waited 5 days for a robotic support response.They are not helping me verify my account and after 5 days when they respond they give you the most pointless response ever.As if you don't already know.Ive lost so much money already because of Skrill,Time is not of the essence to them.They simply don't care.

I am very disappointed with Skrill. I understand if you use the card at a gas pump there may be an authorization hold. but to hold $275 for 7 days and my total was only $24 is ridiculous. being told this is the standard procedure for Visa. that is a lie because I have had other authorizations on different cards with Visa logo and it goes back either instantly after you complete the sale or at least within one day.
Worst crypto wallet you can find, this app will steal your money one way or another one or it will trap it and ask you to give your childs name if you wanna do anything with the crypto, useless app and wallet, there are so many better ones so definitely avoid this BS
There are better options out there. Not worth it.
DO NOT USE THIS APP. They lure you in with a simple set-up, are happy to accept a deposit of up to 500 euros from you with no questions asked but then, the moment you try to conduct a transaction, they require a full government id and face scan to access your money. Then, they also require an entire bank statement for the past 3 months to let you access your account even if you just want to remove your money and close the account, you still need to give them all this very private info.
Very useless app, my account was closed without any prior notification or justification with my funds still in there. I have reached out severally but no response... Very useless.
Couldn't even use money, never got to. I was rejected each time. Then Skrill restricts my account twice for "inactivity". I have contacted staff and they were NO help. It has been WEEKS and now my account has gotten permanently closed out of NOWHERE. Skrill is a waste of time. The account closure email is wording it AS IF I've done wrongful activity and I am not welcome to the services 😭 Would give this app -5 stars if I could
restricted my account after two failed deposits in a row was successful on the 3rd attempt just for them to take my money then restrict my account and getting in contact with them is virtually impossible so im trying to do it through this review. Very terrible app. I received money a week ago and they haven't processed my exchange or withdrawal. I am never using this horrible app Day 17, still no help. NEVER USE SKRILL. Day 19, they have permanently closed my account, no clear reason. They have my money, I have no way to reach their support.

A big scam they restricted my account, which I accepted by they took nearly 140 euros. very difficult to get the money back or to contact them.

P.S. having written to the suggested mail-address, I got a response that it's wrong and I must contact Skrill, not Paysafe. This is just my personal experience with Skrill thus far. Everything was fine until I loaded my account with a small deposit to test everything out, only to have my account immediately restricted once I attached it to Google wallet. I was told it was a review that takes 72 hours, however after 72 hours my account is completely restricted and nobody will tell me anything. Clearly you don't read very well. I have done a request and nothing.
Totally unprofessional trash. I made a huge mistake apparently. I changed my phone number, something you are apparent NEVER EVER EVER ALLOWED to do. Thieving company who stole money out of my elderly father! He deposited £20 for an online transaction and at first Skrill restricted his account citing ID verification required. After providing images of passport, bank statement and a video image of my father his ID was verified but the restriction still remained. He wrote to the company to query this and no one responded ever! Barclaycard, the credit card company which my father used has now fully refunded the money after through investigation.
This apps is scammer Just I tryed to make 1 transactions I withdraw money from broker to skrill account 206 derham then went to my skrill account only 196 derham, 10 derham deduction then I requested to transfer to my uae bank of 196 derham then the skrill deducted again of 15 derham so my money left 181 derham only then reflect to my bank account then when I receive just only 105.22 derham the skrill deducted again 76 derham.Total deduction 101 derham. Stop use this apps for your safety. Scam

fees on everything, even to close my account I wasn't able to withdraw my money as it was below the minimum required to withdraw which meant I would have had to pay a fee to add the money and then pay a fee to withdraw it back out again, proper rip off
