have tried 5 times to buy tickets on app for Boogitown go through everything put in bank details then go to verify with bank . verify on skiddle then sends me back to start to buy tickets again. have cleared cache and history on phone as said this could be problem. Still unable to buy tickets. can anyone advise please.

very difficult to download and see my tickets such a long lengthy process, all i want to do is buy a ticket to go to an event but I've got to answer numerous of questions and make passwords ,sign in, log in to skiddle ,download apps,log in again then then go backwards and forwards to my emails then try to find the tickets to download or print off such a time consuming carry on 🤨
Doesnt let you get refunds as always says card error and chat service response is non existent, still waiting for response
partner purchased my ticket for an event that he won't be coming too as a gift and after following all instructions we cannot find a way for me to access my ticket through the app!!!

Awful service. There is an issue with my tickets booked this afternoon for an event this evening and no one available to contact resulting in us not being able to attend now. Managed to contact the event organisers who couldn't help as it was a ticket issue. No customer service available on weekends when most events take place so should a problem or query arise basically tough. Waste of time and money on top of being forced to download an app just to get your useless tickets
Best book by another method! I've been trying for 5 weeks now to find out which seats have been allocated to us. The show advertised led me to the Skiddle app to purchase my tickets. No seat selection and they are unable to help with this simple request. I was directed to the event organiser and they ignore emails too and neither have telephone numbers!! Book direct with the venue if you can if its a seated show. Skiddle will take the payment, but after that you're on your own!

DOWNLOAD THE APP! THE APP! APP! DOWNLOAD IT!! NOW!!! Why can't I just buy something without having to download another frickin app. What a waste of time having to uninstall it immediately.
garbage, I'll never use skiddle again. be very careful, as you can't sell ticket anywhere for standard (Bought) price.. I'm in hospital so, can't go or sell on. waste of money..
had a horrible experience. booked an event, paid the ticket, and when I showed up they told me there was no event. the people at the venue were kind but they had no idea this event was happening or even heard about it. Just a simple fraud.

Unable to download app on my phone. Was told it was only available on the other devices. Other devices I have also Chrome. Didn't tell me this until after I purchased the tickets. I hope the app will be available on Chrome before the event. Feeling ripped off.
The notifications for artists you follow can't be tailored to your local area so the recommendations are pretty useless. Plus it doesn't import all the artists you follow on Spotify. Edit: Ensure all liked artists are synced from Spotify. Allow users to tailor gig notifications to their local area. The help link you shared doesn't accept feedback, just complaints. Edit 2: my postcode was right but I can't set distance so still get random recommendations. Spotify still not fully syncing.
tried to download 12 tickets on a pdf file but only 1 ticket was downloaded. can't share with other people, real rubbish app
Quick to take your money. Impossible to contact customer services when something goes wrong. Won't be using them again.

awful app. and the ticket protection is a joke, I had to cancel my tickets because I'd had a hip replacement ..they wernt interested, just said no you can't have a refund...

the show i had tickets for was rescheduled. i cannot make the rescheduled date and skiddle refunded my tickets. the T and C do state that the booking fees are non refundable but as it was NOT my fault regarding the reschedule, i asked for that to be refunded, but told no. i think that is really bad as it was the shows fault. i have lost £5.90. this is totally not fair.
tried many times 9ver 2 days to buy tickets, won't do it. no update for app available. Also we had an event cancelled and skiddle tried to keep over £6 in fees for themselves! l had to go through my debit card company to claim the money back.
I selected weekend tickets and now I have Sunday tickets only... there seems to be a glitch
The apps not great. Used be able search local but now just does random search of whole country. website works better

not useful after initial purchase. really poor user experience. I can "delete saved cards" but I can't VIEW them?!?
The event has been cancelled and rescheduled. Final email with rescheduled date received on Monday and the event is meant to be Saturday/Sunday. Got a refund but not the amount I paid. Apparently, at the checkout out you tick the box that states they don't refund the service fee, which is ok. But I've paid for the service when I made the payment. Paid total for venue, tickets, service 58.60£ received a refund of 46£. Mind you took the protection cover of 5£. Very disappointed 😞
