What's the problem with all aps being paid? they have been created by Ai slop literally you have to pay for this app which can be created within mins? Yeah right
My experience so far has been great, but I just got signed out and can't get back in. I don't know what happened. I don't know what to do. Mind you, I am paying for the subscription, and every time I try to sign in, it keeps having me create a username and then says my username doesn't exist. I don't know how to get my account back or all my writings. I've already sent four emails with receipts email and username And yet I get the same response on here and that's to email. Trash customer support
do not use. tried to cancel before payment was taken, said it was canceled yet still took money. not worth it

requires you to put in a birthday but then locked it so you can't input it... just bad design. also if you really wanted to make an app to help people why is there a premium version at all?
just to be able to have someone to vent to you have to pay for it. what about for the people who aneed help someone just to talk to? this world sucks

I can't open the app. it's keeps telling me "we sent a code to your email" I get the code from my email,enter the code, and it doesn't work. I tried 4 times and it still won't work.

Put in my email went to check the 4 digit passcode to enter it got booted out of the app and made me restart, put in my email again went to check the new passcode to put in in and booted me out again. Need email for passcode cant put in passcode because everytime i leave the app to check my email it restarts the app all over again. FIX THIS !

Yup. Deleting it. You guys haven't fixed a single damn thing. Don't even give me that your team is actively working to fix the issues cause it's BS. Not a single update since I started using it. Not a single one. It's been a month and a half. I've reached out in email as well. Yeah. This is not acceptable... I guess I pissed away $35 because you guys can't be bothered to fix a single damn thing on here. Still get the terms of service every time. Shoulda been fixed after A MONTH AND A HALF. Bye.
I'm only giving it 1 star because I tried to many names to count and couldn't get one that apparently wasn't taken! So unless something unique pops into my head soon, I'll just uninstall it.

This app is nothing but scammers. The idea of this app is great! Anonymous letters, advice, etc. I talked to several people and it turns out the majority were false, using photos from prominent folks online, male and female alike. Taking advantage of vulnerability. Please be cautious.
great concept, terrible platform. long load times and then when it comes to the DOB it won't even allow me to click on it so there for I can't even access the whole thing. waste of time. but again, great concept

Firstly, there is a free version but it's intentionally misleading, made to look like you absolutely have to pay for a premium or a free trial. You don't, once it redirects you to the payment page, come off of that and then an X appears so you can continue to the app. I will be reporting this to Google because it's shady as hell. Secondly, at first I thought his app sounded like a good idea, the reality is that it's very harmful. Suicidal people complaining at eachother and egging eachother on.
You have a payment plan for this. there shouldn't be premium features. it should all be free. well I'm immediately uninstalling to find one that actually works for free
It's just another application trying to profit off of people's problems.

Uninstalled right away after reading the reviews. was hoping to finally find an app thats helpfull and actually does what they advertised like no subscription but like every single app designer they just want money. I get your still trying to do the right pricing but if your gonna say your a no prophet help organization then actually stick to your word.

Doesn’t let me log in at all. the code for the email never arrives. and that's it. no other way to get further. that's literally the first step to continue. good thing I wanted to give it a try, it doesn't work....
Feels AI. Received 10 letters, all perfectly grammatically etc. no one writes like that anymore. my letter response was basically AI copy paste. if you think its real people, think again, there might be few, but just in 3days of use i can tell all I got was AI. plus its like £7 per week or something, to basically chat with ChatGBT. no thanks :)
Thought I had found something helpful. A real place to vent. Poured my heart into my first letter. Was then told I only get 2 days free. After that is is £6.99 per week. Utter rubbish and not included in your adverts. Liars.
Seemed like an outstanding idea that I was all for, was even a little excited to get started.. until I found out it's a subscription service 🙃 Surprised anyone is willing to pay for this tbh, should've just had ads. Waste of time. Uninstalled.

I would have actually given a better review but the app wouldn't let me sign up. It wouldn't let me enter my birthdate in the registration process. I tried more than once.
Horrible People. I downloaded for the first time last night and sent a letter mentioning my struggle with depression. Now I am aware that the people responding are not employees of the app, but I received a horrible letter telling me "Depression is an excuse" and that I should "Get over it". I've reported the talk twice and the team has not done anything to remove the person or even respond to the report. For an app designed to help those in need they really haven't shown they care.

every time I would put in my email to get the code and go to my email, I would get the code go back to the app to type it in and it would rest itself so. im good off this app I needed some advice but this app that I literally couldnt even make an account in is trash.
I understand the 1 stars. As i downloaded this in hopes that the one star reviews were nothing more than user error. I was disappointed to see that this is an extremely high subscription based app and there is - as mentioned in response to another review regarding price - a 3 day free trial that you can use but then payment is mandatory, no way to click out. Another app that tricks people into doing all the work while they pocket your subscription fees. Removed this joke from my phone asap
This app is misleading. The free trial is three days, and then I'm being asked to pay $11/week! You wrote a note, it gets sent, then it won't let you proceed without a payment option. IMMEDIATELY UNINSTALLED. Sorry.
