I have been unable to log in on this device for over a week. I have tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache and data, updating the app, restarting my phone, and using different internet connections, but nothing works. I can log in to my account on other devices, so the issue appears to be specific to this phone. I also cannot create a new account on this device. I contacted support and sent follow-ups but have received no response. Please improve support and resolve this issue.
