The payment process is a mess. I try to buy a ticket, I get an error message saying the purchase couldn't be finalized. I then try again to buy a single ticket, it works. Except I now have two tickets and I got charged twice. And it's not the first that has happened. I don't know if it's incompetence or malice at this point

SCAMMERS! the worst app, service and company of all, I bought tickets for a party, an hour before the party they wrote on Instagram, not even in the app notification, that the event was canceled, after 4 attempts of trying to contact the organizers and support via the shotgun app, email and all other possible methods, no answer and no hint of a refund for an event that did not take place, wasted time, money and nerves, the worst experience using the service!!!

i was debited 565.84 and 452.67 that i dont know this app. and beside im here in the philippines.
Customer service is nonexistent. I am a producer of events and they have not responded to my emails, resulting in a switch of platform.
Please be aware they do not refund service charges if the venue cancels the event. I would go directly to the venue to purchase tickets before using this app and save on all fees. The convince of the app is not worth $10 a ticket in fees that apparently are non refundable especially if a venue cancels.
So annoying, have to make an account/download the app to do literally anything, extortionate resell fees for literally no reason

The event organiser will not respond or take into account to any communication through this app. So no refund with rockenseine as the contact with them was not communicated to with them before the start of the festival. Shotgun, did reply to the review above promising to find a solution together. I contacted them by email as suggested. No reply!
App not working and crashing several times for specific events
What's the point of signing up for a waitlist that would only get me one ticket? Dancing alone?

Impossible de choisir le prix de revente, ce qui entraine le fait de ne pas revendre le billet. Pour une place de valeur 200e , shotgun vous la vends à 240e, si vous la revendez ils vous donnent 160e , cette marge est tellement abusée que nous pouvons appeler ça du vol. Seul point positif : pas d'arnaque sur le billet.
