doesn't work since the last update and the support staff are ignoring my emails, what an absolute shame as I loved it previously. Unsubscribing and not giving them further money.

I swear this app is broken more often than it works
fix your freaking app. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to watch. it keeps wanting me to add a user, even though there is already one. it's just error message after error message. it's been like this since the app update.
no audio when casting to an LG c3 for multiple devices. support treated me like I was an idiot. account canceled.
Cant give it 0 stars, signed up for subscription on google play, paid the annual fee, now i am totally unable to log in, support pushes me off to google play, google play wont do anything. Scammed out of 90 dollars. would not recommend.
it stopped working entirely for me on my phone but I can still access it on my Smart TV and browser.
All I wanted to watch on this damn app is The Mortuary Assistant and it tells me I have to wait 15 days to watch it. A bunch of random horror movies and half of them aren't even scary. This app is probably one of the worst services I have ever used. EDIT: It now continues to say, "Sorry, something went wrong." It will not start the app, so the only reason why I have an account is now essentially blocked me out from the very entertainment I paid them for.

Terrible. They make canceling your subscription very difficult on purpose because they don’t want to you to cancel it because they are money hungry. DONT GET THIS SUBSCRIPTION
This new update is awful really slow at loading even on firestick original and exclusives filter doesn't work all round very very poor update was nothing wrong with old version pains me to say Im thinking of canceling my subscription because of this update as it have completely put me off going to shudder
was great. new update was great. but now when I'm signed in shoes nothing. but when I sign out shoes everything. unsubscribe untill they fix.
Terrible app. Just tried to subscribe to it for one of their new releases and I had seen the movie was there and the countdown for it as well but once the countdown ended the movie disappeared and now isnt even on there anymore. Only reason I subscribed is no longer on the app itself?? Dont download this app. SCAM.
the app never connected to our TV and now the app won't work because it won't update,they cancelled the last drive in so I'm cancelling my subscription.overall shudder is garbage and every movie it has is already on Tubi for free. you can find all the last drive in episodes on bit chute btw
it was horrible I needed a trial account just to watch one movie. and if you don't have one you can't watch anything I expected better services
lots of obscure and honestly poor movies. Many additions are movies you can view for free on other apps.

no Joe Bob Briggs, I'm out. lag on the final episode of the last drive in and horrible syncing of the during. yeah no, I can't recommend this app. not good at all in its current state. plus it's $2.00 more than scream box. you would be better using another app for horror movies. definitely not this one.
Dont bother, the only reason to get this all is Joe Bob and Shudder just fired him. Get Netflix instead...
I know any UI upgrade beats what they had before, but boy, does the new UI suck. Looks more like the Scare Network app on steroids. Icons like those of a free early 2000s Indie horror app. At least it's smoother to navigate, and anything beats the previous version, but i think the UIwas just rushed so they can use it as an excuse to charge a few extra dollars
NO Film TRAILERS?? Sucks.
While the content it provides is accurate, the quality of the service is horrendous. Given that shows/movies used on the Xbox are constantly buffering (other streaming services and social media have no similar issues and NO Internet is not the problem). The shows/ movies I am watching do not show up in the 'continue watching' section regardless of device or platform (Xbox, android mobile, tablet etc). Other issues can't be said here as it exceeds the 500 words.
went online to watch a movie they claimed had online when made account the movie isn't there and when I click the link online it just takes me to most popular shows aka company false advertising
Horrible service. They advertised having a specific movie I wanted to watch, which required setting up a trial account through Samsung. After jumping through hoops, I find out the movie I want isn't actually available on their service. The movie selection is very low quality. In order to cancel, I had to log into so many accounts and the option to unsubscribe is buried in a way thats nearly impossible to find. I hope this saves even one person from the frustration I'm experiencing right now.

App fails to load 9 times out of 10. You cant even watch in the browser as it just redirects to the play store. Unsubscribed. Awful app

be careful adding your card to this service. I tried it out, didnt find it useful, canceled my subscription they offered me a free month extra to make me stay i accepted it but still canceled my membership and its suppose to expire in Feb, and ive been constantly getting charged thru my card, luckily i keep my card locked otherwise they would have stolen 8.99 from me. there's no way to remove my card and im forced to get a new card. I'd, advise to look elsewhere.

I've never had an app piss me off more. If you genuinely waste your money for their subscription after the free trial ends, you're a lost cause.
The app no longer works on my phone or TV. I've Uninstalled, reset my devices etc. Nothing works. I love Shudder's content but it literally doesn't work anymore. Please fix this! I don't want to have to unsubscribe!!
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!! This company makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription and will continue to charge you over and over.
shudder is very expensive for an app that has maybe 1% of the horror selection of other FREE streaming services, and after canceling several times, they continue to charge my account. I had to have my bank block all future charges, and I'll be reporting several charges as the fraud that they are.
After I cancelled, they still charged my card. Now waiting for the promised refund.
