Never got to use it. The sign-up process took hours and was eventually unsuccessful. You are not allowed to have a hyphenated surname (seriously?). And I went around an invalid email address loop several times before realising there was a space at the end. Guys! Any email system will account for that. Finally registered, but now it claims not to recognise my email address to log in. Too hard.

Just installed. The manage booking overview page keeps jumping upwards as I scroll down. I have retrieved a booking made via a third party agency and I can't in any way edit the email address associated with the booking. I cannot edit my residential address as the neighbourhood I live in isn't listed. The app is very sluggish overall. Terrible experience so far. Edit: more issues over time. Unable to check in. Logged out of live chat n times. Unable to change password.
Very poor device support, is not compatible with Windows Subsystem for Android

I got an opaque error creating an account. Support wasn't able to assist, and I gave up after a couple hours of talking to them and troubleshooting.
Very bad, I just received a cancellation of our seat arrangements even though we already pay extra for the seat booking. Even worse, SIA separate me and my wife with different seating without our approval. Meaning I'm seating with some strangers and my wife with some stranger. We have been flying yearly with SIA, even though their so call Krisfler card doesn't work with error, we never complaint, but this time round is too much, we need explanation???
This is the slowest, laggiest app I have ever had the misfortune to use. Page loads are 10+ seconds at best and often longer. The web site is just as slow. And the layout is not the best either. Utterly frustrating experience and it has been like this for years. This would be unacceptably slow in 2010 and for a company the size of Singapore Airlines it is totally unacceptable. The engineering manager and dev team should be sacked and replaced with competent staff.
For some reason, I cannot see my future flights anymore, so I cannot manage them anymore. I'm logged in, but it says that there are no flights in my future, which I'm sure I have booked them as I'm travelling at the moment.
Despite two live chats with SQ support with suggestions to uninstall/install again, change password and suggesting user flows that don't exist, I still can no longer log into the app. Customer support suggesting to try Safari browser before even checking if I'm on iPhone or Android. App is currently unusable. App was working fine and I was logging in via biometrics then from yesterday it said I needed a password which I already had. Now even with newly installed app and new password, no change.
My luggage was delayed and when it was delivered, items were missing. I filed a complaint 3 weeks ago but still haven’t received any update from Singapore Airlines. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service follow-up.
Trash airlines and app. Do not allow you to get boarding pass becausetl they need to check my document. What a stupid app and airlines. Defeat the purpose of the online check in.

Can't book an "add on" ticket with Scoot. (just 2 separate tickets perhaps) It's the same company!!The Scoot App doesn't even have my local Airport Coolangatta (OOL) on their App despite it clearly being a destination. Why can MOMONDO do it and not Scoot or SAI. I give up and flying MAS or Cathay Pacific.

You really should improve the app. Loading times are unacceptable and the Krisflyer membership registration was so disastrous just to get a wifi access on board. installed app in grapheos on google pixel. refuses to login. says password wrong , even though I am logged in on PC with same password
the date selection cant be seen and selected in a complete month format ? some portion is missing. very frustrating and cant select dates for travel.

after tickets split, unable to add it back on My Trip screen. the loading of view receipts take forever
