Incredibly glitchy app. The most recent problem is that it keeps on loading, closing and re-loading the log-in page without letting me click on anything. Trying to click X just loads another pop-up which means I can't access my rewards. It's a shame because other pub chains use the same design and format but seem to have half the issues the Sizzlers one does.

doesn't work anymore the home screen just flashes and moves side to side when it did work it doesn't let you pay for anything with a gift card
the offers are good but the app is not good doesnt work half the time u dont get coupons come up when u spent the required amount 😡

Stopped working
This is the worst food app I have ever used. It constantly shuts me out and no matter what I do I can't get back in. I've uninstalled it several times for the same issue, just a thing that keeps spinning and never lets me on. Even the staff at the sizzling pub I visited yesterday said a lot of people are having the same issue! They even had a go at trying to get me on it but couldn't. I've lost rewards several times because of this issue and now I can't get on it at all.
Appalling! Slow. Let.. me.. repeat.. S L O W!!! Also, so busy trying to upsell you that you can't actually order. I had to put my order in 3 times because it disappears and there's no way to find your basket if you misclick or backtrack.

looking for my 40%off voucher?
I placed an order was billed and they didn't deliver the coffees, we asked at the counter they said they didn't get the order and it would be refunded. I left as I'd been sat for ages for 2 coffees and went to Starbucks, they still charged my card and kept the money so yeah never trusting this app again.

i use your pub everyday so i would think my rewards were deserved,unfortunetly my points register but no rewards thanks for looking after you regulars👍
offer for 25% off mains has completely disappeared
food has taken over 1 hour 30 minutes to be served and the 40% off voucher code would not load up👎👎
too many bug causing it not to load correctly when opening. you have to reboot the app before yo u can use it. every time. terrible app, which is a shame as they do some great deals
COULD BE A LOT BETTER SO MANY PUBS ARE CLOSED.
I've had this app for a while now been collecting the things from every visit and now it's saying 0 collected even though they have a tick on them frustrating as Ive lost out on discount and free fries.
