It's now 2026 and this problem is still happening. getting beyond a joke now! I see this app is no better. I'm correctly using the one and only email address I've ever had and no sign in links, reset passwords or anything else is coming through. Yet if I try and create an account it recognises it so there's clearly an account! Possibly the worst app I've ever had the misfortune to use and customer service isn't much better.

needs an "add to google wallet" button for the tickets
custom service is terrible
Unfortunately unusable. Prompted me to sign in with an email and it said it would send me a link. Tried 5 times and no email was ever sent to me. Tried to sign up as a new account. Same process, same failure. Couldn't log in whatsoever. I hope I never have to use Skiddle for any future gig tickets because it will just be a nightmare to use unless someone fixes this app.

So far, I am not impressed! When I tried to download the app, it then/ belatedly tells you that you have to have opened an account to do this. I signed in with a Guest Account, but had no idea that - in order to access my tickets digitally - I'd have to have created an account. Skiddle seriously needs to get its act together and communicate with its customers and potential customers in a clear way! I waited to speak with an Advisor but, having waited 10 minutes or so, stopped call exasperated!

Absolutely atrocious. Don't expect to get any kind of assistance/customer service when things go wrong/ after purchasing your tickets. They are not interested. This is my first & last time purchasing from Skiddle. Rest assured
have tried 5 times to buy tickets on app for Boogitown go through everything put in bank details then go to verify with bank . verify on skiddle then sends me back to start to buy tickets again. have cleared cache and history on phone as said this could be problem. Still unable to buy tickets. can anyone advise please.
No facility for the blind and the terms and conditions are a disgrace. I will never book through SKIDDLE again. Even when insured, impossible to get a refund...my dad, my beautiful dad died and i0 missed 10 events, all of which cost me a LOT of money... hundreds of pounds...

very difficult to download and see my tickets such a long lengthy process, all i want to do is buy a ticket to go to an event but I've got to answer numerous of questions and make passwords ,sign in, log in to skiddle ,download apps,log in again then then go backwards and forwards to my emails then try to find the tickets to download or print off such a time consuming carry on 🤨
Doesnt let you get refunds as always says card error and chat service response is non existent, still waiting for response
partner purchased my ticket for an event that he won't be coming too as a gift and after following all instructions we cannot find a way for me to access my ticket through the app!!!

Awful service. There is an issue with my tickets booked this afternoon for an event this evening and no one available to contact resulting in us not being able to attend now. Managed to contact the event organisers who couldn't help as it was a ticket issue. No customer service available on weekends when most events take place so should a problem or query arise basically tough. Waste of time and money on top of being forced to download an app just to get your useless tickets
Best book by another method! I've been trying for 5 weeks now to find out which seats have been allocated to us. The show advertised led me to the Skiddle app to purchase my tickets. No seat selection and they are unable to help with this simple request. I was directed to the event organiser and they ignore emails too and neither have telephone numbers!! Book direct with the venue if you can if its a seated show. Skiddle will take the payment, but after that you're on your own!

garbage, I'll never use skiddle again. be very careful, as you can't sell ticket anywhere for standard (Bought) price.. I'm in hospital so, can't go or sell on. waste of money..
had a horrible experience. booked an event, paid the ticket, and when I showed up they told me there was no event. the people at the venue were kind but they had no idea this event was happening or even heard about it. Just a simple fraud.

The apps not great. Used be able search local but now just does random search of whole country. website works better
