Your previous explanation regarding a "grace period" is factually unsustainable and legally inconsistent with the evidence at hand.

I have downloaded this to expect it to be free as it indicates but no you have to pay for it , doesn't have accurate decoding of the sound produced by a keyboard even how many times it marks wrong even your pressing the right key it's so supper annoying like it needs a hearing aid..
This is not a very good application, also, they renew your subscription without notification, and then make it impossible to cancel. Better use Playground sessions, you learn much more. There are no visible options for removing card, nothing and for cancelling and getting reimbursed.
Horrible app. It skips notes fast, which isn't even the tempo, and all it does is make me rage quit. Seriously, I'm deleting this app. I highly don't recommend this.
first of all, it definitely wasn't like, warning that the free period is coming over, and the payment will happen soon. and second - I don't understand - was the Mic input system cut off from the app or what? I am going to settings , selecting Piano and Mic. it doesn't follow up with any next setup firstly, and only when I go to lesson, it asks about a setup and that screen is def. not waiting for a Mic signal, but behaves like its waiting for MIDI input (play the left most note). Refund'd be

They take your money, and there is no way to cancel your subscription. They have taken money from my bank, and I can't even access anything when I log in. it just keeps asking me to subscribe to free trial, I have to be honest to scares me to think there is nothing I can do, I emailed no response, please don't use them, I'm going to go legal if they don't get back to me soon.

why does it require a piano like that's not fair
this app is worse than useless, I almost gave up on the piano entirely trying to learn from Skoove. its focused more on rushing you through the first lesson so you can see everything else is hidden behind a paywall. I learned more from ChatGPT in five minutes than I did with this app in two days. I wish this was better, I really do. AI was my last resort but, I learned nothing useful from this app.

I paid for a year subscription. And I've had a working account for months and made a lot of progress within the courses on my ipad. But for some reason skoove removed my sign capabilities on my iPad. I can still sign into my account on my android phone with all my previous progress (but the sheet music is to small for an enjoyable experience). skoove has yet to resolve my sign in problem on my iPad and they continue to give me the run around for over a month now. DON'T USE SKOOVE!!!!!
This app isn't even working it's low key stupid
I have made fantastic progress through Skoove and am very impressed with how it builds up each stage then pulls it all together. However, that's only if and when the app works!! It is utterly diabolical! Having paid out for a year's subscription, I am dedicated to playing, but I spend most of my time rebooting, reinstalling, waiting for it to load only to come back with an error message. Please fix this, it is currently unusable and I will be seeking to recover the money I have spent on it.
submit credit card before even getting a trial! and pricing is 150$ per year (google play should inform us about the prices of in app purchases)

same issue, keys too little and our fingers are too big to fit and no zoom button.. simply a time waster app
all the songs are premium that I press on and even the lessons the mostly all of them are premium.
it skips notes
Skips the first note on certain lessons so you immediately have one note wrong and start on the second note. Patronising "kiddy friendly" american "peppy" commentary which you can't turn off ("keeeep you eye ok the score!!", omg, no, so annoying), very slow to work through the lessons as they're so short and you end up clicking next all the time (after doing 45 seconds of actual playing). Also, my last review (which was critical) vanished after the developer supposedly responded... very curious.
false advertising; DO NOT start the "free" trial. I clicked the button to start a free seven day trial and then was immediately charged. Do not fall for this scam.
I really wanted to like it...but the app is like done a little and left to rot...somebody will use it. Very unstable although good library. Really lacks more advanced functions
apparently once you've selected your course and objectives, you can Never change them! You can't start over, change your interests or objectives or reset your account in any way. according to Fin (their Artificial Idiot), you can delete your account and create a new one, but you lose your non-refundable subscription. really it's just not worth it.

It was working quite well, but today it’s been crackling and popping terribly. It doesn’t follow the sounds - it reacts as if I had pressed a key, but I didn’t do anything. What happened? I will edit my review if it starts working again.

Why this doesn't work on a tablet? It's interesting because all the promotional pictures are showing in a tablet but it actually works only on a phone
it was fun at the start but you need premium for everything else!
so far, 2nd day, it's really good, excited to see what else it has to offer, but after like 20-30 minutes the app seems to desync. the notes won't register properly and during the warmup, the bar you're following will speed way up past notes you haven't even played yet. Edit: okay, not very far into the app and the latency is actually getting worse. can't go 5 minutes without the app skipping notes or not registering properly. definitely will not be renewing any subscriptions if this persists
Disappointing app. When it works the app is ok. The sound stops working juxt about every time I use it so it requires a restart.
I like the app when I can access it. Every time I come back to play, I find it difficult to open. it never picks up from where I left off.
Display timing (the line it scrolls past) is off by a quarter note, making it very hard to play in time. the inability to scroll back as you're playing (if you make a mistake) is frustrating, as is the default of 80% speed and no way to control it whilst playing. slow is impossible if you know the piece, and double impossible with the line being a quarter out. these are fundamental issues that need fixing.
Just started playing, idk if this is a thing for all songs but Bella ciao is completely broken and despite matching the notes perfectly with both, (ya' know, notes and tempo) it says that I got it wrong every time and it literally won't let me progress.
Skoove connected to my Clavinova initially, now i signed up to Prenium, it no longer connects by cable. Spooky, is there any help?. My phone is not on the approved list.
