I switched to XM from spotify because songs were getting cut off at the end on spotify. the first couple weeks this didn't happen with sirius XM, but today it started cutting songs off before they were finished and now I am considering switching again, to something that let's songs play until the ending.

Be careful with the trial! There is no "Cancel button." They use a tricky method to prevent you from cancelling easily, including a form, lengthy chat, requests for unrelated personal information, and long wait times. This is not an honest way to handle this.
scam I have already cancelled my free 90 days subscription before the end period and I am still being charged I will report this into the FTC trade commission.
Rating is for the Android app, not the audio content. Playing music the current song is not always what the screen shows! On channels from naming a band you can like songs but not see that list. Music from a "Show", where you're more likely to hear music new to you has no like option. Podcast progress is only sometimes correct. I will keep this to listen to some shows and then unsubscribe until there's news of a better app
This app absolutely crushes my battery. I lose 50 percent in two hours. Completely unacceptable.
installed app used it for 19 days paid $83.74 for a yr today I can't sign in, and my account has disappeared. No one seems to care or will help me. Very disappointed in Sirius XM
I never signed up for this service, I didn't like the free trial, but paid for 12months with out knowing. terrible business and terrible customer service.

Sirius used to be on your car, then they went to app, now they're making you pay to listen to it on the app and radio separately. I'm not paying two different fees when you can just listen to IHEARTRADIO on your phone and I'll just stick to listening to free radio in my car and not paying 20 dollars a month thank you. EDIT: I should've also mentioned that I got a trial for four free months but it's for the app, not the car. If I wanted to listen on my car then I'd have spend the 20. Pointless.
I ve had this app a few years. I have sean rates go up every year. The program I listen to is patriot radio and Fox news. I have noticed advertisements are now almost have the broadcast time. I am sick of paying to listen to commercials. if one more comes on in the next 3 minutes this app and my subscription goes away
I got a new phone and since I got the Sirius xm streaming service through The Google Play store i can't reset or change my password making this a waste of my money!

WORST APP EVER!!! app just plays by itself on my Bluetooth. I don't want it to, or ask it to! It is extremely annoying, when talking to a customer on my phone and Bluetooth earpiece, and suddenly, it plays. Or when driving, and talking to my family when they call me.....I have to get my phone, pull up the app, and the only option is pause. No stop, just pause. I cannot unpair it, or anything. It gets so annoying, that I'm ready to cancel everything! -5 stars!!!! Worst app ever.

Sound is terrible. No dynamic range. Compressed into oblivion. not even close to CD's
Horrible commercial break timing. Commercials cut into news channels when the news program starts. Also too many repetitive commercials. Getting tired of hearing about Ethos!
Hasn't worked right since 22' *update* still abruptly stops working via app for cellular phone. Also you can't flip flop anymore between streaming (was listening on your phone while walking and now you decide to stream at home) it's logs you out and you gotta go through the forest just to log yourself back in. Mind you this is only able to stream ONE device at a time. I was fine with that stipulation. 26' At this point it should be free. It's more work to listen than enjoy.

Samsung store Vs. Google Play store how does Samsung store have newer versions available before Google play store does. Samsung store has version 7.26.0 while Google only has 7.25.1. what's up with that?
junk sign in experience, incorrect password even though I just changed it. one time code doesn't work either. just kicks you back to login screen.
It was difficult for me to find contemporary Christian music. The app would turn itself on. Stations I would not listen to would all of a sudden begin to play at work, where I am not supposed to have it audible. Walking down the church aisle to find my seat. AND BEING WOKEN UP TO DEATH METAL FROM A SOUND SLEEP. YOU CAN KEEP IT.
I had to drop stars to one because the app is not able to be turned off so that it does not automatically start every time you plug it into your vehicle. this is on Bluetooth. it also randomly starts playing whenever i have my headphones on. the only way to get it to not automatically play is to put it into deep sleep. it also no longer seems to respect the setting that it only uses data and not Wi-Fi.

Frequently starts itself without provocation. No functional ability to actually jump back or rewind that actually works. Does not show what is currently playing on app only channels.
This last update was terrible. Why mess with a good thing. It restarts my shows every time I turn off my car. It's been months since it has been like this. The suggestion was to manually pause the show before turning off the car. Really! My subscription is up soon. Rather just download my shows from third party if this isn't fixed.
costumer service is disgusting only if you have an hour and a half to tolerate tooooooo much nonsense all just to request a cancelation. if there is a 0 star I'd have went for a minus disgusting again
1-star because I don't want concert pop-up ads on my app. I already subscribe to the service. Edit: Notifications already turned off. Just fix your app to make it less annoying when I open it to listen to something.
Why does scrolling through Android Auto always become an issue? For the umpteenth time, when I try to view all the channels through Android Auto it keeps scrolling back to the top! This is a continous issue between you and Android Auto. It never seems to get completely resolved no matter how many times I've mentioned it Sirius XM AND Android Auto! I know I can't be the only person frustrated by this same issue over and over again. Please fix. I've also submitted my complaint to Android Auto.

glitches on top of glitches, when a song is finishing the app skipps back 20 seconds to a minute of the song that just finished.
definitely one of the worst apps I have on my phone. I've been a long time subscriber and I hate this app so much. I really love listening to two shows over the weekend, Scram Jones on Saturdays and Sunday service with Big von on Sundays on Shade 45. they do not replay those shows so I try to listen to it and every time I have to pause it, it never stays where it's at. I was listening just now and I jumped out of my car and it paused. I got back in and it unpause and was playing the next show.
App opens but I can't login to my account sometimes. Other times I can't get it to play channels either on the phone or through android auto app. Very glitchy
Keeps getting worse. Constant minor defects, one recent (today) big defect that is well documented online (just Google search to find). 1) Resetting password deletes your Library. If you reset your password for one of your streaming accounts (we have three), it can delete your library - the stations, shows, podcasts, episodes you've saved. CS/Tech Support no help. 2) Playback issues ("unable to play") while streaming or playing back. REPLY TO SXM: 12 TB of space. Already did. I don't use X.

This app has gone down hill. Freezes, stops working and crashes all the time. I mean multiple time an hour. Fix your app. This is a joke. It's always the worst after a so called "update" that dose nothing.

security is so dumb and complicated, i think sirius see itself as a bank. what a crock its just music guys.
The player constantly skips podcast episodes and starts most episodes about halfway through, even though I've never played them before. I have to have the list of episodes up when it moves on to the next episode to make sure it didn't skip one, but navigating through the episodes is time consuming, as it isn't very user friendly.

It auto plays each time I start my car and uses my phone data. my car already has Sirius satellite.
It constantly loads into my notifications on my Samsung. I can remove it or force stop the app, but it keeps coming back?!
