Poor design. They give you offers and then something always happens on the payment screen that takes it away. Don't worry, it should be available again in 24 hours, but maybe not. Hire better coders.

May 2026. 2nd time the driver stole my food. Just wanted a Birthday breakfast last time i used this app and now a date night ruined. said it was delivered and had a photo. lies. refund process is painful and incomplete. only partial refund with Skip credits. unacceptable. do not use this App. Thieves and Liars.

I got cold food 3 times I complained and no response I now use doordash
ordered something that was 19 minutes away, it cost 36$ when I checked out the delivery fee jumped it up to 50$, horrible pricing.
Skip the dishes is pure theft. They went into my bank account without my placing an order nd charged my account. Now that im seeking a response their help option says something went wrong try again later. Beware and watch your bank statements, the impression I got from the one person I spoke with before the something went wrong bot posts said "since I saw it" they would Investigate, giving the impression they hope you dont see when they steal from your account. still no response or refund.
No good ,expensive deleted app!
The button to add items is overlapped with the buttons to minimize the app. Horrible design decision to change that ui. Service fees are still overpriced for the service offered.
easily the worst of the delivery apps. don't even bother trying to use it for store shopping. Zero customer service, Zero accountability. Go to UberEats or DoorDash before Skip.
the last 3 Fridays I have pre ordered in the morning for my lunch at work, and all 3 times they changed the time on me. I am done with this app. I usually order once week but this keeps happening and I dont have the time or energy to contact support every time and all they do is say, oh sorry. but have not fixed the problem.
the search function does not work
order was wrong and a can of pop was not delivered with the order. they want pictures of the issue and if you can't provide it they will not refund part of the order. 25 minutes to get an answer and we switch our food around and was able to show wings and fries with hot sauce and not mild. the non delivered pop was not able to be present for a picture. unreal. never had this problem before. been with skip for many years, buying a min of 120$ a week for food. i will start using Uber eats.
user interface isn't great at all
Horrible experience using this app, payments can't even get processed anymore. Steer clear of Skip, just pick your own food up guys
Not happy. the crazy wait times, insane prices and the inability to handle complaints properly. They have to be purposefully being slow as a reason not to refund orders. it should not take an hour to handle a complaint. They are willing to cancel the food but will still take your money. Total scam!
app is not working right constantly shuts down
I use to love this company but now they couldn't seem to care less about you. I have ordered on 3 separate occasions, where I have had to wait over an hour and had them reschedule drivers repeatedly to meet with the new delivery time. This last time they changed the driver 2 times and then after waiting an hour and a half, canceled my order. Instead of contacting me to see if would change to a different brand and out $80 for 5-10 days to be refunded. Doordash is way better, they do more for you
double stops suck man increase the delivery time and by time I get it, it's cold and not only that it's also a security risk I see where someone else lives and they see where I live take away double stop and perhaps I'll give you 2 to 3 stars
REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had a gift card for this and that is the only reason I got this app. they have random fees and the sponsor frauds. I used my card and after a bit I had to block my card as they tried to take 27usd 4 times. I recommend using Uber over this bs. you ARE Gona get scammed in one way or another.
App worked fine 3 times, then stopped accepting the form of payment (the same one working everywhere else). No way to fix, so it will be deleted.
skip sent my driver to another location before delivering my food. This caused a 40 minute extra delay and all of the food was cold. then I went to contact support about it and the link doesnt work. must be a new "feature"

Worst app for food delivery, the app kept getting stuck on the checkout screen and wouldn't allow for the transaction to be processed, I had enough money on the card to checkout but it did not function correctly. Would not recommend.
worst ever food delivery app . couries of SKIP are senseless and they just through your order anywhere and SKIP doesn't have any problem. so for SKIP ...Customers has to suffer always. it should be Banned in this country.

not helpful in rectifying a driver issue and cant remove tip once its been added. huge flaw. tip should be given AFTER good service, not before.

I have a problem with delivery drivers using a dirty skip the dishes bag, covered in dirt. This needs to be illegal.
every single time I order from skip, my order is missing food. Mostly when I order McDonald's. the taped seal on the bag is ripped and my fries are completely gone. This last time I watched the driver and his girlfriend sit in his car in my driveway eating my family's food. I've deleted my account, im tired of complaining and skip doing nothing about it. they need to do background checks or something. Skip its your job to pay them better, not my job to feed them o stars

My driver claimed to be waiting at Burger King for my order to be made for over an hour. I contacted support who told me the status of my order and the expected delivery time and ended the chat. I contacted Burger King who informed me that my order had been ready for pick up for 10 mins. Burger King did agree that the shelf life had been expired and they would have to make me a new one when the driver got there. Next issue, Burger King resolved our fresh order situation but where is the driver?
nightmare company to be a customer of or work for. They have no honor and do not care the moment you, the customer, are screwed. They have easily the worst customer service in the corporate world and are run by children. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY
They must think we have no brain. prices of food are more expensive on the app, they charge more tax because of that, delivery fee, then tipping its all too much. why am I paying $3 delivery for a place beside my house? I'd rather go pick it up, or order from the website of the restaurant
This app is slow and buggy. In addition, half the time, the order isnt picked up or confirmed by the restaurant or something goes wrong. Horrible compared to Uber Eats. Just uninstalled
