absolutely awful tracking ability! I have had this app for months now and it will literally say I was in REM sleep when I was actively awake, driving, ect. I have tried to find ways of contacting the company, I can let them know this inaccuracies of their app and I have had zero luck, no way to email or call plus if you bought it through the play store- its even more difficult to request a refund . luckily I was able to cancle the subscription so next year I won't be charged $60 for a pro

DANGER!!! Do NOT subscribe. If you cancel, they WILL still charge you $32 a year and a half after you canceled. Then they blame google instead of refunding the stolen $.
if you have a fan it's super innacurate it said I got 0 hours of sleep and was awake for 8 hours 40 minutes..
why do u need money

This app does not work. Don't waste your money, they will not give you a refund. It does not record accurately. Update: I followed the refund protocol and I have yet to see my money refunded after told to go to Google to get it. so I gave it another try. It is very inaccurate, the only working part of the app is the sounds, however they shut off after a bit. Again don't waste your money until bugs are worked out.
Tracking time is never correct!! I pressed the tracker button before sleep, but it said I did not sleep at all the next morning. I had the phone placed and kept charging as it said. Been using it almost a month and no data ever collected is correct. No trial version provided. Requested for a refund but Google did not approve. So, do not even bother to try, because it's required to pay trying and it never works as it said. One dumb is enough!!
Night 1 it mistook outside traffic for me talking a dozen times and said I woke up 4 times (not true - I was up once to go to the washroom). The next two nights it said I didn't fall asleep at all. Also not true. Uninstalling. Total waste of a year's subscription. Don't get burned by this app like I did.
I downloaded. After reading so many negative reviews of being charged before the free trial was over, I can't trust a company that can't fix problems and won't consider refunds but want to follow rules rather than just be honest. you're a fraud and cheaters!
It's a gimmick app. It has a hard time telling various noises apart. Most of my recordings are just random white noise from a fan. And there's really no way for it to tell you exactly when you fell asleep so the score is really just a guess. Not really worth paying for. Make sure you cancel the subscription because they'll still charge you even if you delete your account. Shady bs.
did not work for me - trying to get a refund
Trying to cancel. Thought it was free. i canceled this years ago.And everything was appropriate, didn't hear from them.Now they're trying to access my bank account and charge me for something.I don't have and don't want they need to go ahead.And stop because I did the right thing.It's canceled, get over it.I would never get shut eye now
RIP OFF BEWARE THIEVES. offer free 7 day trial but refuse to refund you if you cancel within the 7 day period. app is wildly inaccurate. having to go through credit card company to get money back... ...update, months later and STILL trying to get a refund. This is crazy. The app store keep referring me back to the app makers, who say go to the app store. Seems to be no way to get my money back. YES LIKE I HAVE BEEN SAYING I WOULD LIKE MORE HELP

7-day trial is not free! I have just now put the 7-day trial into effect and my money was taken out immediately even though the app stated no money would be taken out until after the 7 days. I have contacted the company and of course there is no real person to talk to or to email. we will see what happens I want that money back immediately. I don't pay for free trials unless I like them and they never even gave me a chance to try. Debi
The app is called SlumberCycle+ but it's under ShutEye in the Playstore. I was unable to delete it from my phone as the options it gave me was start or enable. Took me 20 minutes to find it in the Playstore. Glad I read the reviews. I considered doing the free trial but according to the reviews it charges immediately and the readings are incorrect.

WARNING! This app is misleading and their "Free 7 day trial" is FALSE. They will charge you immediately (3 days after I purchased it) and when you cancel, they'll just prevent the subscription from renewing in one year. No refund will be given. I'll be checking my account in one year to make sure they don't surprise me.
I have to assume it recorded what went on, I don't pay for anything unless I know it works, but it did not offer a trial it just wanted money.

How can you charge someone when they do not even have the app installed?! Do not recommend. Does not work. I deleted it months ago and today I receive a charge!

I tried this app for 6 days and didn't like it at all. It couldn't detect my sleep. I canceled it and was told there will not be a refund. I was not told that when I signed up. Zero stars. google play this is very ignorant to have an app that doesn't provide a refund after cancelation. Thanks for the refund.
apparently I was asleep while walking around, and for hours after rising in the morning I cancelled subscription, removed the app and still get charged months later. BEWARE!!!!
I clicked on the link to get a 7 day free trial and this company charged me without giving the free trial and now will not issue a refund. Be careful

Not working at all
First, you have to pay for it. Which wouldn't be so bad, if the app was accurate. What I mean is when it records sounds, it can't tell the difference of a bed creaking from footsteps, flatulence, snoring, talking, or teeth grinding. It can't tell the difference between talking and getting a notification from your phone. Also instead of playing sounds for sleep constantly throughout the night to help you sleep, it'll automatically shut-off. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and avoid this app
I thought I was signing up for a free trial but ended up paying for a year subscription. App never really recorded noice correctly so I stopped using it and forgot about it. I didnt like it at all. Then about a week ago I get charged for another year for an app that doesn't work for me and totally forgot I even had. I canceled same day but apparently I can't get a refund and I have a full year subscription I never wanted!! Beware. if you pay for full year cancel immediately for no re-charge.

needed an app for my sleep cycle routine. i found this app hoping to get something to help me track my sleep routine and so I downloaded it and straight away it's behind a pay wall. my smart watch shows me better results. this app is a scam. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND PAY FOR THIS APP!!!!! Its a risk and hopefully reward kinda app soz do you

app is recording very little and providing poor representation of sleep patterns. Gut feel is that it isn't working on my Samsung S25 Ultra. either that or my slep amounts to under 2 hours in a week!!?
I was supposed to have a 7 day free trial. I was charged and when trying to cancel was not refunded - said it would cancel in 2027!
in promotion it says it is free. after downloading u get to know you need to pay for this.
1 star because the first thing it does is trying hard to look so serious via long questionare then, shove you a payment sign up under the baner of 7 days free trial. Uninstalled!
Tried 3 nights, it's not tracking much of anything. First 2 nights it said I was awake half the night which wasn't correct at all. Third night it showed I was awake the entire night which also was wildly incorrect. I placed my phone exactly as instructed and it's right next to me on my nightstand. The only way I would be closer is if I placed it on my head. Did not need the white noise or alarm features but they were fine.
