Please do not waste your money. I have lost $60 and 2 hours of my life. the team have been utterly useless in terms of assisting me. Instead of them fixing it from their end giving me a SIM card that I've already paid for they are stating that I have to continuously go out of pocket because of their system failure and wait for a refund 1 to 3 days away does not solve the issue of no SIM card now and no money in my pocket today. Useless app, terrible service

Bought 2 sim for our trip to Finland. App keeps closing automatically. Says there's a bug. Uninstall and reinstall. Still closes abruptly. 14/12/25 I emailed twice. No reply. The app still crashes. And you know what's worse ? If you go on simify website and to log in as a customer, it goes to a page that says, you have to use the app. The online portal is no longer available. Help me understand here. So all customers...future customers. Be aware, there are issues. Unresolved right now.
started forcing push notifications at 2am out of the blue.. are you kidding me? update it is right.. once my SIM expired your marketing became increasingly spammy. then out of the blue push messages bang on 2am every night. infuriating

it's useless, you can only use it for data, to make calls you still need to use your own data, or whatsapp etc so what's the point?
everytime you travel via train to your next location, it always needs an update and the reception has all 3 or 4 bars full which you think it's good, but the network is so slow when in a moving transport.

لا انصح بإستخدامه مقارنة بالمنافس.. وأنا وصديقي سافرنا ٦ دول اوروبية وكان معه شريحة من المنافس وأنا طول الرحلة النت بطيء صور الواتس ما يحملها وسرعة النت ما تتعدى 0.5 ميقا.. بينما المنافس كان نتهم طلقة طول الرحلة
Very Bad. Couldn't activate the esim. support tried to help. But it was very frustrating as I followed all instructions. Esim stuck on Activation pending. When I asked for refund support stopped replying
Initially the service was great, then after a couple days the connection stopped working. No great problem, except the support team never responded. ended with another service provider at my cost. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Bought 2 esims for travel to Thailand,1 works for my partners iphone and the other for my samsung doesn't work.Tried chat in the app and gone through all the settings but data does not work.Still have to use my sim for data to work.Defeats the purpose of buying this esim.All chat has stopped after couldn't fix it and I have requested a refund in app chat,still no replys Stay away people
keep trying to kog in and also use the chat function, but it keeps going to an Error page. have bought a sim at a great price. Please fix the issue.
Well, I didn't have a chance to try the Sim because their plans are WAY TOO expensive.
if you buy 2 and get one extra on the same account the discount should still apply. plus the app is no easier than using the email confirmation
