Don't bother downloading this garbage app. Its time has passed. You can easily pay £8 extra to buy an item that's £5. So that's 13 pound plus postage, For a 5 pound bargain. Don't waste your life on this shite it killed itself for greed. stick to gumtree. now they want YOU to pay them with a subscription fee. 🤣

it won't let me log in, i try to change location manually just to see what is for sale and it resets to my VPN location every time, useless app

from 5 stars to 1 star... recently downloaded this as I used it some years ago to list one item and it is asking for a mandatory subscription. It's not really worth it if I have the only 1 item to list.

this used too be a fantastic selling app. but now they want money for everything. you can no longer upload more than 3 pictures or even post whatever you want too sell without being hit with a payment wall. this company should really be ashamed 😕

The best advertisement for Vinted
One of the worst marketplaces I have used. The seller sent an item completely different from what was advertised. I returned it in the same condition I received it, but the seller refused to refund my money. I provided clear photo evidence, yet customer support refused to properly investigate and simply told me to resolve it with the seller. This platform leaves buyers unprotected and allows dishonest sellers to operate without consequences. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Shpock.
I cannot believe how much they now expect people to pay now to sell things on here. Their algorithms are clearly set up to suppress post that have paid premium, which is what they try to get you to pay after they've encouraged you to pay to have your post seen, which would have made it not financially worth advertising here. Shpock is not what it once was. Disappointing.
Made an account, it wouldn't let me view ads, so I ignored it for a week then went to delete it, to find someone else's name and negative reviews, when I've never listed anything, & kept saying I needed to contact support. When I went to delete my account, it just said 'Attention!' & wouldn't let me when I pressed the button. Had for a week, can't view anything,never listed anything, my account has been hacked or is sharing other people's data & has security issues, and won't let me delete it!

Was great, now not, refuse to pay to list when you get messed around so much by time wasters, unless paying by card there's no guarantee of a sale, sphock you have made a huge flop! won't be using any further
Shpock - Now not a viable business model. Use Shpock very occasionally to buy and sell the odd item. Today tried to list a dryer but now asking for a fee. Probably explains why the listings have reduced by 90%. Sadly a catastrophic move on behalf on the founders of Shpock in an age where apps are increasingly receiving income from adverts only and subscription models are out of favour. Once a great little app. Subscriptions and fees counter productive when you lose 90% of your user base?!
I've somehow been tricked into paying 99p a month for a service set up by these fraudsters and it's been literally impossible to cancel the subscription though the Google play site. I had to ring up my bank and physically get them to remove my credentials off. they've since responded saying that I needed to cancel through subscriptions via the Google play app, but trust me. it was impossible. not even chat GPT could get me through it. AGAIN WATCH THEM!!
They take money out of your account every month for a service I don't even use the make it very hard to cancel. watch these scammers, please
This isn't as good as it was when I first came out; it's changed so much, making it harder to find stuff. The ads are ridiculous. I've started using Vinted instead; it's how this used to be.

App didn't open correctly
I have stop using Shpock since they start charging to sell an item. Most buyers and sellers would now prefer good old gumtree where buying and selling is still free without any restrictions.

Used to be a great app, I stayed and even paid subscription to sell items... but lack of users/buyers and sales, clearly this app is dying and outdated and can't compete with the likes of vinted, Hopefully the staff stuck working here find better jobs in the future.... time we all moved on to a better future and lay sphock to rest in the cyber graveyard.....

Shpock was so good. Bought&sold plenty over the years but now you have to pay to sell and even to reactivate items expired. Will be deactivating account once last few listings have expired.
utterly useless to use got to list an ad hit continue straight to payment page demanding a subscription and no option to skip select cancel takes you straight back to the listing page and won't post it's PAYWALLED
I have spent hours trying to figure out how to turn off my auto subscription. Followed the instructions on the app and the app gives me no option to cancel, despite scroll down to cancel.

Follow up to my previous statement.. it's one of if not the worst buy/selling platform there is for the past two years or so now.. a shame really started off quite well.. who ever is managing this site "if anyone is for that matter" just killed it. Dead and useless! Greed is on the up..WELL DONE!!!
i can only confirm what other's has said. haven't used it for a while, didn't have anything to buy or sell. now i wanted to sell a Smartwatch, was confronted with a ton of ads that made using the app very difficult, non the less i stick with it wanting to sell my watch but then when you press continue after completing all the info you are met with a subscription request and if you don't want it you're sent back to the selling info with no Alternative. so yeah, USED to be a good

unreliable. I tried to add a listing and tried to sign up to the subscription but I can get past this request and therefore unable to post my listing. I will be using Vinted app for now. Please fix the problem especially if you want payment. Otherwise make it free again. I don't mind watching an advert or two.
