out to Cooperate with no response.

the experience was very bad . I had open a shop and pay bills. when it come time to deactivate the shop.It is not deactivate and it is take money when it said that the shop 2 month later that it deactivate but it's not deactivate and it still try to take money and try for a month to deactivate the shop .it is not deactivate still.

Shopify wont let me change nameservers to transfer my domain to cloudflare. Shopify service has degraded. I had it for more than 2 years and no change recently. Still wont allow to change nameservers. unfair.
Do not subscribe, they're ripping people off when they want to cancel. I've been trying to cancel since my first day. I paid like $21 after canceling and they're still trying to bill me. Now they want me to pay $5 and they claim it is refundable, but I believe they just want another card to bill you again! stay away!!!

I have tried many times to get help completing my setup for this wanna be business, I was I think played or conned or something like that, there was supposed to be assistance in setting up my store and every time I reached out telephone I was told that someone would be reaching out to me to continue and complete my store setup. Never got that call and after that call I have been unable to reach them I have called many times.
the worst app. do not create a free trial, they make it so difficult to cancel the free trial. they want to charge you the 1$ so bad by hiding the cancelation in so many layers of navigation. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

where do I even start... 1st off they are very kind but inefficient and never back up sellers.i got two chargebacks from scammer customers. both orders I spent 2 - 3 hours preparing my appeal and had the image of the delivery and paperwork and email and message from customer stating received item sorry I jumped the gun blah blah... they orom8to cancel chargeback but didn't and shopify allowed /sided with customer! I lost my shipping, product that cost over 75 dollars each, 4 hours of work
-10 Stars! The rating system only allows a rating of 1 Star but I 100% say it's a -10 Star App. This app, Shopify, doesn't allow you to cancel without charging you nearly $40! Somehow Shopify initially said I somehow had two accounts or whatever, so Shopify charged me like $37 and $40, all at one time, they wouldn't let me cancel the subscription without charging me those, even tho I was cancelling the next sub month. Most garbage app I've ever encountered!
absolute gimmick that's trying to steal your money do not do it they totally ripped me off and once I tried to explain to them what they did their basically like you know what too bad that's your mistake. I would absolutely love if you contacted me and we can figure out a way for figure this out because I would love to infuse the app and make money but I felt like I was only taking ad... sucks when it keeps taking money out of my account even tho I keep asking it to stop ...yea sucks for u rich

Customer support is from jungle. they dont even know basic things. I am sure somebody else is switching on their laptop to start work in the morning. above all they keep attempting to get some money from your credit card which is not even due. dont go shopify for sure.
I'm never using this app or using this ever again because I tried to create a store 2-3 years ago with a friend but then shopify basically took $30 a month and I wasnt making anything is because the tutorials all I saw was oh you need to activate the free trial and pay the monthly but no to actually get paid u need to give them ur social security

Email/phone number verification is wonky and signed me out of my account so I couldn't get back into said account after posting a listing. Hopefully no one is able to "order" the product because I have no way of knowing if someone did order. also hope I am not charged for subscription seeing as I have Uninstalled app and am unable to unsubscribe to it.
I recently got my account frozen after months of dedicated hard work. Approaching the admin for an extension didn't' help at all. The system is designed to squeeze you dry even before you start earning -recurring platform costs are squeezing the business before revenue starts, the model needs leaner testing first. For new commers, avoid those in-store apps. . . they're designed to plague you with bills as such that almost 100% of your early earnings are guzzled. Don't if any one had same experi

I need to cancel immediately. You need to tell people "up front" that after the free trial and the 3 months for $1. there will be a $38. monthly fee. I had to get all the way enrolled to find out. While there are many people who don't feel like this amount is much at, I'm on a fixed income and $38. is more than what I'm able to pay. So,Please, help me to cancel this. Thank you.
