2026:App doesn't show expiring critical expiring miles, have to dive deep to find it 2022:Better interface but still using the mobile version of website for bookings. Also should abide to Oreo Material Design guidelines. edit: -2 star for continually asking for cookies acceptability even though its an app?! --- Update: almost impossible to stay on the live chat. Get disconnected so easily. Worse still, service time has increased and you just keep waiting

apps keep refreshing itself unable to book seat.
Useless updates now SA application not longer working on Samsung Note 9 and Android operating system 10 millions of Samsung phone not able to use changing to other airlines big loss to Singapore Airlines whe updating application by useless software developer not understand basics in downwards software compatibility.
As good as the airline and their services might be, it's one of the worst mobile apps and web apps that I've ever encountered from a reputable company and brand. A big let down, very inconvenient to use.

Requested to update. BUT, New version can't install on old phone!
Greediest company ever. Had a medical condition, asked for some concession over weights as I had to bear costs for medical as well as the flight, was expecting some concession on the additional baggage but need to rake in more money even if the customer dies paying it.
Never got to use it. The sign-up process took hours and was eventually unsuccessful. You are not allowed to have a hyphenated surname (seriously?). And I went around an invalid email address loop several times before realising there was a space at the end. Guys! Any email system will account for that. Finally registered, but now it claims not to recognise my email address to log in. Too hard.
irresponsible, slow, and better avoid this airline
Just installed. The manage booking overview page keeps jumping upwards as I scroll down. I have retrieved a booking made via a third party agency and I can't in any way edit the email address associated with the booking. I cannot edit my residential address as the neighbourhood I live in isn't listed. The app is very sluggish overall. Terrible experience so far. Edit: more issues over time. Unable to check in. Logged out of live chat n times. Unable to change password.

doesn't even show my upcoming flight.
After an interface error during Krisflyer membership registration, the error in my family name was superimposed on the ticket i connected the membership. Now I have to book a new ticket with the same itinerary, which by now is more expensive, in order to refund the older ticket. You really should improve the app. Loading times are unacceptable and the Krisflyer membership registration was so disastrous just to get a wifi access on board. And now I have to face the extra charge sigh
installed app in grapheos on google pixel. refuses to login. says password wrong , even though I am logged in on PC with same password
