offer for 25% off mains has completely disappeared
I placed an order was billed and they didn't deliver the coffees, we asked at the counter they said they didn't get the order and it would be refunded. I left as I'd been sat for ages for 2 coffees and went to Starbucks, they still charged my card and kept the money so yeah never trusting this app again.

too many bug causing it not to load correctly when opening. you have to reboot the app before yo u can use it. every time. terrible app, which is a shame as they do some great deals
absolute joke of an app. every time you order anything on the app it has a stupid pop up to recommend to buy cheese and onion crisps! why the hell would I want to buy cheese and onion crisps when ordering a main meal?!?!?!?! get it take off the app for gods sake! its so annoying!!!! it is not needed at all!!!

you can never sign into the app to gain points or use the one you have constant failed login
cannot get into app keeps denoying access l the been to pub we had 3 meals going again next week x4 persons so l expect you to fix the problem as your advertising and not giving rewards
dreadfully bad app. it's painfully slow, forgets discount codes, thinks you've used codes when you haven't due to bad coding. can't fault the pubs themselves, just bad app software, when other companies like Wetherspoons have a much better app.
Exceptionally poor app
The app is full of issues. It's slow to load. Forgets discount codes after they are applied, which you can't then use again. It doesn't load well at the best of times. It also doesn't automatically scan in you for the reward system. I've had to go to the counter to have it scanned manually which defeats the point of having an app so you don't have to go to the counter. I complained about this in the past but you haven't bothered to fix it yet.

been twice in the last fortnight under cooked food small portion of lasagne not big enough for a child
app says that you've got rewards such as a free drink, but no reward showing in wallet, bit disappointing.
Fificiculty in use
Second time my 33% has supposedly run out when it showed valid until Jan 2027. What a swizz.
