Scammers!!!! I requested my subscription be canceled and tge keep sending me emails asking for information I had provided 4 times. They will give you the runaround if you want out. Highly don't recommend because it's like signing to Death Row Records! The company is Hong Kong based, but you can definitely file a complaint with the FTC, file a police report, and (FDACS if you're in Florida.) Save yourself the numerous thefts and cancel the card immediately. DON'T DO IT!!!

the AI stories are just repeated throughout different genres. they use a lot of the same characters. overall it seems like they popped out as many story's as possible which means lazy story telling, confusing stories too. there used to be a ad option to watch more than 3 episodes (each ep is a couple of seconds) but I guess because no one would pay for their stories and only chose to watch ads they took that away 😂 not worth an install anymore (not that it ever was)

The videos are what they are, the subscription service through Google is handled extremely poorly, you can subscribe through GPay but you have to email customer support to cancel because it will not show up under subscriptions. You may or may not get a response from customer service and when you do they cannot handle simple details like checking the email from which your message was sent and have to have it stated in the email or check the account with just the user ID. Will not use again.

They steal your money! I canceled my membership in 10/25, and I am still being charged for it weekly as 5/26. and since I have canceled it under the subscriptions part of my google play, I am unable to cancel this subscription again.And try to refund my money.
Payed the introductory $15 for pro membership for 1 week and got nothing.. Can't continue watching the show I was watching and it wants me to pay another $10. a complete rip off. so now I got go through the problem of getting a refund from google. Now here we are 6 months later and I made another attempt for a one month and lo and behold once again, it's nothing but a scam. They took their payment from my account but I have no access.
The incomplete stories are getting ridiculous. Don't show them if they're not finished. For the money you're asking is unreasonable.
24 hour free watch is a lie, half of the ads dont work so I couldnt get some bonus coins, and the ai is awful to watch, but I could handle listening to the shorts.
this is fraud. I signed up for one week subscription and cancelled through Google play. they still charge me me for another week. I now have to report this to my bank as fraud and get a new card because the company that runs the app is taking it directly from my account not Google.
This a scam to get your money I been charged three times and haven't been able to get it to work. I want my money back 4/29, 5/03 and 5/06 at 19.99 I want my refund.

worst app.. stories are all incomplete. all episodes are not uploaded on time. we are not watching tv that we have to wait every week for new episode. if we are paying then we should be getting the whole content together. waste of time. after starting a story then only one find out that its not complete. uninstalling it now.

not a good app, it does not show in your subscription list, so it does not allow you to cancel if you want to. and you're getting charged by the week instead of by the month like the other apps. you can't contact anyone. I have tried to cancel my subscription, took screenshots and sent them with the user ID, I cancelled through the Google app and they STILL found a way to keep charging me $9.99 a week for the past 2 months!!!! that's almost $80 dollars I've been scammed out of!!! i downloaded with promise of a free 24 hours. I didnt get it, i emailed them and its just a bot, sending me the same message. This app is a con. Dont download. Waste of time.
Scam. Literally impossible to unsubscribe. Had to file FOUR disputes against shortmax for charging me MULTIPLE TIMES after I requested cancelation. It's AI slop. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
absolutely horrible app I have repeatedly tried to stop my subscription including contacting them and they continue to charge me. They also have a bot being the communication through email. I have had a horrible experience and it is truly not worth the videos at all.
