This app is just torture for sitters First off if I want to even have a chance at being picked I need to have premium because no parents in my area do. When I finally did get the premium there was no telling if the parents were legit or not, or even reading my messages. Sometimes they would check out my profile but ghost me for the rest of the interaction. and there is no way to leave a review on parents for this, so they can get away with it! Contacted well over 20 families by now, nothing
the app worked first time when i installed it and opened it, put all the details and created a profile. Next day i tried to open the app it's not working nor opening, it s just a blank white screen. No wonder it has 0 reviews....
not sure what is the purpose of the app if you don't subscribe it as it hides out all applicants and unable to approve. the only way to use the free version of the app is the applicant messages you first. then you will liaise with the applicant externally after getting the applicant's contact number, which I find it about the same function if you join the babysitter group in Facebook to find one, and it is completely free.

Não entendo por que não recebi nenhuma solicitação. Parece que é falso. Só recebi solicitações de outro aplicativo, mas neste nunca recebi nenhuma solicitação de pais que precisam de babá. É muito ruim. Acho que eles Acho que são golpistas porque gastei meu dinheiro, mas não consegui receber nenhum feedback positivo aqui, enquanto em outro aplicativo que uso para trabalhar, consigo receber feedback positivo. be aware before connecring with people. I try to connect with several parents near me when a lady send me a mesaage that she needs a babysitter for her kid. I didnt have any certification but I do have experienece she said that would be ok just get a first aid license atleast. She told me she would help me get that with her doctor. She kept telling me to send her certification charges and at the end she said she's out of town still telling me to send her money.

I was on this app for some weeks, they kept on asking me to subscribe for premium membership. I paid for one month to test it, and until now, no one has shown interest in my profile. is totally a waste of money. and the list of parents looking for babysitting and nanny are still the same since I joined.
I wanted to get a job from this app, but it wouldn't let me. Now, it has only been a couple of months, and I can't get into the app. It shows me a white blank page.

send message to many to ask who is available but no one responding at all! asked 1 person previously and said she didnot receive any message there. there is no indicator stating the message delivered or not. sent or not. seen or not!!

Really needs to calm down with the notifications for something you can't even look at without paying. seems ridiculous. Multiple emails and app notifications a day when someone hasn't even signed up yet is insane.
My experience has been very disappointing. I subscribed for just one month to test the app and planned to continue if it proved worthwhile. However, to my disappointment, I can’t even click on a family profile without a pop-up prompting me to upgrade to another 1- or 3-month premium subscription. What’s the point of paying $21.09 (including taxes) for one month when there’s no value or access provided for the initial payment? Kindly improve your app or business.
They lie in responses that replying is free. You actually get NOTHING but have to give a lot of data in advance. I had notifications about now 3 nannies contacting but I can't read the message unless I pay at least $30 for the month or 60 for 3. I can't reply too, of course.
Waste of time.
Really $40 CAD per month just to contact a Nanny? This is ridiculous!

A friendly warning: this app/service (and all other similar ones) is absolutely useless, unless you are willing to pay the premium subscription that allows you to message the babysitters, and of course this is not made clear from the start by them. The service model is terrible as the free version gives you ZERO benefits. Not even, for example,very limited messages to babysitters. Really, you get NOTHING from it. And it demands you to have a profile upfront (so you must input a lot of data).
This app is highly disappointing. Instead of focusing on essential aspects like verifying babysitters’ qualifications, ensuring safety, providing insurance, and managing payments securely, it simply asks for a $30 monthly subscription. Such a model raises serious concerns: in case of misconduct, negligence, or even child abuse, there is no clear accountability. A service dealing with children’s safety must prioritize trust and responsibility, not subscriptions.
absolute trash - gets you to go through an entire login process, sharing all of your data, giving them all of your information and then right before you go to message a babysitter close by, it hits you with the monthly fee in order to communicate. straight up sleezy

HORRIBLE. ¿Me estáis diciendo que he pagado 9€ de premium para poder hablarle yo a las familias y tener la iniciativa (ya que sino nadie me habla) Y POR MANDAR VARIOS MENSAJES ME DECÍS QUE YA NO PUEDO ESCRIBIR NINGÚN MENSAJE MÁS POR NO SE QUÉ DE BOTS? Madremia, vaya ladrones. Para saber que no soy un bot, simplemente hacerme la prueba de robot o cualquier cosa, pero eso me parece deprimente. No pienso dejar ni un euro más en esta app.

I paid for Sitly as I wanted to write to some job providers and it happened to be all scammers. I have asked for return the same day, and they said it's not in their policy. SCAM!!!
bad experience. paid to become premium for first month. for second month, sitly autobilled me without my consent. no where in the app to stop being a member.
terrible through and through!🤦♀️ The whole app is clearly designed for the developers to earn as much cash as possible, to the point you have to pay to show interest in more than 3 families a day, and literally cannot send a message to the families without getting the premium version. Most profiles are no-names with automatically generated descriptions, with no pictures or any useful information. Meanwhile the profiles of families that are legitimate are always insanely old and abandoned.

cette application je vous le déconseille vivement car il y a tant de chose malsain sur cette application, il y a tant d,arnaque dessus je ne sais pas entant que parent comment c'est mais entant que babysitter faut être vraiment très prudent car j'ai été victime et je veux vous épargner cela faite vraiment attention et si vous le pouvez chercher un autre moyen que celle ci.
Terrible app. I think this app was created merely for having an app. I was on it for months and even with paid subscription, there is no legit response. Why have an app if its being used by parents who genuinely wants a babysitter.
unfortunately it's not good in Brazil.
terrible premium sitters can message me (a parent) and I can respond without me also having to be premium myself which is good because I didnt have to pay. you'd think because they paid and reached out they'd be serious about showing up.... nope! no shows, scammers, flaky... reported a couple of people but they are still on the app weeks later. why would I be inclined to pay when the people that have are still unverified no showers also no I can't see "applications of interest" without paying.

I cannot delete messages sent in error or edit messages. Please look into this I have mistakenly sent confidential info and now I cannot delete it before it is read.
Puedes hacer la aplicación completamente gratuita, o completamente de pago, pero no que tenga una versión gratuita que no sirva para nada. Es imposible encontrar trabajo en esta app.
The app is easy to use. It has a list of babysitters it shows around your area to choose from. I felt many babysitters weren't active on the app to reply. The app doesn't work when I reopen it. I have to close the app completely and then it works which is disappointing.
App inutile e soprattutto a pagamento!! La babysitter è in grado di vedere il profilo delle famiglie e di mostrare interesse nei loro confronti, ma non può messaggiare con loro se non a fronte di pagamento mensile. Per di più molte volte l'app non si avvia proprio!!
