I have just spent 10 minutes trying to connect my PayPal and my Amazon and the app just keeps crashing, then I have to resign into the app then it wants me to resign into Amazon then the app crashes again I don't have time for this.
Advertised as being free, it's not.
This app does not work well with any Android phone, it sometimes crashes when trying to open, and takes a long time to load when it does open. I had a s24 ultra and it took forever to open I now have a s26 ultra and the same problem it opens fine on any Apple phone. I also couldn't transfer my yearly expenses using an Android phone I had to use a iPhone .
someone rated they used a free version for months but there is only a 7 day free version
had this app for a few years and every year I was able to retrieve all the receipts needed to file my taxes. this year it just lost all the data for 2025. literally just nothing for 2025 absolute zero! Do not rely on it ever! the subscription won't guarantee you'll have the data when needed. now I have to go through hell, trying to get at least anything for my tax filing. outrageous!
I can't even open the app because it wants a code sent to my phone. I go get the code, it starts over again when I get back with the code and repeats again and again and over and over never stopping. why did you do this to me?!
DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Every since I put my number in this app I've got non stop telemarketing call. from 9am-10pm I received 30 calls the very next day. I can't sleep and the calls never stop. yesterday it was 37 calls and I run a small business on my phone and thought this app could help but all it did was sell my information and flood me with calls which makes it harder for my customers to get through to me. I run a food trailer that takes call in orders

I cannot stand unnecessary data collection! why do you need phone #s after you gave me an alternative sign on options with the email. No! I would give you a 0 if i could for that scammy behavior.
I downloaded it and when I returned to use it, I wasn't able to open it past the folders. I'm downloading it again to see if does better. if yes, a better rating will be given but if not better, I'll uninstall and move on.

This COULD be a good app but, after my security software detected it has the ability to *READ MY EMAILS* I decided to uninstall it. WHY does this app need to read my emails?!?! I see no reason for this function and am not about to allow access to that. so, I, because I'm uncomfortable with that kind off access, my only solution was to uninstall it. Give up that access and perhaps I'll reconsider installing and using it.
It is hard to do bulk uploads of receipts. it also charges you weekly for the subscription cost instead of monthly so it ends up being $20 to $25 a month for the subscription.
