App sent a reply I wasn't ready to send and I can't fix it without paying money. Your app has to be straight trash if it can't run normal. it's bull that I can't even fix a reply I originally was allowed to send. It's not an additional one, it's fixing one that was already sent. Maybe if the app turns legit and not a scam I can give it more stars.

they describe this as a mental health app to help you through your struggles... why tf are you charging EIGHT DOLLA A WEEK?! Lots of depressed ppl are teenagers, so how can they afford to get help and support through you guys when they're broke??? Getting help for your mental health shouldn't cost ANYTHING but your own choice for help. This app is the definition of "I made an app for money, so give me it and f your feelings." this app doesn' care if you die from depression, it cares about green.
I had a good experience but now I'm not receiving the confirmation code to my email I tried to log in with a different email and I received it normally but to my main account I'm getting nothing

My only other option is to pay for an upgrade and I just think that's BS. You need to fix your app. Not to mention I never received a reply to my post and only had 2 views. What a disappointment.
as soon as you create your account you are offered a 3 day free trial... dont even know what I would be paying for at that point..and at on 3 days id definitely forget and be charged. 3 random letters a day whatever that means. if its fully random they could be the same dude sending the same 3 letters to everyone in a category. how would you know? and strange review saying they made friends here??? how if its all truly anonymous?
VERY PREDATORY PRACTICES CONCERNING THE PAID "PREMIUM" VERSION!!!! If you sign up for the 3 day free trial of the "premium membership" you'll be charged $7.99 a week after, but if you toggle the free trial off, the membership is only $29.99 for an entire year... So, if you skip the free trial, you'll save $385 for a years membership. Otherwise, the free version is very limited and you're constantly prompted to sign up for the "free trial."
Why would you put an app that could really help people behind a paywall? I mean, you have to pay a subscription for it. That's not even fair.

My experience so far has been great, but I just got signed out and can't get back in. I don't know what happened. I don't know what to do. Mind you, I am paying for the subscription, and every time I try to sign in, it keeps having me create a username and then says my username doesn't exist. I don't know how to get my account back or all my writings. I've already sent four emails with receipts email and username And yet I get the same response on here and that's to email. Trash customer support

I can't open the app. it's keeps telling me "we sent a code to your email" I get the code from my email,enter the code, and it doesn't work. I tried 4 times and it still won't work.

Put in my email went to check the 4 digit passcode to enter it got booted out of the app and made me restart, put in my email again went to check the new passcode to put in in and booted me out again. Need email for passcode cant put in passcode because everytime i leave the app to check my email it restarts the app all over again. FIX THIS !

I'm only giving it 1 star because I tried to many names to count and couldn't get one that apparently wasn't taken! So unless something unique pops into my head soon, I'll just uninstall it.
