I ordered some products and paid for my order 6 months ago - and did not receive anything to this date! This has never happened to me before with another app or marketplace. I am confident my money is lost. Sinsay has no real customer support service, no one answering the contact numbers, so this is just a scam. Do not fall into the same trap! DON'T INSTALL THE APP AND DON'T ORDER FROM SINSAY!! Later edit: There are a lot of reviews for this app, I now know they are fake. Don't fall for these.
Forces you to update to keep using it.
I cannot contact the support about the broken item I received. I tried via the WhatsApp, submitted my issue but never received an answer about the progress despite the promise to contact me ASAP. the app doesn't have any functionality to describe an issue and request a refund without "send the item back and pay for the return yourself". but why should I pay to return completely broken item (plate). it doesn't make any sense. contact me and refund
Dont buy online, delivery is chatastrophy! I oredered some items i payed for these items online and after few days they cancelled the order in term they dont have in stock the items, im still waiting for refund. they keep my money hostage, 0 answer for my mails. If its possible i give this 0 star!!!!!!

Foarte proasta aplicatia. Cautarile dau rezultate complet aiurea. Punctele de loialitate pe care le promite sunt imposibil de primit pt ca aplicatia nu merge zilnic. Review-urile sunt probabil false. Nu-mi permite niciodata sa fac, la produse cumparate IN aplicatie. Si cateva au fost de calitate execrabila dar cu reviews de 4.9 din 5. Serviciul de relatii cu clientii e la misto, raspunsurile nu au nicio noima - si AI ar fi raspuns mai pe subiect.
- Zobrazuje 10 notifikaci denně i přes jejich vypnutí v aplikaci. - Kvalita výrobků je ještě níž než jejich cena.

Съпорта ви е безполезен. Повече от месец чакам да ми върнете парите за артикул който съм върнала на 26 ноември. Опитите ми да се свържа със съпорта и да получа адекватна информация са неуспешни. Не отговарят на имейлите ми, а ако получа отговор, просто ми се копира политиката за връщане, без изобщо да се адресира въпросът ми.

Nakon 15 dana poslali paket, a nakon 18 dana su otkazali isporuku prije nego je došao predviđeni datum dostave. Slanje putem DPD pickup opcije nigdje nije opisano, korisnička služba mi je na srpskom jeziku dala uputu da odem u najbliži Studenac, a kada sam tamo došla s ogromnim paketom saznala sam da nemaju DPD uslugu.
Nu exista optiunea de a renunta la comanda.. trebuie sa o primesti dupa care sa o returnezi.. faci drumuri aiurea STUPID.

Terrible app and service. Most of their photos are AI, even tho they have the products?? You can imagine the products differ from the AI photo. Also the support is useless. I'm convinced that even though they say they're switching to a live agent, it's still a bot - no introduction and they still speak the same way.
The delivery/tracking horrendous! Customer service even worse! I never received my order, wasn’t informed it arrived, the agent i eventually talked to said my number was wrong but in my profile it was correct. The chat and Messenger support were useless, with the bot looping endlessly and no real agent responding, even during business hours. I had to call during my own work time, only to be met with a rude representative. Overall, a terrible experience for such cheap products. DON'T BUY!
I made an order 1 week ago, they still can't deliver me my stuff and they don't answer anywhere, where I'm trying to write them. so no money, no order, no answering from support. Disgusting service, I do not recommend it!!!

their support is basically inexistent - i contacted them via chat and whatsapp,no response after 1+ days. the orders sent in 3 business days are sent after 7 business days. nothing against their phisical store but the app is horrible

занадто малий текст у апці. Що неймовірно бісить, так це баг зі сповіщеннями: я вимкнув всередині апки пуш сповіщення та розсилку новинку, бо вони надто нав'язливі та надто часті, а воно все одно меня пуш сповіщення видає. Прохання розробників виправити
Promised 25% if using the app. There was no such offer after installing.
I ve send back a product and still waiting for my money to be returned,chat is not working every time I try to contact support it's simply impossible. The quality of the clothes is not good and after first wash logos are gone,size gets smaller and fuzz everywhere (kids clothing shirts/pants). I haven't had the same experience with any other cheap site. Totally unworthy, to save 3-5 euros you're wasting so much time and effort.
The app has a scam interface. And I should not even mention the poor grammar it has, which makes it look even more suspicious...
can't see shipping details when ordering to store pick up, all I see is the state that my package has been sent - not enough | predicted delivery time is also not true, it's being postponed | annoying amount of notifications
