My review is for the Skool video player. this is a miserable app to try to use as a portable listening app. I wish the developers would look to YouTube or another service as an example of how to create a player that will work on a phone in a pocket on a walk. this app will not cooperate . use of the app while walking requires constant fiddling with.
I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it ended. I was automatically charged $49, which came as an unpleasant surprise. In my opinion, the automatic renewal system is frustrating and can easily catch users who simply forget to cancel. I contacted the community owner, who told me to contact Skool Support for a refund. I'm still waiting for a resolution. I hope Skool improves its billing process by sending clearer remi
They say you will get free products to test, never received anything. They say they will help with your questions, they don't.

I want to cancel this app $28.00 a month is not worth it. Canceling is not an option in app. 1 star.

Must have people join your Skool before your class can be advertised on Skool. It is a money trap. I can't figure out how to unenroll.
omg everytime has an issue on android, even uninstall and reinstall can not solve the issue clicking and white screen only
The app doesn't feel smooth.. it's very clunky, laggy considering we are in 2026.. I think this is not a native app but Web Version trimmed to mobile or I don't know, it's not a delight to use, they should build the whole app from scratch.
NIGHTMARE: It tell me the app will be on my Laptop soon, im in a Class, NO Icon, it doesnt me know when its downloaded , how much time, its aLREADY BEEN 24hrs. im falling behind

My experience with this platform is worse than my experience with Udemy. I tried two payment cards, but neither was accepted. The error might be due to issues with Google, but it was rude to send me a message from an email address "noreply" to complete my registration.
too buggy
i was using the web ,and it needs there to zoom out every time as I guess it didn't support vertical.otherwise ,it just not readable.i got the app and here as well it did not support vertical ,I need to rotate every time. it is not convenient as a tablet user. make it suitable for a vetical use.especially, the web as well. the massaging does not work. like i nearly manage to write the massage and not sure if it was sent as didn't get the answer. so,actually nothing works in this app.
doesn't recognize my password or code that's emailed. horrible. I'm just going to use the web version

Must've did an "UPDATE" The app worked fine with No problems on 5-14-2026 and it used to be Awesome ! Now I'm having all kinds of issues. I type a letter and it wants to "take me to another page". THIS IS NOT GOOD 😡
App has been really buggy with replies since the last update. Impossible to reply to a post in app now and have to load it in a browser instead.
I can't remember using a more unintuitive UI in years. Really frustrating. Deleted.
get an ad needing people with a skill and then can't create a community in app....says visit in browser so I did. same cant create community here message. No thanks.
audio from meetings drops and cant hear anyone when I mute and mute my mic. problems when closing the app and opening again it disconnects from calls.

I really want to be able to use this app unfortunately, the display is all wrong and I can't figure it out. it looks like other people are having the same issue I thought maybe it was my phone. I really want to go forward with my school but I don't think I'll be able to because it's too frustrating
When I click on someone's community or course, So it doesn't redirect, even after clicking on Open in App. Sometimes it opens only on the browser and not on the App. Please solve this error problem as soon as possible.
Typing comments causes the app to go insane and moves the area where you are typing below the keyboard. This makes it impossible to see what you are typing. I don't know what it's like on iOS but on Android, it sucks. Needs improvement.
the latest school app on my Samsung s25 ultra the edit a message window jumps around while I type.
Constantly crashing and freezing. Just recently it's become impossible to comment on posts as the page jumps around and you can't actually see what you are typing. Then a message comes up asking if you want to leave the page. It's just getting worse and worse .
