It's been days since I've tried to download the app, and every time it says yhe same thing. The app will download soon. Still nothing. Seeing that we have to operate using the app, it's a bit discouraging. How can we rectify the issue?

I have tried to cancel but it wont let me andbi have tried to request a refund. now im going to my bank to stopnpayments because they keep taking my money....4 months of this
The video player is among the worst ever created. when you tap on the screen to see how much playback is left, it keeps pausing. when you try to press the home button, it keeps seeking to where you "pressed". horrible horrible video player. the chats are horrible as well. you can't delete, edit, or forward a message. not a good app.
Very frustrating app. Spams my inbox with junk mails. Other users are having the same problem but skool developers don't seem to care.
This is just another chitty "community" app that forces dopamine addiction with its un-turn-offable gamification levels and upselling. It creates an unnatural caste system of the haves & have-nots, Lorded over by Tyrants aka "Community Moderators". Yuk.

Unusable. App and web versions refuse to let me upload a profile image. Cannot move forward without a profile. Absolute waste of time.
One of the worst apps I have ever used. horrible set up. Hard to get back to things. Glitches all the time.
Worst video-conferencing features ever on an app. Just terrible. Jitsi and others are FAR far better. With video playback: Better to use Brave browser. This app has no background video playback; Brave does! Vibecoded by morons.

horrible app. Asked you to create a profile, wait to be accepted, then ask you to create a new profile and never lets you sign in. I have uninstalled and re installed and keep getting the same page. reached out to the page support and got no where. Would rate it a zero if that was an option.

I am having issues with this app when you log into the app it's just a blank screen what's going on
keeps freezing and unable to use it for hours each day
It can't upload my photo and I can't continue on past the first page of set up until it does. I tried it online and had the same problem. I uninstalled.
the video call needs the ability to zoom in whats on the screen. have to go into the browser to do that and when your on your phone on the browser it tries to bring you back to the app which lacks the ability to zoom so I have to sidestep the automatic forward to the app by opening video calls in another tab to ensure it opens in the browser so I have the ability to zoom but all of the ux testing that went into this just falls short because we have to take extra steps to side step what was made.
not a good app, usually lagging, just white screen and take much time to load
My first time to use this app and hoping it will generate well as needed.
I can't install this app on my PC or Laptop, I don't know why, I have lastest model devices
