This app is horrible. You cant see wait times anymore. This app used to be awesome but now its almost useless. I had to CALL customer service to get the information I needed. Brutal. Navigating app to purchase tickets sucks. You can't find cart easily, end up doubling your selections, and then you can't edit tickets. you have to remove all.

Did they even test the app? This has to be when the least user-friendly app I've ever used. Used it at Cedar point. Wait times were always away off. It was in general just not user-friendly.
removal of physical membership cards to up the downloads of their app has to be the most corporate greed play of 2026. IM AT A WATER PARK AND YOU PRINTED ME A TICKET or told me to keep my electronic device on me. sorry not sorry this was a terrible idea and whoever approved it should be fired for incompetence
This "new" app is absolutely HORRIBLE. It is super unintuitive, and none of the "features" work. The wait times feature is greyed out with "Must be in park" even though the map shows us standing in the middle of the park. Worst user experience EVER. For a company that raked in $3.1B in 2025, you would think they could afford to spend more than $100 on Fiverr for an app.
Won't let me add my passes. Kind of frustrating when a broken app is your ONLY option (since they don't print you physical passes anymore).

24 hours after our first visit on a prestige pass. The visit hasn't appeared on my pass. Perks have not appeared on my pass. The drink packages we added yesterday aren't showing either. The app is useless in its current state. Can't access anything except the barcode to get inside. Maybe fire your current programmer and hire someone competent. This is just sad for a company this size. Also, the new coaster was closed, as was thunder river. smh.
Wish I could give this app 0 stars. Why would you stop giving out physical passes, and sunset your old park specific apps for a forced universal app I can't even sign into? How am I supposed to use my DIGITAL pass if the app won't log me in? I can log in completely fine on the website, so the app is just broken. This merger has presented so many issues, I think this is my last straw. I won't be renewing my pass next season.

one of the slowest apps I've ever used
Unable to rent Lockers in app. Consistently slow app. Line wait times are fraudulent. App said a 30-minute wait, it was 85 minutes. I hate six flags owning Kings Island. I want my Kings Island app back. UPDATE: six flags refuses to fix what's broken Kings Island and will not acknowledge the existence of Kings Island in its app.
stupid app. i hate this app. every time im forced to update it it deletes all my information and cards. now im paying alot for something i cant even use. I would do negative 10 stars if i could. I'm paying alot for diamond elite passes that now I can't use.
cedar got screwed and could have taken it for half the price if they had just waited. some might find the appearance of alleged breaches of fiduciary duties in regards to those in six flags and one might find some made money, then jumped ship. selling off profitable ventures without any organization was not a decent plan. hopefully cedar can correct the stains of bad faith.

The app errors out whenever I scan my Worlds of Fun (Kansas City) season pass' Aztec barcode. So I'm unable to use the app. Also, none of the ride information seems to work at Worlds of Fun. Please fix this!
This app is an absolute turd. Does not sync properly with my account or passes. I've tried adding my season passes for months, and even when it finds it, it fails to save into my account. Seriously, how does a company have an app this bad? You have to go to deliberate lengths to sabotage an app to the point where people can't even get into the parks with the passes they bought.
as a Canadian using it in a Canadian park. it didnt like my Canadian address or cards. app support is terrible. use the desktop site for everything purchases related.
this app isn't working what so ever it doesn't link to your account, it doesn't let you buy any season passes and meal passes this app is trash. I'm very disappointed.

Only thing it's good for is to scan your pass. Filters are useless. Wait times are always wrong. The dining option should list the menu. You can click to order food but then you really can't.

Everything I do gives me an https error. Haven't been able to add my new membership passes. The moment I load the app I already have errors. I noticed, after the fact, that no matter what day I choose for my birthday, it sets it for the day prior. I select the 4th, it populates as the 3rd so now I have no idea what's happening.
bought tickets online. Tried to attach them to my account in the app. Error. I press anything in the app and it says error. We wanted to also get fast passes, but that's supposed to be through the app. So what's the point? Make the app usable please! Infuriating and useless.
Requires an account to see wait times. Search function only looked for rides by default. No menus present in app. Extremely disappointed.

Had my family passes for over 5 years. Even the previous CEO wasnt this bad. both app and parks have fallen from grace. Expect bankruptcy soon.
when I try to reset my password by asking for a code via email, I never get the code! really infuriating!
The app won't even recognize my email to even access my membership. It doesn't even prompt to create an account after giving me an error message. The website access works just fine but the app acts like I don't even exist.
1 star. Here's why. Sent email for follow up and no response. Tried to get a hold of a human. Nope. Called their number. Hit 1 for rep. But stuck in loop to press 1. On chat for an hour, no response. Tried to add friend discount day pass but can only add more expensive fast lane. Site does not list early access times on calender. Six Flags you can do better. Step up your customer experience. Georgia is my home park.
Absolute nightmare using this mess.
filter for finding rides does not work. you can save your favorites but you can't make them appear on the map which makes it less useful. you can use the map to Route yourself to the rides you want. it would be great if you could buy single use Fastpass line tickets. they have like three kiosks in the whole park to buy those and they're really missing the ball on being able to extort people out of more money
This app won't even accept my email or any other email to log in. I get an error message every time. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc.. but nothing works.
The app is absolutely atrocious to deal with. Especially when trying to order food within the park. It is constantly refreshing but works for passes and info.
