Your company needs to fix its issues with the software of some earbuds. I bought a pair of Rail ANC earbuds, and in less than 3 months, the left earbud's sensor stopped working. I'm not the first nor will I be the last person to report such a problem, and the fact that the company has not done anything to fix the issue and take responsability is a reflexion of their carelessness. I am extremely disappointed.

If you're reading this I assume you're an android user. Theres this eq I use and it works perfectly. Matter of fact it works on just about everything, car stereos, speakers, home setups, etc. Its called GlycoX. Give it a try for those looking for a decent eq. Its free. Ads are minimal if any at all.
scam company don't buy their earphones cheap quality mfs app is also not working
doesn't work on Android 12 for me. I know that's an older protocol but you would think that would make it work even better since it was released around that time
Never ever buy Push ANC buds. Right bud keep on disconnecting and then waste your entire day fixing it. Bluetooth range is terrible.

This app is always stuck making you update your headphones but will NEVER actually download. I have even re-installed the app. Cant adjust anything or do anything in the app because of the stuck firmware download. Useless.

Seriously, do any of you read the permissions the applications you install want? You should be horrified. I read the permissions this application wants. Hard pass. Why do you need Advertising ID permission? Or access to AdServices Attribution APIs? Or Play Install Referrer API? I bought your product. Stop trying to commoditize me. These kinds m3.n abuses make me want to never buy or recommend your products ever again.
There is a connection issue after the update. If it connects, it gets disconnected after a few seconds. Unable to use the ear buds
I don't believe this is for me i got this app to help me figure out my battery problem because that's what my phone said, but this app doesn't do that. You need to make an app that helps diagnose problems.

I want to share my experience with the brand Skullcandy. I purchased a pair of earbuds called “Uproar ANC”, but when it was delivered, the left earbud was not working. It kept saying “ready to pair, finding device,” but it never actually connected. I tried to fix the issue by watching tutorials on YouTube and attempted to sync the earbuds, but it still didn’t work. After that, I called customer care. They told me to charge the earbuds for 3-4 hours, so I did that, but even after charging,

I thought maybe I got faulty unit but I realize it's every headset I purchase is going to have same issue. complete junk, I'm never buying headset again. 1# worst headsets iv ever owned. 10$ pair last longer. if your reading this SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RETURN ASAP
amazing sound but that's it. everything else is absolute trash from the case itself to the app. I'm going to return them and tell the employees not to recommend if the app is not updated to turn off the anc sound on and off voice. every single time I try to listen with just one ear bud I consistently hear that annoying voice and I bought the headphones 2 days ago. 😐
skullcandy records and steaks your call, and their website lies about these policies. uninstall the app, find their email they try to hide and email them about it because their available customer service is only an ai that sometimes pretends to be a person, and truly, demand a full refund. everything is a scam now and I hope they go out of business.

Installed and immediately uninstalled. No equalizer to avoid having to tap the earbud 4 times. This app is designed to sell more Skullcandy products.
Not working on android 13 (crusher evo) Opened a ticket through the ai support inside the app hope they will reach and solve it. the app should be updated, its unbelievable havent updated to this day as there are many people experienced and wrote this problem, we pay for your product, at least show some respect to update it for your customers to use your own product.

had the skull crusher evo for couple of month in great condition, when I went to the app it worked fine untill I added a 3rd equalizer after taking their hearning test hopefully it can give me a better hearing performance instead it disconnect and when I try to reconnect with the app it says "failed to connect Crusher evo" and no matter what I do it doesn't wanna connect

It won't let me customize my slyr pro headset this is very inconvenient.
horrible headphones never connect so idek what the app has to offer. sad y'all have to do better y'all aren't some mom and pop tech company how does my local news station have a better app than a multi million dollar company do better.
