anmelden, wechseln zu E-Mail, 6-schnelliger Pin kopieren, zurück zur SureGuard-App. Dann ist man wieder auf der Anmeldeseite, wo ein neues E-Mail weggeschickt wird. Und das ist ein Teufelskreis. man kommt einfach nicht rein. Ich informiere nach neu Installation...

frustrating delay in my workingdag because the app doesn't work. every requested service like gps, bleutooth and data are on. restarted. still not working. Give me my time spend on these issues back.

the only thing that works on this app is the bill and payment service which is good if you never want access to your storage unit. the app never opens the gate or door to the facility
Absolutely insane: their old code system worked perfectly well, now I need to have a charged smartphone and go through a dozen steps and have a dodgy app on my phone just to put in the SAME code I was already using while holding my phone in front of the SAME code reader that used to just work for the code. I was a thoroughly satisfied Shurgard customer until yesterday, but this app made moving out such an ordeal - for no reason - I swear I shall NEVER use their services again
keeps crashing when trying to access door opening, also at Hayes the door for entering unit and toilet door too close together so toilet door keeps opening when trying to open unit door, so frustrating I hate this app 😡🤬
MANDATORY for access to your storage unit. Full Bluetooth and GPS access to your personal smartphone is also mandatory. Welcome to the future. Adapt or perish, for your convenience.
Too slow 😔
Utterly diabolical app. Required to access your storage unit (previously all you needed was an access code). App crashes as soon as you open it and causes your phone to freeze. It's completely worthless.
Beware of the 30% price hike after 6 months.
Fix the Google Pay payment method already!
Gate issues. The purpose of the app is mainly to open gates and doors. There is ALWAYS some issue with that. Today I drove up to the gate, the app didn't work. The reason was that I had to log in with my email, receive a code on my e-mail, insert the code, look up another code on my invoice, then I could use the app. So, the app is pointless. Just go through gates and doors using your 8 digit code instead.
Terrible app. Shurgard no longer accept the time served PIN codes at their sites, even though the app tells me my PIN! But this app is bug ridden and won't work the gate. So I now can't access my storage unit outside of office hours. I have granted the app every permission it wants. Yet it repeatedly asks me for my location every second or so. Ridiculous. At least have a backup system that allows access when the technology fails.
Can't Logon Try to login, enter email address, accept conditions, code sent. Then get error message that code incorrect or expired.
The terms and conditions doesn't load and as now I can't gain access to my own property without this pointless app there's no choice but to accept. Shurgard has removed insurance for another rubbish system, is now removing direct debit and doesn't even store possessions safely. This app crashes all the damn time as well. Absolutely hate this company.
Des voleurs , si vous avez un retards de paiement il facture 20 euro de frais et desactive le code et vous etes coincé... il y en a beaucoup mieu
App not working on new phone. Will not open
Rip-off merchants. They suck you in with a cheap deal for the first month or two, then watch the price go up, and up, and up. We've just received notification the monthly charge will be going up (yet again) in December. The same unit, open now for shorter hours and with fewer staff on duty, will cost double what it did three years ago. Yes, you read that correctly, 100% increase in just three years. We're moving to a local removal firm who will cost a fraction of these profteers.
Unable to pay my bill or contact anyone. Useless app
It is impossible to pay for units. I've tried different cards and banks, paypal, and Google Pay, but nothing works. Please fix this.

After more than 8 month all the payments stop working.
The app only worked in the first day to unlock the gate and lift. Uninstall and reinstall again and still the same.
Betalningssystemet fungerar inte!!! Betalningar som accepteras nästa dag avvisas utan meddelande. Mina saker är gisslan och jag har inte tillgång till dem.

It's one of those apps that's so bad and poorly tested I honestly don't know where to begin.

I received an email telling me use the app (not really leaving me any choice, actually) I did so, and now I have been charged twice. It's Friday evening, and I won't be able to talk to someone before Monday let alone get my money back fast.
Can't create an account on Android version - probably this version no longer maintained as somebody needed to make their IT cost target
FRUSTRATING
Crashes at google login Signing up and paying is easy but try cancelling. You need to do it by phone and they will only process it when the office is open. If you sign up online easily you should be also able to easily cancel
Knop Enable Bluetooth doet niets. Bluetooth staat nochtans aan. Geraak niet verder en kan dus geen facturen betalen.
If writing wrong e mail-adress you will be stuck in rhe app later on. Same goes to bluethoot function, could'nt activate it on my phone. Got stuck thet with no way to go back. App just locks were you where, even after restarting the ohone.
Was forced to download the app -it DOES NOT WORK- tried reinstalling IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. It's clearly bs just to collect data and most definitely does absolutely nothing to make our payments for the service easier in any way. I've been trying to pay since a couple of days but it's intentionally trying to railroad the customer. Considering I've had someone from the company steal from my storage and now this..... I'm sorry but I don't think this is the company I switched my business, at all.

Wasted my time
App won't load at all despite restarting many times!! I don't know when shurguard changed to QR access but no notification was sent about it to customers. I went today to access my storage unit and discovered all this QR stuff when I tried to get in. The normal keypad route was also blocked with a cover, so I couldn't access the site at all. Honestly, this was a really silly decision by shurguard. I'm not happy.
I installed this app after receiving an email saying I can pay my invoice and manage my details through the app. It supposed to have a token to the document attached to that email to help me setup the app. The only document I found was my usual invoice. And there wasn't any tab in the app to direct you to pay your invoice. It is only another way to open the gate of the storage facility.
An experience isn't the word
This App does not like New Android Phones and will freeze on you.
Absolute junk. Repeatedly having to press the unlock button. Can't wait to have my stuff out of here. I use the key pad now as its guaranteed. Rubbish app. Have it QA'ed please.
