Why in the hell would I pay for a music streaming app just to not be able to download music to listen to offline...? like please tell me what the point of this app is at all.... You can't search for specific songs to play. You can't download music for offline enjoyment. If you're looking for a music app and this one is on your list of choices, do yourself a favor and cross SIRIUS XM off your list!
Unfortunately tried the trial which I used maybe twice then forgot about. Today I get charged the current subscription fee & the past 2 months that I missed payment. I don't use the service. I forgot I even had it downloaded. I never heard of a service continuing even when there's no payment. I got ripped off almost 24 dollars today which I really needed. **UPDATE**I have contacted support & was supposedly given a 7.69 refund. I got screwed out of 16.00 in late charges for a service I don't use.
THE AUTO REPLY TO THIS REVIEW DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE. You can't search a specific song. Only stations. You can't even see the list of songs on that station. Not even with the paid version.

I doesnt get past the login, it goes in circles no matter what i do. The help links cant find a browser, so it's completely useless to me.

Sirius xm charged my card for an account thats not my account for $118.36. My bill is only $11.99 and i cannot get in touch with anyone about refunding me my money. It's like they got my number blocked. Only person I can talk to is Harmony they A.I. Provider.
I was being charged twice a month. I contacted customer service multiple times and was told they could only see one set of charges and one account. I offered multiple times to send screen shots of the multiple charges every month (two different amounts). I was told I had to call a different phone number to figure out what was going on. They kept offering to lower my rate if I don't cancel. Such a scam. I like the music options but not the shady business practices.

I use it on my motorcycle. Since the last update, the music stops about every 2 minutes or so. The only way to get it back is to unlock my phone and hope it starts playing again. The "having trouble playing this" always pops up. I have allowed all permissions. It's been doing it while sitting in my house, too.
I like Sirius radio, but the app is horrible. 11 minutes screentime, 3 hrs 59 minutes background (the app was not open). 70 percent of my battery used. If I can't use the app, then the service is useless to me. I expect I'll see an AI response to my complaint. If I do, SiriusXM can expect me to cancel within minutes.
Sirius has provided the option to keep a saved library of your own favorite channels/podcasts, which WAS great until about 1.5-2 weeks ago. Today was the third time I lost my saved favorites despite having done nothing differently than before. I'm not sure what Sirius is doing on their end, but I NEVER had this problem (and I've used the app or listened online for many years). It's frustrating enough that I might stop paying for Sirius since I listen on the app/online more than in my car.
Every time I listen to a program and pause it, when I go back to unpause it, I get taken right to live programming. As a result, I constantly miss huge parts of my favorite shows. The old version was way better - I could pause, come back hours later, and pick up right where I left off. This app is incredibly frustrating.
All right. been trying to open up this app all of a sudden it's telling me something went wrong. looking for updates. no updates are needed but they sure took my money. tried uninstalling and reinstalling giving me problems. might be time to cancel

I paid cause I want music on my phone. for some reason it could play 3min or 15 minute or hour it crashes. error message I have to close it number of times. it seems like June update screwed up the app. please fix it also I never got my Bluetooth speaker either
constantly freezes up and needs a restart when I change towers or go to 4glte from 5g. edit 6/21/26: the app gets worse with every passing day. I travel a lot and this app is useless if you change towers while traveling. to use it while driving, I constantly need to restart the app, so I usually end up listening to silence until I can stop and reset the app safely. Guess I'm going to try something different, anything should be better than this.
